      Used to brag about Lowes. After this experience, will not ever recommend Lowes to anyone again! Purchased refrigerator to be delivered 6/6. Never heard from anyone on 6/5 to set up delivery time. Looking into it, I found delivery had been moved to 6/10. No notice, no communication. I found this out on my own after digging into it and already taking a day off work to be home for delivery on 6/6. We are not available for delivery on 6/10 and have already been almost a week without a fridge. Called and spent more than 10 minutes on hold. Finally a guy answered and asked if he could put me on hold while he looked into it; he never came back on the line. **************** ******* picked up the call and I explained everything again. She was beyond rude and should not be in any type of customer service position. She escalated the whole situation x10. Was then transfered to the manager in appliances. He had been told nothing, so I got to explain the situation a 3rd time. He agreed if we would pick it up ourselves he would take $100 off the price and refund the delivery charge. THEN his manager joined in and said they would not do that, and the most she would do was 15% discount. Word of mouth goes a long way and as ticked off as I am after this entire experience, you can be guaranteed I will share this experience with anyone and everyone who will listen!

      Purchased a ************** on 5/24/25. Products were delivered on 5/25/25, but several visits and numerous calls/on-line chats throughout the days following to complete (haul away, installation, connection) remained unresolved. I cancelled order on 5/31/25. Appliances were picked up on 6/2/25.

      I purchased a dishwasher and faucet for a rental to be delivered. Installed and have old dishwasher hauled away. I was clear about delivery and install instructions that renter had dogs and someone had to be there after 2:00 on Thursday. I received a call the following night at 8:00 pm saying this is ******* we are contracted by Lowe's to do install. We can not come on Thursday we can come Tuesday. Because it was 8:00 pm I called Lowe's in the morning asked to speak to a manager. No answer then hung up on. I called back 2 more times and was hung up on before getting to speak to someone. I called corporate, then was directed to another phone number for deliveries. I was given run around no help. I drove to my local Lowe's with the receipt to RSM I explained the situation they but me in and explained that I would not need to hire a plumber on my own as a rush service. She told me there was nothing she could do other than cancel installation. I agreed. But she said she could not do it until after the delivery. I agreed got my own plumber for Thursday to match delivery. That evening I got a text that they are trying to deliver Wednesday night. Again not what we agreed on there is no one there to receive or to give access to haul away old dishwasher. My husband tried to call based on text they said no one is available call during business hours. Lowe's has costed me lots of time. I am not sure if I would have same trouble if I purchased from my local branch. But this has been the worse experience ever. Get it together Lowe's!!!

      Iam not understanding why a company as big as lowes, don't care about customers customers. I order a lawn mower online but for some reason, they to lazy to pull the order so I can pick it up( 2 day of waiting. No one ever answer the phone in mc donough ga Why be in business, if customers services don't matter. If they continue with lack of concern, they will have less customers

      April 4, 2025, I ordered an Armoire Wardrobe. Delivered on time by *****. went to assemble on 4/22 and found the hardware was missing. Called Lowes customer support and was told I had to contact the manufacture. Told Lowes that I purchased from them not the manufacture. Lowes gave me contact information for the manufacture, FuFu&GaGa. April 24th, made contact with fufu&gaga. They were very nice and worked with me over many emails, to get the hardware, which had to come from *****. Received the missing hardware on May 17th. almost a month later. LOWES has NO ******************* Customer should never have to go to manufacture in ***** to resolve a problem

      We ordered a dishwasher from them. When they installed it they put 2 screws through my counter. S******* in the dishwasher from below, they went through the top, I have the tips of 2 screws coming out of my counter.All they said they would do was patch it or give me $100. This went on for over a month. The best I could get was $190, the cost of installation. I have to patch it myself. They ****.

      Lowes delivery service is a complete joke six hours late for my delivery not one person from the third-party delivery company or Lowes called to tell me that these drivers were going to be this late. Its now 9:42 PM still waiting for my delivery.. This is very unprofessional and ridiculous that not one person could reach out and say they were going to be this late. The employees inside this Lowes location where I purchased my item were very nice but this third-party delivery service needs to go.. Somehow Lowes. You need to figure it out and stop doing this to customers. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER! I will think twice before I order anything from Lowes again for delivery and will warn anybody that I know thats gonna use Lowes delivery service.

      Lowes warehouse installed an ILLEGAL extension to my gas line because they were running late. This not only jeopardized the life of my wife, son, and myself but also my neighbors, giving that our homes are connected. The gas company had to be called to clear out the house and shut off the gas. They told us this could have easily been an explosion given that there is an open flame in the hot water heater. Between corporate, the *********, ** store, and the warehouse, everyone is pointing at the other. 3 times we had Lowes delivery workers come to our house and just now the worker said he is not trained in gas and doesn't want anything to happen to him. Even though Lowes told us their drivers, hooking up gas lines, are certified and trained. Lies!! He said himself, "Lowes just hires anyone." So no wonder there was a gas leak! I'm getting my unit returned but will also be speaking to a lawyer about the illegal gas line they connected that could have killed my family and neighbors. Will NEVER use Lowes again. They also left our dryer out in the pouring rain while they were inside for over 20 minutes. My wife came home and told me while I was inside monitoring them. I had to grab their hand truck to bring it in myself. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Also the manager ***** at this ********* NJ store was nasty and unprofessional toward me and my wife taking zero accountability and barely allowing my wife and I to speak. If this is his example of customer service he does not need to be a manager. Luckily i didnt go on vacation after installation or there could have been a huge gas explosion.

      If I could leave a zero I would. We ordered blinds for every window in a newly rennovated home . Approx 20 windows . There were many mistakes on the original orders after those issues were solved the order was placed . Upon delivery there were 3 sets of blinds that were incorrect and didn't fit the windows and all 20 windows had incorrect Valances , plus there was one missing window that was deleted from the order .Valances were the wrong style as well as cut to the wrong length. Those valances were returned and the incorrect windows blinds were reordered. There was also a completely missing window , We added a small window to the order Second delivery rinse and repeat ., They delivered the same size blinds for the original windows that didnt fit so they didn't fit again . The Valance style was correct but the sizes were wrong . Missing window blind was delivered but new window blind was not .Those valances were returned again . 3rd delivery ,mIssing window still not delivered , Valances delivered again at the wrong sizes . The installer told us it was Lowes misake on all of the orders of wrong sizes . We accepted the incorrect valances as we had a tenant who had moved in and we needed window coverings. The new window was still missing . We asked for 30% off the order which was less than what was offered previously. I worked with Valentino Miles over a three week period and was offered 465$ I called the store numerous times and they do not answer the phone , I called corporate and they said they would have the store manager contact me . He never did. Any time I called corporate they just passed me around and no one called backed , They do not care about customers or service .

      Lowe's sold us a flooring package. They sold shoddy products and supplied unqualified installation. Our flooring started separating and popping up almost immediately. Lowes advised us to contact our home insurance company and file a claim. After Lowes refused to keep their word, we did file an Insurance claim. The insurance adjuster reported that we were victims of shoddy products and shoddy installation of the flooring. Lowes refuses to take responsibility for the Mess they created. Please help us! We are left with a rapidly deteriorating floor & no redress of our loss of appx $8,000.00.
