      I am a student and my uncle has gifted me a laptop for my collage. But after some time the laptop isn't turning on. J contacted support and they have sent me a lable and I have shipped my laptop. Now it's lost. I have contacted support again regarding this and they aren't responding to anything. They are saying we can't help you with this. This is how lenovo support helps their customers. I am very disappointed in ********************** support and at the company

      I ordered a laptop on 29 Sept 2024, and although I was initially given an estimated delivery date of 2 days, I have not received any updates regarding the status of my order. I have contacted your support team multiple times and provided all necessary information to release the order, yet no further action has been ******** credit card has already been charged, and I will be billed soon for this purchase. If I do not receive a clear status update or a shipment confirmation within the next 24 hours (until the 7th of October), I will be forced to explore further action, including contacting my credit card company for a chargeback and submitting a formal complaint to the *** and Better Business Bureau.I trust that you can help me resolve this matter promptly.

      I'm am a longtime customer who has purchased roughly 2 dozen Thinkpad **s over the years, along with accessories. I recently bought a $75 replacement battery for my Thinkpad and paid an installer $75 to install it. When I tried running the ** without A/C power, the battery died within 2-3 hours, even though I was only searching the web and checking email.I spoke to Technical Support, which sent me to the ***************** which then sent me to ************** I was told that they would never refund the $75 I paid for installation, but they could refund or replace the new battery. HOWEVER, to get the refund or replacement, I would need to return the new battery. Either option would cost me another $75 in installation. That made a refund impossible, because the installer threw out my old battery, so after removing the and returning the new battery, the ** would have no battery whatsoever.The woman said I could talk to tech support, presumably so they could walk me through the process of removing the battery myself and replace it with a replacement, but I know from experience that it's quite possible I would permanently ruin the **. So that was a non-starter.They told me a supervisor couldn't do anything more. When I demanded anyway, they put me on hold and then said no supervisor was available. They did not offer to have one call me back. That's where things ended. Lenovo is NOT to be trusted.

      I bought a gaming laptop from them and have had issues with the computer freezing. I have their premium care support and assumed that they would fix it by now. Its been 6 months and the issue keeps happening on and off. I have had 2 onsite repairs and now 2 repairs sent to their depot and the issue hasnt been fixed. This is very frustrating. I just want my computer to work properly, the premium support is terrible

      I recently purchased a Lenovo laptop during their Back to School sale, expecting a great deal due to both a promised price adjustment and a 15% cashback offer from *******. Unfortunately, Lenovo has not honored either commitment, making this experience frustrating and disappointing.Before my order shipped, Lenovo support confirmed that I would receive a price adjustment to lower the laptops price by nearly $200. However, after the laptop shipped, the adjustment was refused, despite written confirmation from their representative. This was already frustrating, but the situation worsened when Rakuten informed me that Lenovo collected the commission for the sale but did not report it to Rakuten, which meant I did not receive the promised cashback either. I have raised these issues with Lenovo multiple times, but no resolution has been *********** this point, the laptop is priced similarly to what I could buy any time of the year, and without the cashback or price adjustment, it no longer feels like a deal at all. Given the hassle Ive experienced, I am considering returning the laptop and taking my business elsewhere.Lenovos failure to honor these commitments, combined with their lack of timely customer support, has left me extremely dissatisfied. I would caution others to ensure that they have clear documentation and are prepared for potential challenges if they choose to purchase through Lenovo.

      I have purchased a legion for around 1750 and also bought extended warranty for around 200 bucks. From the past year Lenovo has not been repairing my laptop always delaying the parts and not fulfilling my replacement request as well. Worst service of all time.

      First time ordering something from Lenovo and I know some custom items may take longer but I ordered something that should be in a sealed box mass production and to have a delivery estimate of over a month is ridiculous in my opinion we live in the time of online ordering how hard is it to take item in a sealed box put in another box with a shipping label and have a carrier pick it up for delivery not complicated should not take over a month ?????

      I was sent two computers (original and replacement), neither of which would connect to my WiFi. I paid extra for premium tech support, which failed to help. I sent back both computers at the beginning of August, and despite their 10 day return policy, I'm still waiting and paying interest everyday. I've contacted them twice, and each time they tell me it'll be a other 5-7 business days. Their customer service is poor, their return policy is incorrect, and I keep getting the runaround. I would highly suggest only buying their items if you don't mind waiting and waiting for a refund on any returns.

      I have never had a more poor customer service experience with a company and I work in customer service...Purchased all the bells and whistles of support and they have provided none of this after a month and hours of my wasted time and efforts... my tickets keep getting closed just to promote their own metrics of success without actually completing the customer service issue at hand. The product itself was great until I had an issue and called on customer service just about 2 years in...
