      Lenovo knowingly sells faulty/defective products to its customers. There has been evidence of consistent and multiple occurrences of unsecured hardware on certain products that results in and can lead to further physical damage. Please follow the links below for evidence that this is a continuing issue with the manufacture of their products. They have a history of poor-quality manufacturing, particularly concerning their hinges. They have claimed to have fixed the issue, but as of today (August 2024), it persists.When contacting Lenovo concerning repairs, they cite that they are not held responsible due to physical damage, and without an extended warranty, you are essentially out of luck. It is very disconcerting to know that a company like Lenovo, which sells its products to the American population in mass quantities, can continue to operate in this manner and not be held accountable.The products with this issue should be recalled, and Lenovo should be held accountable for repairing it. Please note that I am required to select a minimum of one star to submit this review.       Terrible customer sales support. I was trying to purchase a certain model laptop while on sale and needed clarification on why a certain discount was not applying. I had different quotes generated and eventually reached a point where I was going to purchase, but the model went out of stock. I was told it would come back in stock so I waited. I occasionally emailed the most recent sales person who helped me checking if it would be back soon and was told he would let me know when it was available again as he was checking. I had to find myself that it was back in stock and reached out to him. By the time communication was returned, price went up significantly and the sales supervisor had reviewed the case. I was told they couldn't do anything about the price and was ghosted on communication.

      Terrible, I thought it was going to be an awesome laptop and without warning it just stopped turning on. No warning, just dead. I was told it is not repairable and I have to replace it, I am a student so I need a laptop. It is just barely 3 years old. This is extremely frustrating, a laptop should last more than three years. All of my school work is on there.

      I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Lenovo. I ordered a product that was worth just under $200, and to my shock, Lenovo decided it wasn't important enough to require a signature upon delivery. According to their "company policy," any item under $200 can be left on the porch without a signature. I never received my package but they claim it was delivered based on a *** picture. I would never have agreed to such an insecure delivery method had they made this information available.What makes matters worse is the appalling customer service I encountered when trying to resolve this issue. The representatives were unhelpful and dismissive, showing no concern for my lost package. They failed to provide a satisfactory solution or any reassurance that this wouldn't happen again.Lenovo does not make customers aware of this irresponsible policy before shipping, leaving us vulnerable to package theft and loss. This lack of transparency and care for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I urge anyone considering a purchase from Lenovo to think twice, as their poor policies and customer service will leave you frustrated and out of pocket.

      Purchased a Lenovo ThinkPad E-16 at end of October 2023 and in June/24 since the machine is still under warranty contacted technical support because machine stop connecting to internet using wi-fi. Technical support determine that I needed to return machine to be repair. Machine was returned, and Lenovo emailed me indicating that machine was at the repair center. As of today, Lenovo determined that machine is lost and demanding information from me that seems to be more about me trying to scam them than Lenovo finding out what is going on at repair center. I have forwarded to Lenovo proof of purchase, package return details and Lenovo communication emails including email from repair center acknowledging the possession of machine. Lenovo customer services response at corporate level are insulting and offensive!! ******************

      If there was a zero, that's what I'd rate Lenovo. I have had my laptop LESS THAN 3 YEARS. It has been dropping wi-fi for about 2 months now. I can no longer download apps, it fails to connect to wi-fi when powered up, IT'S A PIECE OF CRAP!!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER LENOVO PRODUCT!

      This was my first Lenovo purchase, but will definitely be my LAST! The most inept customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased a Lenovo Yoga 9i 2-in-1 on May 28. I also paid for the FoxIt PDF editor. I was supposed to receive the software by digital delivery. I received the laptop on June 8. I never received the software or a link or license key for it. I have contacted customer service TWICE through chat to resolve the issue. They keep telling me to check my spam folder, which I have done a jillion times - no email is there. So, each time I contacted them, I was told they had submitted the issue to their "team" and should be resolved within 2-3 business days. It has now been 10 days since my SECOND contact with them, and still no software. Oddly enough, I did receive an email a couple of days ago saying I had been given a "5% refund" off the purchase for my "inconvenience" (amounted to a whopping $4.50!), but I still do not have the software! Wish I had read these reviews before I purchased the stupid laptop - I will definitely never purchase any of their products again!

      Beware of Lenovo's Misleading Warranty Practices and ********************* Summary:I experienced severe disappointments with Lenovo's warranty service after purchasing a premium accidental warranty for my ThinkPad. Misdiagnoses and unethical practices highlighted a disregard for customer care.The service depot incorrectly claimed major components like the motherboard and CPU were damaged due to "negligence," a baseless assertion leading to a series of misleading evaluations. Upon return, my *** was physically broken, alleged to be a pre-existing condition, which contradicts the fact that the laptop was in perfect working condition when sent, verified by Lenovo's own diagnostics.The issue initially reported did not involve the *** or motherboard, components they claimed were irreparably damaged. The night before service, I had cleared the *** and reset the system, proving its functionality.Resolving this took over 10 hours of calls, revealing a significant lack of transparency and accountability from Lenovos team. This ordeal has diminished my trust in Lenovo's warranty services, which seem more focused on frustrating customers than providing support.Ethical Concerns and Potential Malpractice:The misleading diagnostics suggest possible malpractice, particularly harmful to those not skilled in IT, pushing them towards unnecessary purchases and liabilities. This raises major concerns about Lenovos operational integrity.I advise against purchasing Lenovo products, especially those considering their warranty services. The professionalism and customer care I encountered are alarmingly poor. Customers deserve honesty and integrity, standards Lenovo has not maintained.

      My experience was two fold. It was determined that as a result of issues, beyond that of my own control or affect- piece of equipment that I owned malfunctioned, causing a severe hazard, and becoming un usable. Further more this incident caused my PC to become completely un usable. By un usable I mean it is dead. and required replacement. All the above information was confirmed upon multiple occasions by the Escalations manager. Furthermore, the Re presentative Sent me a box t send in my pC to then begin the replacement process, or what I believe was supposed to be the process. The docking station he had figured wasnt damaged. and to "check"this sent only the few cords , not an entirely new unit. as he wanted to see if t he cords would suffice to adress the problem >however my parts are under warrnaty, CAN ********** just send me a correct war r ra nt yreplacement wi thout this *********************. these are work machines and I dont have time or resources to be wasting on "experiments" or trials. Can i please have some communication that goes somewhere. rather than escalations mangers that say hi, then dont respond, or wait in between emails for more time to be ewasted. and money to be lost as a result of them not upholding their warranty obligations. IT IS WHAT I puchased it for. especially for my $8K machine! can i get a solid commitment and answers that are tangible and concrete please
