      I purchased a vinyl fence from lowes in Apr 2022. The fence was installed on June 6 and the gate latch they installed has been broken ever since. They admitted they installed the incorrect gate latch and assured me numerous times over the phone and in person my issue was being escalated. I have had to tie the fence closed so that the wind does not blow it opened allowing for my dog to get out. I purchased the fence from lowes thinking they were a reputable company. I paid in full up front and would like my gate latch replaced and a refund of ****** issued to me for the utter inconvenience they have caused me. I have sent numerous emails as well to lowes only to receive a response that they are addressing the matter. THEY HAVE NOT FIXED MY GATE LATCH. IT HAS BEEN OVER THREE MONTHS AND STILL THEY HAVE NOT REPLACED THR LATCH. i appreciate any help *************************

      Purchased a Rug almost $400 online, which specified a delivery date of Aug 4th. After getting our tracking number we found out that the rug was lost and the shipping company kept lying and kept changing the shipping information every time we called. Then we received a missed delivery 30min after we were told our rug was in *************** (our location is ******, **), **** miles away. After calling Lowes, we found out that we got a missed delivery notification even though the company never had our product on their truck. After more than a week of this headache going back and forth, we decided to try to cancel the order. Going to the local store on *****************, they could not do anything. There is no customer service and no product and they just basically stole $400 dollars from us.

      Got the extended warranty and its not worth anything. I have been waiting for 1 month to have my Fridgeaire fridge repaired and nothing still after multiple visits only resulting to more parts needed to be ordered. So after 1 month without a fridge and having to buy ice daily to place in a cooler you would think they'd replace it but no. Many calls to Lowes about the issues of not having a fridge and still no change. Never again will I purchase anything from this company. No one should ever have to live this long without a fridge.

      After purchasing a range hood to replace my old one, I was told that CRST Home Solutions would do the installation. Which I payed for! After four visits to my home, and the removal of my old hood, I have a gaping hole in my kitchen AND ******************* that are exposed. After being assured that the installers were qualified AND that they would do the necessary duct work modification. When the installers arrived they said and I quote WE DONT DO DUCT WORK . It is now two plus months, and my new range hood is in a box in my garage. If anyone is thinking of buying an appliance from Lowes in the future, make sure that the installers are qualified and know what they are doing!! This experience has left a bitter tase in. My mouth and I will never buy another appliance from them again! I will warn friends and family also

      Lowe's Store in **************** on route 30 has discriminated against my 86-year-old father for the last time. My father some months ago needed to replace his water heater. He went to Lowes, and they were ready and willing to take his money and gave him a list of contractors who would come install the unit because the Lowe's Store does not do installations itself. As my father was referred over to the contractor's he was told none of them would come to ****, ******* to install. Without explanation or any kind of remorse. There was one lady who continuously contacted me throughout the day to apologize for her coworkers behavior. And she seem to show genuine concern for my elderly father. But it changed nothing, because my father still had to go elsewhere. Now once again, my elderly father of 86 years old, wanted to replace his wood fenced backyard with the aluminum white fencing and was once again told NO by Lowe's contractors. My father was discriminated against twice by Lowe's and heads up thank you to ********** for coming through with kinder more gentle customer service and better business practices.

      Ordered a rug with my lowes credit card. After 15 days I called because my order was lost. I spoke to customer service by a Lady named ******* a assistant manager and she advised we had to wait *************************************************************************** not. Im mind blown. As a loyal customer and someone who has had a card for a while Im so frustrated at the loss of time. I have to wait in order to get a return on something that isnt my fault thats lost. I will be canceling my credit services and shop elsewhere Im so upset by this

      My husband and I purchased a refrigerator, washer and dryer from Lowes 8/6/22. The salesperson was awesome. We live in Suffolk, but purchased from the ********** location because the refrigerator we wanted was not in stock at the Suffolk location. So far so good. Right! No!!!We were having the refrigerator delivered first because it was at the store. The washer and dryer was at the warehouse and would take longer for delivery. Weve always shopped at Lowes and until today weve had a stress free experIence with Lowes. Delivery is horrible. It appears that Lowes does not care about there customers. They continue to use AN INEFFECTIVE, INEFFICIENT, and BELOW STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICE. At approximately 12:30 my husband received a phone call from Lowes/delivery company XPO. We tried to call back with no success. No one ever answered the phone at the company. We listened to music only. Our refrigerator was to be delivered between 11:00 and 3:00. My husband and I sat around until 2:30 and then contacted the store to see would the delivery come to fruition. The young lady at Lowes gave us a different number to call. I spoke to a woman named Roz with an accent. IF SHE SPEAKS FOR XPO IM SURE THEY HAVE COMPLAINT AFTER COMPLAINT. Thats all I can say about that. We will no longer shop at Lowes. We are going next door to *********** If Lowes can tolerate XPO delivery service theyve lost our business

      I wish they had an option for that including not even giving one star. These people are super rude! They have jacked my mother around for two days now. Telling her to wait her turn and that she isnt the only person. She has ten one WEEK OLD PUPPIES, and family coming to visit and she does not have a washer. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen they have kept me on hold for over 40 minutes waiting on a manger! I would not recommend their warranty they obviously do not want to take care of their customers! Not even worth your time!!!

      I bought a Refrigerator and gas stove back n January 2022. I had to wait til February 19th for them to deliver it.Lowes has another company they contract w to deliver their appliances.When that place delivered my appliances they did a horrible job!They broke my door!They tore my paint off the wall!They ripped my kitchen floor and they never hooked anything up.When they left they did not clean up the trash they put in my driveway.They was suppose to take pictures of the damage areas,but they left n a hurry.I called theyre business let them know what just happen and I talked to so many people for 2 weeks.Nothing was done!! In April I got a call from the person that delivered my appliances and he started threatening me I asked him where did he get my cell *********** stated his boss gave it to him so he can take it up w me why hes not getting paid.He stated I only live a hr from you,He also stated he knows what they did..So I told my kids to stay away til this matter gets fixed.I was scared for my kids and grand childrens life.I called lowes & let them know about the call.That night someone called me about the incident.Now later I was told to get 2 estimates from a business contractors I sent them one from a nonbusiness just a relative & they said no it has to be a true business of they cant not help me so I searched & found 2 & they wont take them. They decided to take the one they said no to & being Covid hit all prices has gone up and u can not fix what they done on $2300. No company will do it for that price! These people have treated me wrong & my stuff that I bought those people that brought the appliances inside my home scratch ******** wanted new and I asked lowes not to send them people back to my house w the new ones and they did. I was so scared I feared something bad would happen and I never got my new Gas stove or Refrigerator. Lowes is the worse store ever! Im still waiting for them to hook my stove up. I havent got to use it yet & its August

      Went to our local Lowes and found NO registers open to check out! Was told I had to go to self checkout! 1st i will not do self checkout, 2nd cannot do military discount at self. When we buy the cashiers pay is included in the price. I was told they are cutting the part time hours yet advertise out front for workers. Wish there was a ********** here maybe they are more respectful!
