      I received a lowes gift card upon returning an item. Upon leaving the customer service desk, I walked straight down the main Isle to the last isle. I got what I needed and headed back up the same main Isle to pay for my merchandise. After scanning my merchandise I realized that my gift card had fallen out of my pocket. Mind you is was 45min till closing on a friday night. The store had maybe 5 customers still last minute shopping. I told the manager I lost my gift card that i received not even 10min ago. I showed her my receipt and asked could she reissue another card to me since it is tied into my I.D. Her response was "I'm sorry we cant do anything about it". Then she tells an employee to go with me and help me look for it. Keeping my cool, I said "Ma'am, with all due respect I only walked down the main isle and took a right down the plumbing Isle and back, somebody picked it up and did not return it to customer service". Then she tells me again "I am sorry sir there is nothing we can do about it". So I left and looked at the return policy online after driving 50miles round trip to go to the closest Lowes establishment from my residence. The next morning I leave to make another 50 mile trip only to be told the same thing by another employee who was in a higher rank. Except this time he throws in" well i looked at the video footage it showes that you got your card and got a buggy but we have no cameras showing down the main Isle after entering". Then I told him that in the policy it states that If you lose your card return to customer service with a valid state issued ID and receipt to be reimbursed of the remaining balance. His response was " Im sorry there is nothing we can do, you can contact corporate office to see what they can help you with". Are you kidding me!!? How do these ignorant people get hired? I guess the only qualifications for working at Lowes is breathing. This is a joke!!! They DO NOT VALUE THE POLICY!! LIARS ARE WHAT THEY ARE!

      Do not use lowes. Went through lowes to get my Fence built. Lowes subcontract with RE *******. The deck was scheduled to be built on July 8, 2022. They came out and said they dont have all materials, will be back on Tuesday when lowes delivers the additional materials. Never showed up although the materials were delivered. Finally showed up 4weeks after that, dig a whole, busted my sewer lines and *** will be back in couple days to fix it and continue the work. After 3 weeks of not seeing them, I called lowes production, they escalated the situation and same day owner of company called and promise he will send another builder the next day to start and complete the job. The next day same builder came out for couple hours and lefts with an excuse of outlet not working. I called electrician to fix the outlet over the same weekend. Builder came out again on Tuesday for an hour and left. Will not communicate when job will start or finish or any progress. Mind you, the materials are sitting at my driveway all this while, have asked the builder multiple times to move the materials to the backyard for safety of my kids and my neighbor, that has not been done either. I am tied of calling Lowes and dealing with them and this company.

      This review is about the ************** Lowes. I ordered a refrigerator for delivery. There was good communication from Lowe's about he expected 4 hr. time block on the day of the delivery. Other than that, it was all downhill. After setting up the refrigerator, the delivery people pressured me to sign the delivery receipt eventhough it clearly indicated that I should check multiple areas for damage before signing. Once I started checking, the delivery person rudely grabbed the clipboard from my hands and stormed out while cursing me Then, when I called Lowe's Woodbridge to notify them, I was told by the customer service representative that she received a signed form from the delivery company. That delivery person obviously falsified my signature! I requested to speak with the supervisor, *******. She was unavailable so I left a message with her colleague. It has been three days and ******* never called me back. Given this poor service from the delivery company and Lowe's lack of response, I will no longer buy from Lowe's.

      If I could give you negative stars I would... Bought a refrigerator in May 2020 and have the extended warranty. My refrigerator hasn't been working since May of 2022 the warranty company has came out 4 times and nothing has been fixed. I schedule appointments and they either don't show up or cancel the appointment. They have canceled or not shown up 10 times!! this is terrible customer service and it's embarrassing you would treat your customers this way. Today i had an appointment scheduled from ****pm and got a text at 12:20pm saying my appointment had been canceled. I've missed a lot of working waiting on these appointments just for no one to show up or get canceled. I've been to the store multiple times to complain.. nothing has been done.. Bottom note.. DO NOT BUY FROM LOWE'S

      Lowe's does not deserve even 1 star. I made the very stupid decision to purchase a shower door and installation with them in the summer of 2021. I took me hundred of calls to get a date for the installation and finally almost 4 months later they installed the door in November 2021. In June 2022, barely 6 months after the shower door was installed, the frame was very loose and one of the shower doors blew up while my teenager son was taking a shower. He gut cuts on his feet and hands, terrifying experience. I called customer service to report the issue and the agent said someone was going to call me in 24 hours to check on the door and get a replacement. No surprise when no one called me, I have been on the store several times, called customer service again, send numerous emails and other than promises I have got nothing, no replacement no money back, nothing... and it has been 2 months since this was reported. My son got injured due to these installation not been done properly, it could have been very bad... i am only asking for the warranty or replacement which should be my right. I just can't believe this is happening, absolutely awful!

      Terrible scam with delivery - added an additional delivery charge and hoped I wouldn't notice. Called customer service, they simply didn't care. Delivery 4 days late and overcharged. ********** never did this to me. Their mistake, and I am out $84 because they decided to ship items from ******** to **************! Didn't ask, didn't approve, just hoped I wouldn't notice.

      Purchased brand new whirlpool washer/dryer set in July 2022... washer broke less than 30 days later. Was informed about 2 day return policy when seeking help on issue. Purchased extended warranty on top of normal purchase. Now after calling different phone number contacts for the past 5 days... finally found through Whirlpool... a warranty repair man that will come to look at it, but have to wait another month before he can come out! So, I have successfully spent $1500 to go to the laundry mat!

      I purchased a washer and dryer, had it delivered Friday they couldn't connect the dryer because the wrong electrical wire was sent. They told me it would come tomorrow (Sat.) Saturday the driver comes in and said to me we are here for a pickup I told them no you should have a 4-prong plug! I had to call Lowe's again, now **** in delivery said they will be back tomorrow (Sun.) Sunday came get a recorded phone call my delivery was delayed, well never came, Monday I called **** again he said they are coming tomorrow, received a recorded phone call that my delivery will be between 4 and 8. Well guess what? never came and no phone call saying that they are not coming. Okay today is Wednesday I called **** again, and told him if they don't come today, then they can come and pick up the washer and dryer I want my money back plus I want something back for missing 5 days of work. I also said I gave cash I want cash back I do not want any gift cards because I will never shop Lowe's again. Lowe's in **********, ****

      We had a roof, sliding door and an entry door installed. While the roof installation was okay besides the installers lying about how much roofing materials were left, never received a refund for any. The entire installation of the doors was horrible! Absolutely no communication from Lowes or the installer at all, just pointing fingers at each other. The custom trim work as they called it was awful. We were finally tired of dealing with it so we called corporate who said they would do a follow up and get back with us within 48 hours, that was 2 weeks ago. Do Not get installations from Lowes. The credit company they use is also horrible to communicate with.

      People in lumber department don't know the difference between a 2x4 and a piece of plywood. **************** non existent. Had to wait almost 30 minutes to have 2 boards cut in half. 4 employees walked right past me and did not even acknowledge. If it weren't for bar codes, cashier has no idea what you are buying.
