  I ordered a **** AR on June 27 2023. It is now July 13 2023 and it still hasnt shipped, none of my emails answered and nobody seems to answer the phone. Ive called 14 times during their seemingly non existent business hours asking if my order will ship. Cause if not Id like my money back. But again. Nobody is answering at all

  I placed an order on June 22, 2023. It is now July 12,2023 and nothing has been done about my order. I have left multiple emails and voicemails to no avail. I have talked to them a few times and they lied and told me that my order would be shipped out. They will not refund me even though it has been 20 days and 14 is their **************** time limit. They stopped answering my calls as of now too. Terrible service.

  Bear creek arsenal is a great fire arms company every one of there uppers lowers or complete builds come with a lifetime transferable warranty so there for I love this company if anything ever went wrong they always had my back and made it right they are providing guns that normal Americans couldnt afford 10 years ago at rock bottom prices and some are better than the big name brands there a 5 start company if your debating buying from them do it you wont regret it dont let people nit pick you out of a great deal and amazingly reliable rifles

  Same complaint as everyone else worse company ever order still processing over a week I sent several emails phone calls voicemails everything you can think of and no one to answer. However I did get a reply from someone telling me a different order number than mine that part is out of stock and offered me a 22LR magazine to replace it with. That's insane because I ordered a 300 blackout upper and I have a different order number. So upon replying to that email several times asking them what the h*** they're talking about have you had to hear back from anyone. I too want to cancel my order but I can't talk to anybody so I'll have to fight my credit card company to stop payment

  Ordered a .22 mag barrel. They sent a **** barrel. I returned it. They wouldn't ship the replacement until they'd received the one I sent back. They sent me another **** barrel. I returned it and sent them pics. They said they would go ahead and ship the correct barrel. That was a week ago and no tracking. All their customer service can say is that they'll reach out via email. They can't answer any specific questions or make any kind of decision. Their products are ok but I cannot deal with their disregard for customer satisfaction and their extreme incompetence. I will not buy from them again. Better to pay a little more, receive a better product, and have access to competent customer service.

  I have plenty of bca items and have been happy until my last purchase. Received my firearm on March 30th and when I received it it didn't come with the folding stock that was supposed to be included so I immediately sent an email to customer support. Never heard a word from them so I called them on April 14th (had to call 10 times before anyone answered) and the guy said he would send one out immediately *** send me a confirmation via email l.. 3 weeks later on may 5th, I haven't received the stock and can't get ahold of anyone! Horrible customer service and they just lost a customer of 2 years who had spent thousand through them.

  This place is a joke!!!. Ordered a in stock upper on 4-14-23 as of 5-5-23 my order is still processing. Have called customer service numerous times emailed and no one has responded to me..Now I get to deal with my credit card company to dispute the charges...

  Bear creek has quality firearms in their price for sure. The problem with them is their customer service and shipping terms. I have reached out on numerous occasions after almost a month of waiting and have only been replied to once. They give themselves a 3 week window and wont even give their consumers an expected shipping date. They take your money before they ship the item then create a label for your item but dont ship it out. I reached out to cancel but you have to wait for their ridiculous shipping times to receive it then send mail it back to return it. Completely disappointed because I was happy about buying local American made products but never again from here.

  These people are terrible the customer service people are terrible they dont give you proper information when at check out or that order will take **** days to ship even though its in stock. Then want to tell me they cant cancel my order till I receive it which is a **** lie especially when its not shipped this is the worst place to do business with in America dont buy nothing from here. I went to another company to get an upper for same price and its will be delivered Monday so I hope everyone reads this and turns away from this company and their rude and uneducated customer service b****
