1 starNO STARS IF I COULD! DO NOT GO WITH LOWE'S IF YOU ARE USING AFFIRM!!!!They made several transactions to the virtual Affirm card and canceled the. It is almost like they waited for the card to expire so that they could get another form of payment from the customer. This has happened to me several times within the past few months! It is upsetting when you think they have a great reputation. It is just running their business poorly!Review fromNathan F

1 starShady rebate stipulation prevented my reimbursement for free dishwasher install. Purchase a $599 or higher appliance and get free basic installation of $169 via rebate. Fine print says you cannot purchase the item plus installation online together. The installation must be purchased separately to qualify. This is completely unnecessary and unreasonable bait and switch tactics. Buyer beware.Review fromElaina B

1 starIf I could give 0 stars I would. Please don't deal with this guy ***************************** and Lowes customer service. I placed an order in April for 2 doors and a storm door. No communication from this guy until I called him in June on the status of my install. When I spoke to him in June he said nothing about one of the doors not being available until today (7/27/22) when he asked me to call him via email. Then he informed me the installer are delivering the doors to my house today for me to store until they install them on Friday. I asked to cancel my order because of all this confusion I was told I had 3 days to cancel my order back in April. Day 2 of trying to speak with someone to get a refund of my $5K+ and I'm just getting transferred and put on hold. If I had read reviews here first I would not have opted to do business with them. I so disguised right now I can eat **** because who can afford to loss money with the way the economy is and who wants to have something done your not happy with.Review fromTamara H

1 starI ordered a GE washer and dryer from Lowe's online. I assumed the appliances were being delivered by my local Lowe's store, but found out they were being delivered by XDT. I called my local Lowe's store and was given XDT's number (no response). No one wanted to speak with me and said they would call back. I have sent emails (no response). The two men who delivered my appliances told me they could not install the pedestals I ordered that they would need to be installed at a later date, but they can install the appliances. The appliances were not properly installed. They did not take the packing bolts off the back of the washer, the drain hose was not installed (water was under the washer and on my floor), the dryer was not installed correctly, the hoses I ordered for the washer was not with my order. They used the emergency hoses in the truck and passed it off as no big deal when questioned. I did not receive the warranty/owners manual to the washing machine and the information to the dryer was found in my yard. The also dropped one of the pedestals and slid the boxes on my floor. Left black marks on my floor from the moving the washer. I even had to tell them how to bring them in through the door because they had them width wise trying to bring them in hitting my door facings, etc. I will never purchase appliances from Lowe's online or through my local store again.Review fromDonna A

1 starDo not order anything on line at Lowes. The delivery men unpacked it by the truck and damaged it. We refused a delivery due to damage and are still trying to get a refund to our credit card. Delivery men would not leave us any paper work. They were also rude.. I have been trying since May to get this resolved.Review fromalexis ` m

1 starSunday morning I went into lowes to purchase a fridge. My fridge stopped working and I needed one delivered asap. I specifically chose a fridge that was in stock and could be delivered quickly and scheduled the delivery for today, Tuesday. The store just called me saying they were unable to deliver the fridge today because there was "no room on the delivery truck" and they were unable to provide me with a time that they'd be able to deliver it.For obvious reasons this is extremely frustrating.Review fromSusan M

1 starSTOP!!! DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES AT LOWES!!! I paid for a new refrigerator and have had the worst customer service experience ever! They delivered a refrigerator with a huge, deep scratch all the way across the top of the 36 front doors, it had 3 more scratches that were 3 to 5 inches long. I had to unload my fridge and freezer onto the counter for 3 hours. The left the scratched unit so I put my food items in it. The next day they were supposed to exchange the unit, I had to empty the fridge and freezer onto the counter. The rude delivery man was mad about having to move the old unit and would not wait for me to call the company. He pushed the 2 refrigerators into the middle of my galley kitchen so I could not open the doors and left. 2 days and the contents of my fridge and freezer waisted including 20 rib eye steaks they sent out the supervisor from the delivery service who apologized profusely when he was the mess they had made of my home, he took pictures to show Lowes the waisted food and physical damages. Day three they sent another refrigerator. The delivery workers refused to remove the front door and proceeded to force to 2 old refrigerators out and the new one in through the doorway scratching all of them they left a new scratched up refrigerator in the house. They scraped up my front door frame, the wood floor going into my living room, the wood floor going into my kitchen, and tore up my wood laminate floor in my kitchen. The upper manager offered me 10% off of the refrigerator and said that should cover all of the damages it is Friday and I am still waiting for someone to be reasonable. DONT BUY APPLIANCES FROM LOWES, YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!Review fromMayra S

