      DO NOT BUY LENOVO COMPUTERS! They do not stand by their products. They sold me a defective product and refused to accept the return. Lemom laws need to be applied to computers.

      Purchased Lenovo laptop along with the premium care plus support. The support shows "Fastest Repairs done at your location, Next Business Day". Twice we have called support for issues and both times we were told that we have to send the laptop in. There is no asterisk or superscript directing to a footnote that says "Repairs done at your location, sometimes". I now have to send in the laptop and have no idea how long it will take to return. Very disappointed in Lenovo.

      I WANT to love Lenovo, BUT the fact that they keep lying about the shipping date is infuriating. If they can't meet the deadline they need to CHANGE the information they say PRIOR to ordering. I can place a new order for the SAME computer everyday (I've checked daily) and it claims it will be at Best Buy for pick up in 7 days, but the computer I ordered with IDENTICAL SPECS on 12/26/24 keeps getting delayed?? WHY? I called on 1/5/24 to get updates, they assured me it will ship 1/10 and arrive 1/15 - or they give me 5% back..... well on 1/9 I got an email saying it was delayed and they hoped to have it shipped out within THIRTY days!!!! I called today and now they are saying MARCH 2025!!!!! WHAT?!! They did "escalate" my case, but I have to wait 24 business hours for an email..... and if I don't like what they have to say via email I can CALL BACK and they will "fix it" WHAT???!!!!! HORRIBLE ****************** I missed out on many other end of year deals in the hopes that this company was honest - ****** learned.

      Returned product back to them, requested my money back. They have asked me to contact *** as they lost the returned product. But the label was provided by Lenovo. And moreover there was no possibility to open claim in *** as only Lenovo can do it

      Do not buy Lenovo Laptops it is legit a scam unless you don't know how to use computers or just plan to use them for school. 2200$ unit can't even run a web browser with out throttling the CPU and causing the whole thing to over heat and Blue screen of death. I paid almost 400$ to make sure the unit was insured. I paid a lot of money to have technicians come out to my house and they refused to send out technicians or even trouble shoot the problem. They told me to send them my computer in a box and add 3 bloat wear programs to help with protection. Well the last time I got a PC from you part of the screen was cracked so, the boat of confidence in sending you my PC and it coming back in one piece is pretty low. I have sense then reinstated the warranty to try and git the unit repairs. Even though I have an active subscription I need to pay lenovo 109$ Diagnostic + 35$ for shipping when I am suppose to have a experienced technician come to my house and repair the unit in full. They do not honor their warranties and they do everything they can to avoid repairing or sending a new unit. This company seems to be a get what you get computer company. Do not buy, avoid.

      On Nov 29th, I had some purchase decisions made, and I chose Lenovo once again over **** and **. One of the deciding factors was Lenovo's price match guarantee. So, I purchased the Legion Tower 5i *** 8 ******* with RTX 4070 Super. Having monitored the price, the price dropped by another $400 (instant saving $800); I called Lenovo customer care and spoke with Vx ******* Case number C003189xxx He checked the Lenovo website and indeed agreed that the price dropped, and the Lenovo team would match the price to what it dropped to, i.e., from $1,899.99 to $1,414.99. He emailed me and said that he would get back within 24 to 48 hours, but he never did.Until now, he still has not got the $400 credit to my credit card account. I called and spoke with another customer care representative *****, and he told me that they wanted a screenshot of the price, which the representative ***** should have done and apparently not, and that is why the credit was not processed. Apparently, ***** failed to attach the screenshot to the case. I am really frustrated and angry with the whole situation; I have spent several hours either via email or on the phone with no results. I will address it with you before considering other actions.

      I ordered my company laptop through my company from Lenovo on December 9, 2024, and it was supposed to be delivered on December 12, 2024. We had already scheduled a third-party IT company to set up the ** on December 17, 2024. However, I never received the ** and later found out that it was damaged during transit. I requested Lenovo to ship a replacement, but they said it is under investigation and cannot ship the replacement until the investigation is complete. I have been without a computer for work for over 10 days, which has caused significant issues. Additionally, we had to pay the IT company even though the ** was not available for setup.I am going on a two-week trip where I was supposed to work remotely, but now I can't. I wouldnt be surprised if I get fired because of this situation, and Lenovo doesnt seem to care at all.I still havent heard anything from them, and Im the one who has to call them to get updates every time.The funny thing is that my relative is a director at Lenovo...

      Ordered an "in stock" computer on November 29 as a holiday gift. I was just informed (on December 17) that the order has been cancelled because it is out of stock. That totally leaves me in a lurch. No other retailer does this. Just terrible business.

      This complaint is regarding Undelivered merchandise, I am writing this complaint regarding a laptop I purchased through the Lenovo website I've ordered on November 25th. On November 28th while checking the status (through the tracking link from Lenovo) of the scheduled delivery on the *** site, I found that the laptop was "damaged in the shipment and unrecoverable and *** is communicating with Lenovo to resolve the issue". It took Lenovo 2 weeks and 4 calls I've placed into Lenovo **************** to negotiate with *** and conclude that they owe me a ***lacement merchandise. In the first 3 of the calls with **************** the **** including a team Supervisor, provided absolutely wrong and misleading information, the in fourth call with the *** the information was partially correct. Finally, on Dec 9th, I was informed that Lenovo is going to ship a ***lacement laptop but then I received another notification from Lenovo post-Sales that I have to ship back the original laptop which I never received (!) otherwise I will be charged for the additional merchandise!The original order - laptop was NEVER delivered, it was damaged during the shipment and never delivered to me. It took Lenovo more than two weeks and 4 (four) long calls into Lenovo **************** to find out what happened and to send a ***lacement item, and now this outrages request from Lenovo? Lenovo had degraded into a company that should NOT exist; to deal with Lenovo **************** is total aggravation - not only lack of professionalism and productivity, completely useless team of people. The way Lenovo handled this case is horrible nightmare and customers have to know what terrible company once "great" Lenovo became and to avoid doing business with.
