Purchased a craftsman riding lawnmower Aug. 2024. Used approx 10 times when problems occurred with it not starting. Called store was told we had to call craftsman. ********* gave us service numbers that no longer existed or wanted to charge us ****** to pick up and repair. This was an expensive purchase and needs to be made right. An exchange or free pick up and delivery to a repair shop.

I bought a zero-turn mower on 5/14/25, which was to be delivered on 5/23/25, but it was not delivered, and no one called. I called to ask why, but they could not tell me why it was not delivered or canceled. They then rescheduled the delivery on a day I had to work without talking with me. I tried to go online to reschedule the delivery, but could not because the online site would not let me. I called customer care to help and was told it would be taken care of, but it was not. After they tried to deliver the mower on a day I was at work, I decided to get a refund. I went into the store I bought it from and they told me they could not refund my money because it was fulfilled by another store. They could get the store for me and tried to get it refunded, but the other store told them they could not refund the money because it was still in the system as out for delivery. I called customer care to file a case, and they told me to call back in 24 hours if I did not hear from someone. I called customer care back the next day after I did not hear from anyone, and I was told again to call back in 24 hours. I called back the next day after I received a call from a man trying to deliver the mower while I was at work. ************ then told me that they would send the case back to the same store that was refusing to refund the money because that was all they could do. I asked if they could send it to someone higher than the store level, and they told me no. I have been dealing with this for a week, and at this time Lowe's is still trying to deliver the mower a 3rd time while I was at work, and after I tried to get it refunded. At this time, I am stressed out and Lowe's has stolen 3300 from me.

Lowes declined to refund purchase price for a dishwasher bought online. The installer for Lowes said it wouldn't fit and had to be returned to the Dale City store unopened. This was done. Lowes now declines the refund (as of May 29).

I have had nothing but trouble with delivery and setup, however this is in regards to my account; they reduced my credit limit in half and shut off my card without cause. Always been on time and my credit score is excellent!! *** going there again!! ****************!

I placed an online order for patio furniture on 4/19/25 for home delivery of the items (2 chairs, love seat, table). Subsequently they contacted me twice to advise of a problem and a reschedule. I then requested the order be canceled in its entirety, and I also sent an email confirming this request. Several days later Lowe's showed up at my doorstep advising of delivery of 2 chairs. No other items. I told them I had canceled the order. They were only the delivery service and were unaware. I said I would accept the chairs if the balance of the order would be canceled. That's when they advised that one of the chairs was damaged. They contacted Lowe's, and they agreed to take off $150 from the price. I accepted. I followed up with a call and an email, requesting the balance of the order be canceled and refunded. After 2 weeks of no refund, I had Lowe's come back and pick up the 2 chairs because I was so dissatisfied with their lack of customer service. It took several days, but I finally got a credit on my credit card for the chairs ONLY. I have sent several emails, made calls, and have visited the store in person (on *. ****** in ****) FOUR TIMES. I STILL have not gotten a refund for the love seat and table which were never delivered nor do I want them anymore. Every week, for a month now, I've been told they have an I/T issue which prevents them from issuing credit to my credit card. And every week I'm told that I/T has just entered (another) ticket to get this resolved, and I should hear within 24 hours. And every week I've had to initiate the follow up. NO ONE at Lowe's has ever offered any kind of apology for my inconvenience or suggested any form of compensation that MIGHT make me want to go back to Lowe's. I have talked to numerous employees, assistant managers, and store managers. The lack of concern on their part is unbelievable. STILL WAITING for $400+.

I just brought a new Toro lawn mower and it's hard to restart after it has been running and then stopped. It won't restart right away. It needs to cool off 1st about ***** mins and then it will start again. I was told that I could return the lawn mower within 30 days after purhase and was told to remove the oil and gas. I have not been able to return the lawn mower even after talking with Toro. Be careful about purchasing a lawn mower from Lowes. If you have problems with it you won't be able to return it. They will have help tyou get the lawn mower repaired. And if you do buy a lawn from Lowes make sure you get the additional warranty through Lowes along with the manufactures warranty.

************** store. Went there and purchased a ************** lawnmower. It was delivered a day later. That all went very well. But the lawn mower failed after 15 mins and thats when the issues with Lowes started. Called the store and did some troubleshooting. The person said he would have the mower picked up and it was- by a Lowes truck. They said we dont get a copy of the paperwork so I took a picture. Thank goodness that I did. Multiple calls to customer service and they kept saying we had the machine. I shared the pickup number and then was told that they had no idea when wed get it back. I asked for a new mower out my money back. They said they couldnt do that and ultimately said they transfer me which was code for hang up on me. Went to the store and spent 2 hours fighting to prove that 1. They actually took back the mower and 2. To get my money back. This pick up scam happened to our neighbor also! Take a picture of that pick up ticket that they wont give you a copy of!! They are trying to steal your money!

Ive been a loyal Lowes customer for years, but my recent experience with a dryer installation order has left me completely disappointed and disillusioned. I ordered a compatible dryer to the washer I previously purchased from Lowes just six months ago as well as a proper stacking kit. Everything was ready and in line. Unfortunately, what I got was a masterclass in misleading advertising and contradictory customer support. Before placing the order, I thoroughly reviewed the available services and nowhere on the product page or during checkout was it made clear that stacking was only available if both units were purchased at the same time. In fact, the original washer installation included stacking with no issues. It wasnt until after the purchase, during follow-up communication, that I was informed of this obscure policyhidden in a part of the Lowes site that requires several specific steps to even access. How is a customer supposed to find that? Apparently, I was expected to search delivery, click on an icon, and filter by washers just to uncover critical service limitations. That is not reasonable or transparent.Worse yet, two customer service **** both confirmed over the phone that stacking should not be an issue. They acknowledged my situation and agreed that since the units were identical and both purchased from Loweswith the correct stacking kitinstallation should be honored. Despite that, the Market Delivery Associate, flat-out refused the service, citing the buried policy. He even acknowledged in writing that he cannot link directly to the policy hes using as justification. That says it all.Lowes left me with the burden of coordinating installation for my 60-year-old auntbecause they refused to stand by the service their **** themselves confirmed. I gave every opportunity for resolution, and I was met with robotic policy recitations instead of actual customer care.

I purchased the delivery and install of flooring from Lowes the second week of March. Since then we have had our items delayed, changed, and even delivered incorrectly. Nothing about this install project has been easy. The store seems to not have a single clue what they are doing, and I rarely talk to the same person twice at the call center when trying to figure everything out that they have messed up. I will never recommend them to anyone for an install project. Not once did they offer any compensation for the numerous mistakes theyve made. Its been almost three months and I am just now getting materials delivered.

I have been a loyal customer of ********************** for many years. I bought an over the range microwave and changed my mind so I took it back to the store only to be informed that the return policy is now 48 hours. **************************************************** that the return window was so short I would not have bought an appliance there at all. I informed the store manager I will not return to lowes for anything else. They lost a customer who owns lots of rental properties over it. 48 hours is not very loyal to me so why continue being loyal to them. I would not recommend them to anyone. Lowes sucks!
