      This is the worst excuse for a company I have ever had to deal with! They don’t pick up my trash and when I try to call them they don’t answer the phones at corporate or locally! They need to provide a zero star for rating!

      They definitely offer terrible service but expect their payment every 3 months on time and the customer service representatives that answe4 phones show no remorse and continue to lie about service pickup. My service day is on Monday they normally will not come til Tuesday, we’ll this week is Wednesday and still no service pick up. Will be looking for a new service provider.

      This company is the worst trash service company we have used on this property! They don't even deserve one star, They miss our pick ups creating an awful mess on the property and then turn around and want to charge for extra pick ups....ugh....they are the absolute worst!!!

      I called this morning talked with customer service and they had no answer for double billing last month then got charged today and my trash has not been picked up this is an ongoing problem with GFL maybe the worst company I’ve ever seen they don’t call email nothing they should have told everyone they were going to get double billed last month I am on social security so I plan my money it should be against the law to do that and you can’t even tell me when it’s going to be picked up if I could I would change companies just horrible customer service

      Expensive, poor service, pick up has been delayed at least once a month. Reason given is that trucks need service. Not my problem. Must be poor management. THEN, when I want to discontinue my service, I cannot reach a person via phone, email or website to do so. I went to the ******** office. Customers are not allowed on the property. I went anyway. There was a sign on the door with an email address. No reply to the email. This what happens when a big company takes over what was an excellent local company when great service.

      Online portal for reporting missed trash days is a joke. Customer service number rarely answers or drops your call. Trash pickups are sporadic.

      I would give zero stars if it were an option. This seems like a scam in not letting customers cancel their account.
      I am moving and have been on hold for over 45 minutes attempting to cancel my services finally an agent answers I let her know what I need she then sends me back to the recording saying hold for the next available agent. This is ridiculous they make it impossible to cancel, very poor customer service!

      Horrible service. Made an automated payment after cancelling the service, I'm still waiting for refund after 2 months. Also they never retrieved their can after 2 months, I am getting fined by HOA for leaving it out every week to be picked up.

      I started service with this company on May 22, 2022. they said bins would take up to 6 weeks to be delivered and that i can still put the bags out for pick. I did no one took my garbage. I called to ask why and I was told my bins were delivered on June 2, 2022 they were not, they ordered second bins, i was told again (CSR ******) in the mean time they would still pick up my bags, no trash was picked up until June 22, 2022. They told me they would credit me for days not serviced. I have called 12 times asked for a manager 4 times, sent 2 online inquires and 3rd this morning. I have told them verbally and in writing i would not pay them until the credit was applied and my account reflected the appropriate amount. They deducted the over billed amount from my bank account anyway. I have spoken with ******, ***, ***, ******, and many other still have not received a call from a manager. I even emailed and sent the CEO a private message via social media to let him know his company's practices and still no response. HORRIBLE COMPANY! if you see these bins in your neighborhood find a different company.

      They have not picked up garbage cans on our street in over 2 weeks and customer service just apologizes and does nothing. This company's license to operate in ******** county should be revoked and they should be forced to return all customer fees. This is creating a hazard due wild animals and birds scavenging on people's trash. The commonwealth attorney shoul sue them on behalf of the people of Stafford whose account fees have been essentially stolen. This is a terrible company that should be forced out of business! I have filed appeals by phone and online. No response to correct.
