      Placed order online. Money was took out of my account twice. Lady at Lowes Seemed to think it was "no big deal" and says they will return my money in 9-12 days. Very poor customer service!

      Lowes is the worst! I ordered 13 bags of RED mulch online and scheduled for it to be picked up by my gardener. When I returned home the mulch was already laid down and it was black. All of the bags said red but the mulch was black and defective. I called the number on the invoice I was sent and they asked me to pick up the mulch out of my garden and bring it back. How does someone pick up 13 bags of mulch??? They offered no other remedy after I provided pics of the black mulch and everything. NEVER SHOP OR DO BUSINESS WITH LOWES!!!!

      My experience with Lowes customer service was infuriating and unacceptable. I purchased a refrigerator from their store, expecting quality and reliability, but instead received a nightmare. The appliance arrived looking as though it had been dropped, the compressor hummed loudly, and the machine refused to cool, rendering it unusable. When I contacted customer service, I was met with dismissive representatives who seemed uninterested in resolving the ******** add insult to injury, I discovered that the extended protection plan I had purchased for the refrigeratorspecifically to cover such defectswas mysteriously canceled without my consent or any prior notification. When I inquired, the representative offered no explanation and refused to reinstate it or provide me with a refund, leaving me unprotected for a faulty product.Additionally, within a week of my purchase, I found the same refrigerator advertised at their store for $200 less. Lowes advertises a 30-day price match guarantee, so I went to the store to receive my refund. To my shock, they denied the request, citing vague policy exclusions that were never mentioned at the time of purchase. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic.Throughout this ordeal, which unfolded in just seven days, Lowes staff displayed a complete lack of empathy or accountability, particularly the ******* store manager ********. Promises made by one representative were ignored by the next, and no one took responsibility for the broken product, the canceled protection plan, or the denied price match. The constant back-and-forth raised my stress levels and wasted countless hours of my time.I strongly advise against purchasing appliances from Lowes. Their customer service is unresponsive, their policies are dishonored, and their products are unreliable. Save yourself the headache, elevated blood pressure, and frustrationshop elsewhere.

      I hired Lowe's for a small window and door job. 3 double windows, 1 regular window, 1 sliding door, 1 front door. They have messed up every step of the way. It has been 6 months since I purchased, and more than 1 month since my partial install. I cannot get straight answers from anyone in installation services, nor will they transfer me to a manager. The underlayment of my house is currently exposed to the elements around the windows that they replaced, and has been exposed since the partial install. I am concerned that there will be water damage from the heavy rains we experience this time of the year. They claim they will call me back, but no one ever does. I have to call them to get an update. I am now calling every other day and they have been unable to provide me with an update. My front door arrived damaged and the wrong size. It has been more than 30 days since they realized and they haven't managed to reorder it yet. I have asked for it to be completely canceled off my order and refunded 3 times and they haven't been able to confirm that either. This is one of those times when the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. DO NOT HIRE LOWE'S!

      I purchased a washer and dryer dryer set on 8/2023 I was also coaxed into purchasing a extended warranty for the two machine which was ****** + tax on top the purchase price This warranty is a rip off and the customer service at ********************** is about the same. After several phone conservations with the Lowes assistant manager (**** *****) I have found out I will be down about a month on the washing machine and will have to go to a laundry **** until its is fixed If the parts come in when I was told.Why is Lowes selling parts that cant be fixed in a timely manner ?I would be happy with a 7 to 10 day fix. But certainly not 3 to 4 weeks. M

      I bought a 5 year warranty for a dishwasher from Lowes in November 2025. The dishwasher is now moldy which is because of a faulty heater according to one of the repairmen that came out to look at it. But instead of fixing it, they have denied the claim is my fault due to poor maintenance. I have made repeated calls to appeal or get another repairman out to look at it again and have made no progress. I am being denied coverage for a protection plan, and I want my dishwasher fixed.

      Do not go through Lowes for kitchen cabinets and install. It took 4 months to complete the install after multiple product quality control issues from their Diamond Brand cabinets such as paint chipping off and huge gaps on the trim. Even the replacement cabinets came defective delaying project further. My family went 2 months without a sink and stove (living with 2 small children). You deal with some ****************** called Premier to oversee the project and can tell they have no actual experience just phone jockeys. The 3rd party installer puts you on the back burner if your project doesnt go smooth. You pay 100% at the beginning so you have no power to hold them accountable. And at the very end, 4 months later when the job finally complete, I am left with a large pile of defective cabinets to dump at my own expense and they wont return any phone calls to refund me for services I paid for and didnt receive such as appliance haul away or discounts we discussed for the subpar product quality and service. Horrible from start to finish.

      ********** Lowes We have bought several big ticket items from Lowes over the past few years and customer service keeps getting worse and worse. The last purchase was a $5400.00 riding mower. From the very beginning everyone seemed unhappy that we wanted to buy a lawnmower and they actually had to help us, as in like they didnt want to help us. It was early October 2024 when we were trying to make the purchase. The lawnmower had been sitting out in the weather all spring and summer long. Therefore, they all were weather damaged. So, because we needed a lawnmower and had a Lowes card as this is how we had to purchase as it was a same as cash deal. After we purchased it an EMPLOYEE came to us and revealed that those were displays only and they would put a new one together in the back. The one we bought was a display model and was just that, a display model and they sold it as a new one, which was in our opinion fraudulent. We tried to get some kind of discount knocked off due to the damage and the manager on duty was not willing to help us out and was very rude and not trying to satisfy the customer that was bluntly obviously. This is the first time weve had any issues with this type of behavior from them since doing business with Lowes for several years. We were told by more than one employee that everything comes down from corporate and that they do not care about their employees OR the CUSTOMER. They are for the all mighty dollar and lining their pockets while giving horrible customer service. We will NEVER buy anything major from them ever again and may not buy anything period. I think ********** maybe our new company to do business with. Also, the 3rd party delivery company is a nightmare to deal with as weve dealt with them twice for a couple other purchases before the lawnmower incident. They are horrible and it goes without saying that Lowes has definitely lowered their standards for customer service and not in a good way. Buyers beware!

      Imagine your Father going to Lowes on FATHERS DAY WEEKEND and getting cursed out by the assistant store manager, TJ at Store #******* Dad shops at this store ALL THE TIME. Yesterday he went in to return a defective item and ** told him, Youre not returning a motherfxcking thing! This product is used. My Dad responded and said, Why are you cursing at me? Are you okay? Yes the product broke as soon as I tried to use it. ** continues to curse at him and eventually says to the cashier, Give him his fxcking money back! Run back the cameras if you need proof! My Dad was completely taken aback by this experience. He has never felt so disrespected by an establishment. Especially, a company that he has supported for decades! The cashier knew her manager was out of line. She apologized to my father and said her manager shouldnt have acted like that and it wasnt right. His blood pressure was through the roof after this incident! He was so distraught - it was an emotionally devastating experience for him. He called corporate and the representative didnt seem to really care. No questions were asked or anything. My Dad is the most amazing person and did not deserve this disgusting experience and terrible customer service. We will never shop at ********************** aga
