      Absolutely the worst customer service!
Trying to get a response to warranty issue and will not pick up or return calls. The warranty dept doesnt pick up and 10 calls later nothing!
Left messages with two managers and again nothing!
The after sales service is that bad!

Our house had a fire in 2019. In 2020 we had the contractor get a sliding door from Lowes. It was an Atrium sliding vinyl door. What a piece of c*** The rollers broke and no longer work. The warranty is c*** We can't fix it ourselves. They were going to ship us parts to fix it ourselves. Free parts but $20 to ship. (WHAT A CROCK!)If you are looking for quality replacement doors and windows, I would suggest looking elsewhere and do some research. Atrium *********************************************** would be the last place to look!

Brock Windows and Doors has been THE worst customer experience I have had for anything in my home. ** *** ***** **** ******** ***** ** **** ***********
We placed an order for front and patio doors for our home in December 2023. Once they received our deposit, there was no follow up with any project coordinator as promised ONLY to ask for more money. I had to follow up from installer measurements, to timing of doors. They arrived and were installed mid March 2024. The back door had scratches and the front door did not have the lock I ordered OR have the design elements that came with the door. Their solution was to just wait for the supplier to contact me to have this corrected. AFTER a month of back and forth....all they have cared about is the last installment and suspended any customer service as a result. I have had NO CONTACT on when this will be corrected or any urgency from this company. **** *** ******* ** ******* ** ******** ***** * ******* *** *** ******** I am at their mercy to correct the mistakes they have made. Clearly their communication or the supplier made some errors and instead of owning that and expediting the issues, they are taking the approach that money comes first. As a customer I put my trust in them and expected to be looked after. This was not a cheap investment, so to receive cheap service is a horrible experience to be left with.

We have had them out 7 times because they cannot get the right grids in the right location in the right color. Don't know how they can run a business like this. This is the first time Consumer Reports was way off. Please look to other companies for your windows.

I have replaced 15 windows..all foggy. Currently I am waiting on 2 sashes that were under warranty that were paid for in 12/23. Cornerstone customer service said that it was a FED EX issue and that the delay was due to shipping. Fed EX would long be out of business if this were the case. Cornerstone could not tell me what plant the windows were made. Finally found out today that the windows have not even been made.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. My home builder selected and installed the PlyGen windows before I purchased ************ of my 3 1/2-year-old PlyGen window panes cracked in a sub-freezing weather event. ********** referred me to the manufacturer to submit a warranty claim, which required photos. Cornerstone, which manufactures the PlyGen products, responded that "stress cracks" are not covered under their warranty. I now have to find a glass window company to replace *****************. Clearly, their product is of low quality, and they get away with it by not covering basic issues under their warranty. I wish I could replace all my windows, as I'm not confident they'll hold up over time. It's very disappointing and a terrible consumer experience.

NO STARS!!!!! This business did stonework at *************** #2 *********************** in ****, ****.Units are less than 5 years old. Exterior stonework completed by this company started falling off units within the first year. Some stones should they fall can seriously injure or kill someone. We have contacted the company various time to have the issues corrected. We have received confirmation from Cornerstone Building Brands (CBB) stating they used a bad batch of mortar. Yet refuse to correct this or reimburse the association for the consistent repairs needed. What will it take for Cornerstone Building Brands to correct the work done at the Concord Village PH 2 **************** Child (under 10 years) was nearly hit with one of the falling stones. He could have been killed!!Company Represenitive ************************** is refusing to respond to emails or calls from the associations management group.
