1 starGood afternoon I am writing this letter in regards my stove I purchased from Lowes in ************* on November 2024. I havent been able to cook in my stove. My old stove was removed and this stove was put in the house and the display on the stove did not work, unable to turn on the stove. I have not been able to cook inside the stove the stove has not been on since I bought it. I was able to utilize the pilots they did come on, but the stove did not. I was unable to turn it on because the display did not work. I am asking you all to reconsider and send me a RMA to return this merchandise and receive a merchandise that does work. Im not asking for much Im asking for whats right should be done. I am a consumer and I purchased this merchandise from you all You did not buy for me. The stove came out of Lowes warehouse no telling how long its been in there and I think it was defective coming to my house. They indicated that I needed to call ******* and ******* sent someone out to inspect the oven. He opened the oven, he took the screws off inspected the oven, and told me that it was infested. He indicated to me that I needed to call Terminix or someone to come and do an inspection before he could work on my stove. Now I am inquiring about a replacement of a new Stove. And the first notation I sent to you all you sent me a indication that the parts were going to be sent out and be replaced, but I never received any more documents after I received that which it is located in the first email that I sent to you all. What Im trying to do is just replace my stove so I can cook thank youReview fromHilda O

1 starI ordered a front door in March, contract stated door was supposed to be installed the end of April. It was finally delivered to the store June 5th. Whatever company that was supposed to install the door stated they called me and left a message June 6 which is a lie because I have been waiting. I have spoken to various people from Lowes even corporate and still get the runaround why is it taking so long since March, it is now June ******* and all I get is they will call you with an installation date. Never againReview fromDiane L

1 starIf I could give a zero star I would. So the employees at this store are pretty nice, but if you want window treatments installed beware, when you buy large appliances and need a delivery beware. I bought a stove, under the counter microwave and fridge, I suggested coming thru the back door bc, no stairs. The problem, my fridge wont fit thru the back door, after they leave I realize it would easily fit thru the front door after I measured (these are delivery guys who are professionals, why didnt they suggest the front door, who knows) I call them back immediately bc I thought I was going to have to go back to by a smaller fridge. Its too late they cannot return the same day, customer service reschedules for June 10th, I use my last vacation day to be available. I fill out a survey (not so great) about a different order I had with them (they use ****** and my delivery came 3 different days, they dont follow instructions so why bother and Ive been waiting on this $2000 project for almost a month now. Back to delivery and customer service, so its Tuesday, Im in tears knowing Ive waisted my last vacation day and lost $$ bc of this issue. I call customer service, she claims she didnt see any deliveries until the 15th which is Sunday my only day off and couldnt schedule for today my original day.. that she apparently couldnt see. They needed to honor their commitment to deliver today June 10th. They have zero accountability and to complain, you have to leave a VM. Ill update this if I ever get a call back. Im not counting on it. It seems once they got my $5000 which I work incredibly hard for they have zero interest in making things right.Review fromDennis I

1 starI placed an order for Two (2) Bismark storm doors at the Lowes (store 2253) on ****************************************, on 5/2/32025. I was told that it would be approximately 10 days or so for the doors to arrive at the store. Now Today 6/9/2025, the doors still have not arrived. The store now says this Thursday possibly? That would be nearly three weeks! And I have no guarantee they will show up this week. Nobody from the store to the customer service representatives can give me an answer. I run a small business and use Lowes alot and I have never run into such incompetence in my life! I am very disappointed in the lack of tacking and lack of knowledge of where products are at any given time. And nobody cares at Lowes! SO BEWARE IF YOU ORDER ANYTHING!!!!Review fromJana F

1 starLowes delivery is the worst. We were to have some appliances delivered on June 5 and when they werent, they told us the delivery had been changed to June 14, without notifying us. That was unacceptable and they were going to deliver on June 7 and they werent. They are supposed to be delivered today, June 9 and I called to get delivery status and they said they will not be delivered today because they were not on the truck. This customer service has got to be the worst I have ever experienced. I have spoken with several people at the store and half of them say they have no control over what happens and the other say they will fix the issue, none of which gets done. Unbelievable! How is Lowes even in business?! We will never, never step foot in that business again.Review fromKatherine M

1 starI am a frequent Lowes shopper, usually I go to the one a few miles down the road, but on occasion I shop at the ******* location. My last two visits were far less than subpar. Two visits ago I was checking out at the garden center when myself and the man checking me out realized one of the planters I had picked up did not have a price tag on it. I said to him oh man, this pot has no tag, I didnt realize that, he responded with, yup. That was it, just yup. I then said, um, ok, Ill go find one with a tag. He said nothing. So I ran off like an employee and had to locate one with a tag myself. No big deal, but, I dont work there, I dont price things, why am I running around doing their job? I left feeling a little perplexed to this, but saw it as a one off for the store. However two weeks later Im back, looking at the plants, noticing how poorly they keep up with them compared to the Lowes down the road, and wanted to ask someone about the potential clearance of some alocasia that looked horrid. A workers passed by pushing a large cart, obviously busy, so I let me pass. I saw another worker nearby just standing around, and thought I would ask him about the plants. When I approached him and said, hi, can I ask you a question, clear as day under his breath he said, not sure why you didnt ask the other guy. I said, excuse me, what did you say, he replied, nothing, what do you need. I asked him my question, he gave a response, and I thanked him and left. Far too blown away to ask why he would be so rude to the people who shop at his store. I now know this store has major issues. Lack luster employees, plants that look used and abused, and just down right mismanaged. I know now that the ******* store is one to avoid and I will keep shopping from now on at the Lowes down the road, the store that actually cares about its customers.Review fromJames H

1 starBuyer beware! When involved in a major renovation or remodel and unused supplies pile up and you pass the ninety day return window you are stuck with c*** you dont want or need. This is the most ******** policy that I have ever heard of and most especially when you have been a loyal customer for years on end spending tens and tens of thousands of dollars with them over the years. No more!Review fromLuis C

1 starI ordered a black and ****** cordless hedge trimmer with battery and charger. First of all it arrived late, poorly packaged, and worst of all, the battery wouldn't charge. So after phone calls emails, many of them, I was finally told to take back to store and they would order a new one. But wait, it gets even worse. So they did not carry the item in store so a new one had to be ordered and I had to wait another week to receive the new one. Well today I received the new one and the same exact result. The battery and or charger still do not work. I strongly believe they just replaced the trimmer and sent the same battery and charger back to me even though it's what I said was the issue. Regardless, i still do not have my brand new working trimmer and its been almost a month since the beginning of this horrible experience. All now I have to wait until Monday to contact black and ****** to be sent, yet again, a new battery and charger and how for the best. Meanwhile my ****** just keep growing longer and longer looking hideous!Review fromJack S

1 starIn February I purchased an A/C unit from Lowe's. They sent out a contractor to my home, who after discussing with us made recommendations and put the order through on his tablet. Lowe's emailed me a contract, which I signed. The equipment was duly installed by the contractor and paid by us. Four months later the unit has failed and I am trying to get it serviced. However, the unit does not appear on my Lowe's purchase record, and upon calling Lowe's they say they cannot find my transaction with the information I have, specifically, what they provide on the contract: an order number. They refused to provide any further actionable information nor attempt to find my purchase with the information available. Concerning this significant purchase they have left me to fend for myself, which so far has meant finding out who was the contractor and contacting them directly. Very disappointed in Lowe's after-sale service.
