      My 2007 ****** Prius went down with lights all over the dash indicating issues. After lots of online research and using a code scanner it turned out my hybrid battery needed to be replaced. After more online research I went with Green Bean Battery. ****** called me to fill me in on some important details and to confirm an appointment. She was very nice, efficient, and helpful. When the appointment came, **** called me an hour before the scheduled time with his ETA. I couldnt believe the distance he drove to come. He got right to work and within an hour it was all done. Thanks to ************************************ Bean I am ready to roll again!

      I had an excellent experience with Green Bean. ****** the sales person was able to get me an appointment the next day on ***** calendar. **** drove a good distance to get to my location and let me know his status with time of arrival. He spent a long time making sure the installation was perfect and kept me informed throughout the process.

      Super easy and great experience! They were able to get my battery installed within 24 hours of my first call! The sales rep ****** was a great help and very knowledgeable. **** did a great job installing and helped get my wifes vehicle back on the road!

      The Service was Outstanding A+ from beginning to end. Everyone, starting from Sales manager *******************, *********************************** and installer **** *** was very informative and very knowledgeable. He update me every steps of the process of the installation. Great company, employees went above and beyond for ******* services. Dont see that much now a day..

      Fast, friendly service! I made an appointment online and they called and were able to come out sooner. It only took 30 minutes for the installation and then he explained we need a 12 volt but didn't push me to buy it from them.

      Smooth experience beginning to end starting with booking payment and with set up coordinated by sales rep **** but then just as smooth and completed as told things would-politely and professionally with my Installer Chioke! Would recommend!
