      Geeen Bean Battery came out to my residence and installed a hybrid and 12v battery. It took just about an hour. The price was affordable and way less than what the dealer quoted. Battery comes with standard 3 year warrant or upgrades life time. Sales Rep ****** and Installer **** both did a great job explaining everything. Im throughly satisfied.

      *****NOTE, THIS IS A REVISED REVIEW, I ADDED THE NAMES OF THE GREAT PEOPLE THAT HELPED ME IN THIS TRANSACTION*******Just had my second Hybrid battery replaced on my 2007 ****** Prius. Same great service I had in 2018 which is the first time I used them. I would say that 6 years was acceptable between batteries as these are refurbished. They do have a lifetime warranty for $275 but I went with the standard 3 years included with the purchase. Called the toll free number and ****' set up everything. Paid with my AMEX card and ****' set up the appointment for the very next day. The tech, ****, came to my home and did the work in an hour right in my driveway. Explained everything to me and took me on a test drive after. They are still the best service for Hybrid battery replacement I have found to date.

      Do not use Green Bean Battery they are scammers!! they will not honor their warranty and will lie to you and say they dont have batteries even when they do, after 25 days of me waiting I used a few friends phones, addresses and emails and pretended to be a new customers to Green Bean Battery, and everytime I had Green Bean willing to come out the next day or week and replace my battery . Long story short I had to threaten to *** them and showed Green Bean Battery with emails and text confirmations that they were scamming me before they decided to write me check and let me financial be able to purchase a battery from a different company And fyi I heard this company made people in ** wait 2 months!

      Run Don't Walk From GreenBean Battery.Back in March 2023, I had a seemingly smooth experience with GreenBean Battery. They presented themselves as professionals, promptly sent a contract, accepted payment, and scheduled the installation without any hassle. They even offered a three-year warranty, which bolstered my confidence in their product and service.But a year later, the battery imploded. The big red triangle with the exclamation **** popped up, and the warning lights on the dash approximated a Christmas tree. I immediately pulled out the warranty and followed the instructions. While I wasn't happy about having to go through the hoops they put me through, I understood they needed to verify the problem. I sent them the information they requested and waited to hear back. After 4 days and one phone call I finally was told that they would honor the warranty- but "We are currently experiencing higher than expected volume in your area, and have recently increased production to match that demand. However, it will take some time for us to see the results of those adjustments." In other words, sit tight; we'll get to you when we can. Now, I don't know about you, but waiting weeks to get my car fixed is not something that I find acceptable. If I wanted a 2500-pound paperweight, I would have bought a big rock.It's often said that the true measure of a company is not in how they take your order, but in how they stand behind their product or service. Unfortunately, GreenBean Battery falls short in this regard. This is not a company that prioritizes customer satisfaction. I urge you to consider other options and avoid this company.

      Green Bean Battery has been a great help with replacing my car hybrid battery. ****** was very helpful on the phone when it came to answering any questions I had, as well as setting up an appointment for me. **** was a professional and efficient installer, making sure that everything ran perfectly in the end. I am very thankful for both of their help.
