      Never will I ever buy another ** washer! Already had a repairman out once, which was a struggle in itself because Lowes uses the worst repair companies. Now this crummy washer needs the same repair! Faulty sensors. I hate sensors. It's under warranty but Lowes repair companies make it as hard as getting a root canal to get your apllianced repaired! My next washer will be the older kind, no sensors. Thank God they still make them!

      Purchased a new gas stove. Informed assistant that we use propane, but was assured that installers would make the necessary changes. Got home and noted that flames on stove and in oven were larger than normal. When I contacted Lowes to complain, a week or two later, wasnt able to get service man out until a week or so later-they only serviced my area on Thursdays. Anyway, got a call from service department informing me that their installer should not have installed the stove because we have propane. Got home and noted that flames satisfaction from **************** other than I could hit someone to correct the problem or call a store in ***** (45 miles away) to have an installer come to correct the issue. Called Idaho store twice, left message, but received no call backs or satisfaction. I eventually hired someone to come in and install my range correctly. Last time I spend money at Lowes.

      Deceptive return policies. No information is provided to the consumer on the receipts or on signage leaving or entering the store. The advertised return policy is 90 days. Actually only have 48 hours on some items and there is no way to know unless you bother to go to the website or bring back your return.

      Purchased ******************** Purchased extended warranty from Lowes for both. After 6 months, The racks in dishwasher, the gray coating started to wear away, showing metal. Lowes said racks not covered. I brought the racks into Lowes. Midea told me the same & want me to purchase new racks at my expense, not in stock! This is going on almost 3 years, no return phone calls. Lowes offered me a discount on a new dishwasher.are you kidding me?

      This is a direct complaint against the ******** KY location. The customer service is awful. The kids that run the counter under *** ******* watch are juvenile and run you in circles talking to their friends who play manager. They are of no help. When asking who you are speaking with they immediately hang up the phone, they send you to departments that have nothing to do with your issue. ALL front desk employees should be fired from this location.

      In my 75 years, I have never lost my temper with a store until this morning, at ********* Lowes. I wanted to change my delivery time. The time of 4pm to 8pm was not convenient. Mind you, I paid $29. for delivery, you would have thought I would have some say, NO. The phone rang for 11 minutes before a completely clueless girl answered the phone. I asked to have this time changed. She immediately said no. I asked to speak to a store manager. She said I couldn't because he was in a meeting?? I then asked to speak to any manager. This arrogant, snotty person got on the phone and informed me my refrigerator was on the truck and I could not change the time or refuse delivery. I still think I have that right. His disgust in his voice was palatable. Furthermore, you can't complain to LOWES because they make it impossibe to speakk to anyone at corporate office, but the BBB had the number, for which I am thankful. I have cut my LOWES credit card in half and suggest that you go to ********** for your needs.

      Lowes is insistent on trying to charge me for a product I did not receive. When a washer dryer combo had failed to be delivered for the second time, I cancelled my order. The person working at Lowes did not cancel the warranty. They have been harassing me since August 2024, many phone calls, emails , texts and postal mail. I have contacted them multiple times, they said its in review. And I am the one who asked them to do it, about 4 times. Today again, I tried and the woman said it was still in review. That I can ignore the correspondence, my response was tell them to stop contacting and harassing me. She said she would enter it in the computer. I told her that I will contact the BBB

      I had a horrible experience with Lowes appliances installation. Looks like they outsource it to different company. This company makes it very difficult to schedule installation. You could never speak with scheduler. When you call, you talk to a person, who takes info and says that "we will call you back with date'. It takes 2-3 days for someone to reach back via text with only one date and time, that usually about 7-10 days ahead. You never have a choice of dates, so if you not available at the date given, you have to call back to receptionist and start over. It took me 6 weeks back and forth to finally schedule installation date. I also lined up a kitchen contractor to build a trim around dishwasher next day. On the day of installation, I got a call from lowe's installer saying that his truck broke down and he will not be able to make it. I called back to the office, crying, because my kitchen installer would not be able to change his date of building trim around dishwasher. no one cared, and looks like the installation date scheduling cycle started again. Probably will not see my dishwasher for another month. This is just nightmare!!

      Lowes declined to honor their product warranty on a lawn mower bought 8 months ago that stopped working. Lowes reason for declining is lack of owner maintenance suggesting the machine had no oil. I showed them the oil reservoir is full, with oil provided with the Craftsman mower and subsequently used less than 10 times. Awaiting their response to be corrected
