I purchased a new GE front load washer and dryer w/the removal of the old appliances. The installers came without the lifting shoulder straps and the dolly did not have a strap. While trying to remove the old appliances they scratched up my floors and put a dent in my wall. Once seeing they needed the shoulder straps (because the old washer slid off the dolly) they contacted the office and was told to go to Lowes (around the corner) and pick the shoulder straps up. They left the washing machine in the middle of the basement doorway, left the old washer on the front porch, and left the new dryer in the middle of my driveway for 1.5 hours. Two weeks later the dryer stopped working. GE Service guy came out only to say the dryer cord was not tighten properly and burned out the coils and wires and would need to be replaced which will take 2 weeks to come in. GE would replace the coils and wires, but I would have to replace the power cord. I called Lowes to see if they would replace the power cord (why should I have to buy another power cord) and was transferred 4 times because everyone said it not their area. Which mean I must buy another new power cord. WTF Lowes! Your customer services and your installation suck!!!!

I would rate them a zero. I have had a problem with a garage door installment for two months and have contacted them over ten times to no avail. Never shopping at Lowes again.

I am so angry! Lowes installers delivered and installed my refrigerator and they jammed the water filter into the fridge. The light came on to change the filter, but you cannot get it out! I have tried everything! Ordered a special tool at $30 which did not work! Lowes says it is out of warranty by 3 months and its my problem! The repair man cannot get it out either! That cost another $75! Now I have to purchase a new refrigerator or go without ************ And its only 15 months old! If I could give them a minus in stars I would happily do it! STAY AWAY FROM BUYING APPLIANCES AT LOWES! **************

Bought a whirlpool refrigerator on 7/23/22 and it worked 4 days and stopped working. Lost over 600 dollars worth of food. They made me contact whirlpool so I did. They had a service technician come out on 8/8/22 and said they can't fix it. Lowes said it's not there problem and so did whirlpool. My fridge is under warranty through whirlpool and have a warranty through Lowe's and yet it has yet to be fixed or replaced and refunded.

Inquired of customer service about an item, placed on hold, then they disconnected.Second call was 7 minutes with 5 minutes to answer by seasonal department, inquired about the item, placed on hold only to be disconnected.Third call was 25 minutes, answered by customer service at 20 minutes. Informed of the disconnected calls and asked for a store manager. Held 4 minutes when it was answered again, and again explained issue and requested store manager only to be put on hold and disconnected.Anybody teaching phone etiquette and customer service at this store?

Recommending you do not work with them for flooring installs. Quick background on the experience- extremely disorganized:-(5/9)Measurement confirmation -(6/9)Partial/ invalid quote issued -(7/13)Multiple issues, lack of response and communication from flooring department meant a fully vetted quote was not signed until this date. (Required 5 in person store trips and countless phone calls to get to this stage)-(7/22)Scheduling issues with installer, project further delayed -(8/10-8/12) Myriad of further issues with your flooring department detailed below:Flooring was not cut and ready for contractors to pick up, even though I called and stopped in to make sure this would go smoothly Flooring that was cut (after making installers wait) was the wrong type and only covered one of the 3 areas on quote I called and stopped in AGAIN- to ensure the correct flooring was on hand and cut so the installers could easily pick it up the following day and not delay None of this was done. Installers waited at your store for the product, then waited multiple hours at the grandville location for the rest, because your department did nothing to coordinate this and ensure it went smoothly, despite me stopping in ******************* supplied the wrong type of glue, shorted the amount of trim by over 50% for the job. This resulted in me waiting 2 hours in your store to sub in the correct products so the installers could begin work All in all, I visited the store a dozen times, placed numerous phone calls. It became a part time job.The delay on this project could have set me back 5000$ in lost rent, plus missing out on a good tenant(not to mention my own time).

We had Lowes install a front door and sliding door *une 3, 2022. The cost was over $7,000 which was required to be paid up front. We asked but were never given an itemized receipt listing the cost of each door. The front door looks very nice but the patio door is a huge disappointment! I have to use the strength of both hands to open and shut the door. It is our main door when entering and exiting our home. Also, Lowes didnt install the wide trim around the sliding door that we discussed in the initial consultation. Lowes came unprepared and didnt have the trim to do the job. We provided the * channel that we just happened to have. The * channel around the door is sloppy and uneven. The installer came late in the afternoon, several hrs after he said he would come. He was installing the door in the dark. At 9pm we asked him to finish the installation the next day. He returned a week later, but could not get the door to open and shut properly. He said he thought maybe the panel was warped and he would order a new one. When the replacement panel arrived, we requested a new person do the installation. Approximately 2 months later, a new worker came to install the panel and fix the lock. Again, the installer was unprepared stating he didnt know anything about a panel and one was never ordered. He thought he was here to fix a patio door? He suggested we try a lube oil that didnt work. He did finally fix the lock. Also, the first installer cut a slice in our siding. The second installer, said Lowes would have to fix it.We have called the complaint line several times. The last time I called, they suggested we file a new complaint. We filed another complaint. No response to phone calls or emails! We are disappointed and frustrated! Our previous door operated better then what we have now. Without Lowes cooperation, other means of compensation will be pursued.

We purchased a GE refrigerator from Lowes ($$$$) and it has been issues with it since the installation. The condensation is so bad that I have to wipe the inside of it everyday because it is like puddles of water everywhere. Also, it makes a constant loud noise. For a new refrigerator, this should not be happening. You would think that **************** would replace the refrigerator since its a brand-new refrigerator, but NO, they refuse to replace it. Instead, they send a technician to fix it and replace the parts that are not working. It the refrigerator breaks after a few years of using it, ok, then send a technician, but a new refrigerator that comes to the customer defective, should be immediately replace for a working new refrigerator.

I tried to purchase a washing machine from Lowes. The worst experience ever. From visiting the store and being told to do a price match I needed to order online and deal with the chat person. I literally sat in the parking lot of Lowes and ordered the unit which took 1 1/2 hours. Then my washer was not delivered and customer service told me it was, then they reordered and on the date promised it was damaged and then another person said it never made the truck. Which is it? Then I was told it would be delivered 5 days later. THe only reason I ordered it from Lowes was the original date was when I needed it due to college children returning to school. I ended up purchasing from Best Buy with no issues. Cancelled my Lowes order and then Lowes charged my credit card for an item I never had in my possession (fraud). Lowes told me they would issue me a $800 gift card - No thanks will never shop here, after 10 days of calls, they issued me a credit to my credit card. Buyer beware, their customer service is the worst.

Attempts to purchase using my Lowes credit card fraudulently keep occurring.I literally activated it yesterday 8/18/22 and today 8/19/22 I received a notice that there was an attempt to purchase on my card fraudulently again. This is the third time. I live in one state and it keeps happening in a PA store. Is this an inside job? I will not be activating my card but what is really happening here? Who can look into this?
