      It has been OVER 60 days since Lenovo received my Chrome Book. Ive yet to get a refund!! Buyer BEWARE!!! I call and get the runaround EVERY time I do call. The constantly tell me **** business days. However when I call at the end of those 10 business days, I get the same response, AGAIN!!They lie!!

      I had tried this laptop but it is a waste of money and time I am so mad that I wasted my time on this company they don't appreciate their customers and they don't keep their agreement the worst laptop ever

      I've had issues since very early on from using this laptop. Of course I am outside the 30 day replacement window so they couldn't replace the unit for my first incidence. They offered to replace the motherboard which I happily accepted. A day after that the laptop blue screened and I'm back on the phone with them yet again. I speak to a rep that documents everything, offers to escalate and says someone will contact me and when they do 3 weeks later, I'm back in the same h*** loop of being told that It will be escalated. The last escalation manager I spoke to won't even return my call! This morning I just spoke to another rep (3rd or 4th one at this point) and ultimately declined for further on-site service because after having replaced the entire motherboard you would think that was enough! I've troubleshot and did my due diligence. This is my work computer and I no longer want to speak to a rep and have them replace parts and troubleshoot when this is clearly a factory defect. As it is still under a 1 year warranty I think it's fair given the amount of headache I've been dealing with to just replace the unit!

      Dear consumers, Please be aware of Lenovos ADP, DEPOT, or recertification, damage protection warranty. It is a sham!! The sales reps are quick to sell it to you fully knowing the company is never going to honor it. Adding insult to injury- when you call to check on the status of your warranty to schedule a repair, there is no one to speak to, no email for a customer service ***** No manager or supervisor and no accountability. They shamelessly keep transferring your call from one person to another, giving you case number after case number, until finally, you give up. And forget about getting your money back for a service you paid for but they wont provide- the process its even worse.Why is this company allowed to conduct business in such a disgraceful convoluted way?I truly wished I had read the previous reviews before being deceived.

      I bought an IdeaPad Slim 7 15" laptop. In April 2020. Its LCD panel started separating and I sent it for repair a couple of times asking to replace the defective screen. They sent it with a temporary patchwork but without replacing the defective screen, so after opening the screen several times the loosely fitted LCD panel separate from the screen base. Now the LCD panel is totally separated and I wanted to send it again and opened a repair ticket and send pictures of the machine as they requested and they informed me they will send a box for returning the machine. But I neither received it or heard from them after a couple of email reminders. However, I still have premium care for the machine until End of April 2023. The repair status of the machine under is shown as resolved on 2022-10-11, still the machine is waiting to be shipped! what a funny premium care support is this?
      I hope Lenovo as a reputed company serve their customers in a batter way.

      So I got this as a gift a while back it has worked okay up until a couple of weeks ago when I got on and it would not let me get into anything except ********* Edge and my files nothing else would open up. I did reach out to customer service three different times and was offered to have a technician look at it because I was told it was a software issue for $99 I can have a technician help me and fix it. LOL I have three more months left on my warranty and you're trying to charge me to fix something that I did not do I had to end up factory resetting my laptop because you guys want to charge me to fix a problem that's not my problem. And wow what crappy reviews you all have

      I purchased a Lenovo desktop because of a lingering illness I needed to seemy Dr.s on zoom since t was hard for me to get out and about. The issue was that the camera did not work and you really don't know this until *** have to use it. After getting my owm tech support to do a diagnosis and them come out to the house it was confirmed that it was a mechanicle issue. I called the company and explsined and there customer people were like robots they never answered your questions or concerns. They just stuck to the script. finally sent in the desktop only to get it back with no microphone (missed two iomportant zoom meetings.) Latter I found out that the board had to be replace for the camera, they sent it back with the microphne not working does this sound like a new desktop to you. I had to go through the same changes again with the tech supports mine and Lenovos. This is a lemon and and once again Im am missing important meetings. I have reached out to the **************** manager but he is now ignoring me.

      Recently I added a review about Lenovo I will admit it was not the best experience at first. Once Lenovo had figured out that it was an issue between them and one of their customers they reached out in a quick manner they were very kind and understanding. They're an above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the outcome of the computer buying experience overall. After seeing how well they handle the issue when one arises I have now changed my opinion I would recommend these guys, I just wish they would have done that from the start LOL but I figured I'd write a little bit better with you because did make it right! Thanks Lenovo customer service!

      I have purchased a Lenovo G27q-20 monitor and after regular use, it does not turn on. If anyone is reading this I suggest you never buy from them, their products don't last, and you should see how bad it looks.