1 starSpent 9k at Lowes for Shenandoah Cabinetry. Ordered @Lowes *********************************************. After waiting all that time we received subpar cabinetry. Cracked, poor painting, chipped cabinets for about 80% of them. I understand damage can happen while in transit but this was overkill & some of this damage should have been caught at the factory b4 shipping. I contacted Georgia immediately. Upfront Georgia must have thought I was taking about 2 or 3 cabinets because she was very dismissive, but I did what she asked. Sent pictures describing the damage.Once she received my emails she called & asked me to go in to discuss the cabinets. I go out of my way to go in & I try to explain to her that at this point my husband said Lowes had 2 options. Option A: Take your cabinets back &give us as full refund Option B: replace the damaged cabinets &Lowes cover the installation for our inconvenience. She immediately said "that is above my paygrade" &called a manager. Manager **** comes along &was speaking down to me as I tried to explain the situation. Immediately said "that is not going to happen" when I told him what my husband said, so I texted my hubby. SURPRISE SURPRISE he changed his tune real quick when a MAN showed up & all of sudden he agreed with that this was unacceptable. Even said that he was offended his customers were receiving products like this. Shenandoah's vendor ******* came out to my home along with Georgia (no ****, even though he said he would be there) ******* blamed shipping for most if not all the damage and started saying that only the damaged pieces would be replaced. I would be responsible 4 piecing them together & that the damage pieces that were not visible would not be replaced. We ordered NEW cabinets not USED and that is garbage. I tell Lowes I want a ************* can have their cabinets back. Now they say I will have to pay a 20% restocking fee! why??? they sent me damaged cabinets.Review fromJason W

1 starA simple project evolved into a frustrating arch across 14 weeks; simply put, I wouldnt trust Lowes *********** ******************* in building a dog house for my back yard. Lowes association with American Building Supply (ABS), a subsidiary of Jeld-Wen Windows and Doors, is ultimately the root of damage upon the Lowes brand and should be strongly reconsidered as a premier vendor. 3/22/22: Order placed; anticipated delivery 6 weeks.5/18/22: A&C ************************** texted pictures of damaged painted doors (not shipped with any protective covering).5/18/22: Reordered with a request that painted doors be delivered with protective packaging to prevent damage.7/20/22: Doors arrived from ABS; Salesperson inspected doors and indicated via voicemail message no damage was noted. 7/25/22: A&C arrived for pickup at Lowes and indicated their concern over damaged doors. Product was delivered by ABS to Lowes without ANY protective covering, despite 5/18 request.7/25/22: A&C delivered doors for installation as scheduled and noted damage to doors. Product was returned to Lowes *********** by A&C **************************. 7/25/22: I returned to Lowes ***********, joined by A&C team, and spoke with Managers. The best that could be offered to me as a customer was reordering the doors for a 3rd time, with no promise that the same situation wouldnt occur again. There was seemingly no urgency to contact ABS to troubleshoot the issue. The solution, as presented, was not a viable solution: asking a customer to again wait 9 weeks to try ones luck a 3rd time.I made a decision that Lowes *********** could not be trusted to fully execute against the project specs; a refund was requested and processed in full for $3547.94). I share these pain points so there's *** heed my advice to take their business elsewhere. Time is the ultimate currency, and Lowes and by extension, its chosen sub-contractors wasted 14 weeks of my time. Go elsewhere!Review fromDalila K

1 star********** from here on out, worst experience ever with ordering online. This issue with ordering a toilet has caused nothing but stress, problems, and loss of time. They will have you just sit on hold for hours and not do a **** thing about fixing the issue. Spent $487.91 and will get refunded and never spend another dime there.
