      Bought a Whirlpool side by side refrigerator with the understanding it would be installed. When they brought it, they said they could not hook it up because it hooked up to a copper line????? What am I supposed to have, paper lines? Had to call a plumber to schedule a day to hook it up. This c*** was never explained to us. They never removed all the packaging or the tape. Didn't install the shelves or go over anything with us. Very very poor delivery service. Don't buy from this rip off place. They will never get anymore of my business.

      I order Decking from Lowes (Two Orders) had the deliveries to my home by the best delivery people I have had in a while. The second order was delivered just in time when I ran out of the decking from the first order. *********************** Lowes Of ****** **

      The installation was the worst. Broken fence pieces and the fence was not lined up properly. I went back to lowes to try to get my money back for the labor. The company is probably the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. Get your money back for the labor and just hire a different company to fix it dont waste your time with these people. Get the word out to people to stay away from these hacks. The owner is ****. I asked his company one simply question how can you move on to a different project when the first is not completed and is done incorrectly. They could not give me a answer.

      Terrible service!! Ordered a riding mower to be delivered for my Dads 80th birthday and they moved the delivery date hours before the scheduled time to the next day! Once you finally get someone on the phone, nobody was interested in helping to get this resolved. Very disappointed and I will be sure to never do business at any Lowes store ever again.

      the ************** store is the worst playing games with delivery they delivered a broken washing machine been waiting 2 weeks for another one and didnt show up for the delivery

      ordered an exterior and a screen door last September. Door was supposed to be scheduled to be installed in December. Took day off to be at house. No one called or showed up. Called store, door not even in yet. February, store called and said door was in and setup a date to install. Took another day off. no one showed or called. finally got door installed in March, it was the wrong door, and no screen door was installed. finally got right door and had installed in August with the screen door. wrong screen door. it took almost a year to get the right exterior and screen door. I lost 4 days of work jerking around with this store. they offered my wife $100.00. this store is a joke, and I will never by anything like this again from Lowes. got nothing but run around for almost a year. the people that work there are very unprofessional.

      Oh wow. I just read ******'s post and the content is identical to our experience!!! We are now on our 4th delivery date for a washer and dryer. Truck broke down and ************* was damaged too. Same as ******. For the past 5 nights we have called customer service only to be told we must speak with the store director at Bear ** where the truck is coming from. For the past 5 days of calling for at least 2 hours and being put on hold...No one has answered the phone for the past 5 days. Thinking someone should do a wellness check on the store. I have emailed Lowes without any response. There is absolutely no way to communicate with this business. Posted my frustration on ******* which I have never done. The post before me was a man posting " I am begging someone to answer the phone." I have never had such poor communication with a company. 3 days of work have been missed waiting for this appliance. We understand things happen, but the lack of communication is beyond unprofessional. Any help would be appreciated..

      Ive been getting the run around for about a month now trying to get my brand new drier fixed. It was delivered last month 7/26/22. It has not worked since then, not sure if it has ever worked. Furious Ive been sold a dryer that doesnt function and I keep getting put into endless phone holds and none of my emails have been responded to. I just want the properly functioning dryer I paid for. As of now I would never recommend Lowes or Whirlpool ever again.Also the cherry on top the delivery guys scratched my brand new LPV floor.

      We purchased a new entry door from Lowes back in June. The door had to be special ordered and we were aware it would *********** weeks to come in. We were contacted mid July to set up a delivery time for the door to be delivered. I took off work so I could be home because the install was the next day. Delivery driver showed up with spray foam and trim but no door. I called the ******* store and was informed the contractor was picking the door up before the install time. Next morning contractor called to ask me if the door got delivered and I informed him he had to pick the door up from the store. He stated he doesnt pick up doors they are delivered, so the installation had to be moved. Now Im 2 days off from workinstallation finally happens and once the door is installed the right side didnt close at the top. Installer identified the door was warped and would have to be reordered.Attempted to call the store later the following week to make sure door got reordered. After 15 attempts of calling and being hung up on by customer service counter I asked to speak to a manager. The management at the ******* store that I dealt with was pretty useless, but did get in touch with the person in doors that sold us the door. I asked him if the door got reordered and he told me he was waiting to speak to the installer but the door would get reordered no problem.Fast forward to today, August 26th. Called the ******* store several times and could not get through so I called the 800 number in the folder to get ETA on the reordered door. Guess what!!! Door never got reordered!! Surprise!! Surprise!! For a month and a half I have a front door that doesnt seal and you would think after dropping $8k I would get better service than this.Will never use Lowes again for this type of service.

      I spent over 30k on a kitchen cabinet and counter remodel. I went with Lowes thinking I would be protected with my investment. I thought the job would be done in a timely manner and quality work. Lowes take all your money upfront I put order in Dec. I had cabinets delivered in Feb. 1. Was not able to get on the schedule until mid March.2. Contractor messed up the measurements on the cabinets. So cabinets had to be built up with 2 layers of moldings so they reached the ceiling which was my most important thing I wanted cabinets to reach the ceiling with no gaps.3. Contractor messed up on island did not measure to compensate pillars that were being removed and underneath were holes due to flooring layering. Had gaps all around the bottom of cabinets under island. Again we had to use spacers and extra base boards to cover the gaps and holes on the floor under island. 4. Lights under cabinets were installed and not completed.5. Upper cabinets you could see completely underneath and asked to put molding at the bottom of upper cabinets which should have been put on to begin with as the cabinets did not look finished without them.Here we are almost Sept and the contractor refuses to come finish my job because Lowes owes money to them. I have had several calls every week over the past few months with no resolution to finish my job. I keep getting run around from Lowes empty promises and no resolution.This is a breach of contract and shame on Lowes for providing such poor quality and service. I will never use them!!!
