      In FEB OF THIS YEAR I file warranty with complaint PG -************ waited for 5 month getting email that your on list to be exact 9 email all at 3.40 am in morning. Called back lady said you poor think i will have someone in next 24 hrs contact you. PG-******* was next complaint number as of now not one person has contacted me. She sent me to new supplier in VA. Why in **** would you sent me to supplier in VA when windows were purchase in MI* **** ****e order me new Window and I had someone replace it. Window were purchase on 9-3-2021 and came in on 11-01-2021 One of windows crack in Feb and that when I file warranty complaint. Tell this day not one person has contact me. cost me 175.00 to have it installed. stay away from this company.

      PLY-GEM contact me by email and had me send all info to get paid. But once again they tell you we are work on your complaint and now month later same thing is happening were they contact you and you don't hear from them again. This perfect PLY_GEM ******** that has happen for over 11 months.

      If you think about making a purchase from Brock doors and Windows bring a lawyer with you because they do not listen and when the product that their salesman made you believe is what you wanted he would not return my calls
      All got was a person looking to get paid and chirping that you signed a contract that required a lawyer to decipher its contents

      I'm a plygem vendor and I wish I wasn't. They tell you what you want to hear and then never follow through and don't email them with the same question more than once or you'll get chastised by their customer service for it. They will get to you at their convenience, which is never.

      Amerimax did not honor their warranty. After submitting a claim including photos and a ******* report, my claim was accepted. However, after almost 11 months of promises, no replacement window was delivered. This was in spite of approximately 20 calls and emails. It took my local ******* only 8 days to install a low E, double pane window replacement, whereupon I canceled my warranty request.EMS

      Multiple windows and doors were ordered including a replacement patio door. As they were installing the door in July , it became obvious that it was opening the wrong way and not mirroring the existing door. This was a sales rep error. A conversion kit was ordered. My September appointment was cancelled as the truck broke down. The October appointment was cancelled as staff sick. The November appointment was cancelled as staff quit. My December appointment is pending but I can’t put up my Christmas tree because the opening is the wrong way. Every appointment took multiple phone calls and emails to get scheduled. I also ordered a new storm door system on March 6th. I am still waiting and have never received an update as to what is the problem. That was 8 months ago. Winter is coming and I had certainly expected that this would have been installed. Unfortunately the person laying flooring can’t do it until this is done. Very frustrating dealing with this company.

      I bought this house brand new two years ago, and we had all ply gem windows put in. This house is supposed to be the most energy-efficient and well-built custom home by *************************** but that will be another review. Three or four months ago, I noticed three of my windows in the front had been cracked. I looked it up, and they are known for exploding at random. The Ply Gem website says, no problem windows are covered for 8 to 10 years for random pops/cracks in the window. What a relief right? I filled out the claim months later they replied saying they wouldn't replace those windows but send a single piece of glass for the leaked gas one. What am I supposed to do with a single piece of glass? No offer to get a window company to fix it? Nothing. Terrible windows (guess that is why they are in ************ terrible customer service, and I'll keep posting ****** reviews till you lose enough customers to make up for what you cheated out of me.

      Terrible - Paying Customer File#*******, ***** *** ********* Ordered 13 windows, 1 sliding door, and double entry door with sidelights in April 2022. Jason seemed to be a trustworthy salesperson and assured me I wouldn't be disappointed as Brock has excellent customer service. This couldn't be further from the truth - keep reading. Final measurements were taken in early May 2022. Installations early October 2022 to book installation for Oct 24th & 25th. The installers showed up Oct 24th and THEY were the ones that informed me they only had part of my order. The sliding door, 3 windows, and the double entry door with sidelights were missing/unavailable for them to pick up. I let the installation proceed as I was informed that someone was actively looking for the missing product and I would receive an update on this by end of day. The update came from someone at Brock who wouldn't share her name - and she informed me that they found 1 window and sliding door - but could not locate 2 windows and double entry door with sidelights. The installers came back Oct 25th and installed what they had. The three issues I have now - with zero response from Brock are as follows: 1. Damage to the stucco surround on front of house where 1 window was installed - It looks terrible, needs repair. 2. No idea where the other 2 front windows and front door for my house are. 3. I am unable to proceed with having the post retrofit assessor come to my home as the job is not complete which is delaying my access to the greener home rebate and loan. I can't remove the window stickers, can't proceed with repainting and installation of new blinds/curtains. 100% disappointed to say the least. ****** ******* ******* ** *** ***** **** ** ** ******* **** * ** ***** ******* ***** ****

      I have a customer service rep named Angelika who has not responded to several calls and emails since her last email to me on Jan 10th. No installation was ever arranged for Jan 13th as mentioned in your reply. I still do not have the doors, the trim inside an upstairs window, reimbursement for the stucco repair I had to do after installers damaged it and Brock failed to contact me for over a week....plus interest that will need to be reimbursed to me since paying the 2nd deposit in October on my credit card for what was supposed to be 'the installation' . I can't access my ****** ******* ***** Rebate or Loan because of the delays. I ordered in April 2022 and measurements were taken May 2022. Its almost Feb 2023 and the job is still not complete with lots of issues outstanding.

      This company is the c*** I bought two window packages this year from them. And one was 2 month late. The one I was scheduled to get on 10/19 only one slider showed up on 10/20. And the only answer they have both times we dont know what happened but we are working on it.

      Very poor customer service and window quality. Submitted my claim last June, after complaining about poor response time finally 5 months later received an email that my issue wasn't covered by the warranty. ******** windows were purchased by the builder for our new home construction. 4 months from the initial installation, accumulation of debris bugs, mold, dirt were seen in about half of the windows trapped behind the glazing on top of the window frame, this debris cannot be removed but it can visibly be seen both on the inside and outside of the windows. ******** 'S response was that this is a NORMAL occurrence for these accumulations to build up, therefore not covered under the product warranty.
      This is NEW CONSTRUCTION. It is not surprising to see that this company received an F rating.

      These are environmental conditions for which the warranty does not cover. The bead that surrounds the glass can be removed to clean this area. The bead may break during removal, if that happens you can contact us and we can provide replacements.

      Contacted them several times, including an email to their headquarters in **********, about an issue with my windows. They are supposed to have a lifetime warranty-ha! I have gotten no response to my requests even though the windows are only 4 years old. Awful to even try to deal with.
