Great Process from Start to Finish. The customer service team explained in simple detail how it would work. Imagine they actually did exactly what they said they would do. Helped figure the size of the container for my move from ** ** **. Then they deliver on time an empty container and take care not to damage my pavers on my driveway. Then they pick up exactly when they say so as not to cause stress during my move. Fast forward I called them when I found my new apartment in Colorado and they delivered on time per my schedule.
Every Step was done as promised they were professional and caring for the entire process.

Worst company I’ve ever experienced. They will over charge you whenever possible. They charge you prior to picking anything up but now after I no longer have a container they are trying to charge me again for transporting. Avoid at ALL COSTS! Get a ***, I promise they’re way better and the customer service is the best, unlike these rats.1-800-PACK-RAT, LLC

We were in a bind & needed a 3rd container. They came through and delivered the next morning. They worked with us on delivery date. The containers have barn doors instead of roll ups which gives you extra room. Everyone we were in contact with was awesome! I highly recommend them.1-800-PACK-RAT, LLC

We compared prices with *** and ***** and when I talked to a representative regarding a price quote, PackRat offered to meet or beat my other cross country quotes. Container was delivered on time, picked up on time and received at our destination on time. Overall, a great experience. *** was easy to use with the doors opening they way they do. We did have to purchase our own lock however, and I believe it was supposed to come with a lock from them.1-800-PACK-RAT, LLC

1800packrat I had absolutely no issues whatsoever with. There prices were good, service was Great there drivers delivered the containers on time and carefully. They stored my container for several days and delivered when I needed it on time, I definitely would recommend and use them in the future.1-800-PACK-RAT, LLC

1800PACKRAT was excellent. We were getting our floors redone and needed something to store our furniture in. The container was delivered on time and very clean. The driver was very friendly and made sure that I had no other questions before he left. When it was done with the container, I went to their website and scheduled a pickup time. I didn't even need to be home, which was great. I would highly recommend them for you storage needs.1-800-PACK-RAT, LLC

If I could give this company a zero I would!!!! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. They claim they have weather proof containers but they do not. I had two 16ft pods of everything I owned in them and they both leaked during a heavy storm. I paid extra for so called insurance but claim because there was no damage to pod that there was no way the water got in there. Are you kidding me!! I now have absolutely nothing . I’m having to go get a lawyer to handle this. DO NOT use them. God forbid anything happens they will not take care of you but will sure take your money and say they will. I’m so broken over this and want to warn people of the scam they are doing.1-800-PACK-RAT, LLC

1-800-PACK-RAT sincerely apologizes for the customer's experience. Our corporate claims department was contacted regarding the review. The team confirmed a thorough investigation was conducted, and it was determined there was not enough evidence to support any negligence on the part of our staff. It was also confirmed there were no damages found that would allow water or moisture to enter through an opening in the roof of the container while the container was in our possession. The company cannot accept liability for water or moisture entering the container resulting from a hurricane while the container was located on the customer's property. Despite arriving at this conclusion, 1-800-PACK-RAT did offer some form of compensation for the experience. From start to finish my experience with 1800PACKRAT was excellent. I am extremely satisfied as all agreed upon service and cost was exactly as promised. Specified pick up and drop off dates and times were completed as promised. Another family member made the same move at the same time to the same place with a moving broker and company and said they will be using 1800PACKRAT next time after the terrible experience they had and witnessing the simplicity of my move. They had no guarantee of dates and they paid 40% more than the original quote by the end of their move. Their belongings arrived 10 days after mine while they were supposed to arrive 1 day later. I will be using 1800PACKRAT for any future moves after the great experience.1-800-PACK-RAT, LLC

Getting info about the process was a breeze. You don't wait long to talk to someone and get all your questions answered (even followup questions). The drop-off and pick-up guys were great and were very careful not to mess with my overhead lines. It was a great experience all around. They were very accommodating.1-800-PACK-RAT, LLC
