      Didnt deliver my appliance when promised , never contacted me to inform me the delivery would not arrive, sold the unit I purchased to someone else and couldnt even guarantee I could pick up the unit I ordered in store. Management didnt care to help resolve in any way. Shipping department lied and stated the delivery was out when it was never put on truck. Wasted hours of my day waiting on a delivery that was never going to happen.

      Lowes Service advantage should receive less than one star. Avoid this lack of service and run from it. If you think Lowes will assist you, they will not either. I am waiting almost one month and still have not received the promised reimbursement check for my defective item/ceiling fans. They have hung up on me, lied to me and postponed in every way possible to pay the claim they are obliged to honor.

      Bought a riding lawn mower on line to be delivered. They put a $4000 dollar hold on my cc without telling me, and then charged $4000 plus for the mower when it was delivered. This cused my credit card to become over the limit which triggered all kinds of other issues.

      NEW WASHER INSTALLATION This is a follow-up to a complaint made regarding an installation that was scheduled for 3-Aug-2022 for an order. I purchased a new ******* washing machine online along with the hose pipe connectors and a 5 year extended warranty. Lowes at **************************************************************************************. They had 4 days to deliver and install. The installers landed up without the connectors, installed the new washer with old pipes with total disregard for safety, water leaks or pipe burst. They said that they would come the next day to install it.Nobody showed up the next day and it's been 5 days now. What is the store Manager doing?. Does he know anything?. Who is in charge of inventory control at this location?. Does the guy in charge of installations know anything to send people out on a job without the required items ordered?. Do they know anything about safety at this location?. I made 3 calls to ******** care Complaint via Phone number: *********-****I called them and spoke to a guy by the name Hunter who claimed to be a Manager at the Lowes distribution centre. When I asked to clarify, he refused to tell me from which location but I tracked it to Lowes distribution Centre, ******, **. One of the worst, arrogant people you can speak to, and he claimed that he was a Manager. ha! He talked to me that the complaint I made was how they work, meaning that, that is how they work and you either accept it or take a refund. . He made it clear that that is correct. Can you imagine that?. HUNTER is the name. Nobody should deal with this guy or the company and specifically this branch. I informed him that I would take the complaint to the **************** and he wasn't one bit bothered. I strongly advise people not to go to this place or this company. You will get stiffed.

      We are in the process of remodeling our house. We ordered custom **************** from Lowes. We ordered them Jan 27th, 2022. We knew there would be a delay and finally got the delivery in May. Since then, we have been waiting on replacement cabinets that were damaged in shipping. It is now August 2022. We are not getting anywhere and at this point we wish we had never ordered cabinets from lowes. The store has no answers for our contractor and we are now receiving a phone call every two days from corporate and they still have not done anything. I would NEVER recommend ordering kitchen cabinets from Lowes. This is holding up our entire project and we may have to seek a lawyer. This has been a miserable experience and we are very disappointed in this company.

      I was in your store shortly before 10AM Sunday. Nobody around to help, I spoke with one clerk who sent me to isle 14.. I was looking for Microwave filters. None there. Went back up front and found several employees around a computer. I asked where are the filters again? and ********* said "in the back, up against the wall". I said, could you please show me and he looked at ****** and said he couldn't do that because he was a cashier. I said okay, then you please show me, and he said I can't because I don't have my red vest on. I said I would wait. Certainly not the way to help a faithful customer. Probably 10 people clocking in and nobody volunteered to help.

      I purchased a Craftsman lawn edger from a Lowes store, after getting home I attempted to put it together, and found it was defective. The next day I returned to Lowes to return the item. Because I made a partial payment using a gift card the cashier told me that I would get a merchandise card in return. Today when attempting to order a new lawn edger, I found that I could not use my merchandise card because its only valid in-store. I think its terrible that Lowes issued a refund with a non-equivalent card. I could have used my original gift card online, but I cant with the merchandise card. Now, in order to get the item I want, Ill have it I spend more money because I the one I want is not available in store. Additionally, the online one doesnt have shipping available so Ill have the drive back to Lowes a 3rd time just to pick it up. And Ill still have a merchandise card to spend because I couldnt use it for my purchase, this is a slimy way to force consumers to spend more money and its shameful. This is a terrible policy, theres no reason I shouldnt receive a gift card that has equivalent usability in return. The cashier should have warned me at the merchandise card is only valid in store. Do better Lowes.

      Never special order at lowes. After 5 different delivery dates and numerous promises of 10 percent appeasement I got a 25 dollar gift card to use only at lowes. Spents numerous hours on hold with customer care. Always told someone would call me in 24 to 48 hours. Never happened. Finally had one manager contact me. Gave me her email and also promised Mr ************ after 4th delivery date was again changed, several hours missed from work. No one will answer emails or return calls. Very very poor communications

      GE Profile Dishwasher with Lowes Protection Plus. Eight repair visits and dishwasher still broke. Lowes refuses to buy back per warranty three visits and we buy back. Lowes Protection Plus is a fraud!Lowes store **** ******************************************************************** Manager **** useless

      Wish I could have rated Lowe's with a negative number. Delivery warehouse customer nightmare.The visit at the store level was excellent. Where Lowe's has failed miserably is in their customer service after delivery. Delivery was on-time; however, product came badly damaged, the delivery team were professional, friendly, and helpful. They took pictures of the damage and walked me through the steps I should take to get my purchase redelivered asap. Since we are without a washing machine. No one called from the warehouse or answer once out of the 27 times I called. Lost two days of work because of the this badly damaged initial delivery. The carton was obviously damaged and should have never been loaded on the truck for delivery. We were very impressed at the time of sale with the Lowe's associate, at Store ****. However, that experience was totally over-shadowed by what has followed. After hours and hours of hold time over 5 days to the warehouse number given to us at the time of sale, 8XX-955-4XXX. Promises made on delivery of new washer never happened. We were told our delivery was set for **** on a Saturday. We wasted the middle of the day because no one ever came or called that there was an issue. I have lost all confidence in Lowe's as a retailer. I would never recommend any Lowe's store in the future, but instead will take every opportunity to warn others about the awful delivery customer service at ********************.
