      Used Pack-Rat for a move from ******** to **********. Everything went as planned. Great customer service. If I called with a question and there was a queue, I would receive a callback ( I love that service.) Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Had the container dropped off at a storage facility once we chose one in **. Unloaded it and it was picked up promptly the next day. We would definitely use this service again.

      My experience the PACK-RAT was great! They are very professional and organized. The customer service agents offered that old-school customer service that you hardly see these days. They were always flexible and accommodating. I will definitely utilize their services in the future. I highly recommend PACK-RAT for your moving needs.

      We have used 1-800-pack-rat three times now, moving cross country. Each and every time has been a 5 star experience! We have had NO issues with customer service, delivery or delays. We have moved from ** to ** and then ** to ** and now have used their services to move our Mom from ** to **. This last move had many obstacles. First, hurricane *****....it was pouring rain when we had our container delivered. Not only was our delivery person friendly he was experienced enough to navigate several obstacles in our driveway, busy traffic, and work in pouring rain to get our delivery done. Then when it was time for pick up, we had pouring rain AGAIN and our pick up driver was once again friendly and professional. In ** we had the exact same experience with service and professionalism. We have personally used this service many times and we have never experienced any issues. ************ times were nominal and customer service was always friendly and professional. And one more thing, pricing is still competitive and that is the icing on the cake. Thank you 1-800-pack-rat for once again making our cross country move smooth!

      SCAM and FRAUD I WILL be filing a complaint with the BBB - ZERO STARS! They are holding my two containers hostage and they HAVE been paid in FULL. They are REFUSING to deliver them to my new Complex because they say they have no space BUT they do in the loading zone in front of my building!

      My experience with 1800PACKRAT in ************ was nothing short of a nightmare. It was a classic bait-and-switch, with empty promises and a complete lack of accountability. I placed an order for a container that was supposed to be delivered on a Monday. I took a day off work and waited at the property all day, only to find out at 4 PM, after an hour of waiting for a callback and then another 30-minute hold (rendering the callback pointless), that the delivery was rescheduled for the next day. No notifications, no warnings, absolutely nothing to let me know in advance!So, I had to take yet another day off work and wait the entire day on Tuesday. Once again, at 4 PM, after a maddeningly long wait on hold, I was reassured that the delivery was on its way. However, after 5 PM, I received a text from the driver with an ETA of 6-7 PM. When 7:30 PM rolled around with no sign of the container, I tried calling and texting the driver, only to be met with silence. Calling customer service yet again, I was once more assured that the delivery would happen. I was horrified to be told that deliveries could go as late as 10 PM! What reputable company thinks it's acceptable to cause such a disturbance on a residential street at 10 PM on a Tuesday? After calling back at 9:30 PM, I was finally told they couldnt get a hold of anyone at the facility and had no idea when the container would actually be delivered. This was the absolute worst experience Ive ever had with any company. There was no accountability, no respect for my time, and clearly, no concern for customer satisfaction. Its no wonder they dont allow reviews on ******** or comments on their social media postsprobably because they know they'd be flooded with negative *********** NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY unless you absolutely dont care when or if they ever show up. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and a complete waste of your time. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually values its customers

      Packrat is far superior to any other moving option out there! We have made many moves and this was our best experience yet using Packrat. It was so easy to use their website and schedule everything online. The drivers were polite and communicated well, and showed up exactly as scheduled. We also couldnt believe the large size of the packrat for the price, making it so easy to load our whole house into. Really couldnt have asked for better service from start to finish. Thank you!

      We were very happy with using Pack-Rat for our move. Scheduling online was easy and the drivers friendly. It was great being able to pack and load on our timeline and not the movers. We dont plan to move again, but if we do, well use them again.

      I would give zero stars if I could. This company has the worst customer service system I have ever experienced. It seems like they have one phone line for the entire country and no matter how urgent your issue might be, there are extremely long wait times on the phone - my typical wait time was over an hour and I was put back into the waiting loop over and over again. Even worse, the reps don't have access to the schedule for your pod so they can't even help you when they do finally answer the phone. The company won't give you any contact information for the local staff in the city where you are, so you have no way to reach the people who actually know what's going on. Two of my 4 pick up/deliveries did not happen on the day we contracted and they overcharged our credit card. The only bright spot in my experience with Pack Rat were the drivers - they were fabulous people.
