      Hello on 12-11-24 I purchased some liquor which 3 items had rebates! 1 item was for 6 bottles of wine for ***** 1 was a bottle of **** ******* 1.75 for ***** and 1 bottle of ******** vodka for 4.00! I sent all 3 rebates in different envelopes to inmar rebate center p o box ****** Laredo Tx 78044-6008 after a few weeks they have no evidence they ever received them so they made me send copies of everything to them and its been nothing but a hassle? It looks like I will get the wine rebate for ***** but there saying the **** ******* is for 2 small bottles or a larger bottle which I purchased which says that on sales slip to the right of **** ******* which says 1.75 and the last one for 4.00 dollars no response! So I believe I am getting the run around? I did everything I was supposed to and I believe there making this process unreasonable?       I purchased the required number of bottles to qualify for the rebate of $50.00. The program number is PRUSA5736. I purchased 6 bottles on 12/7/2024. I mailed the required documents twice and both times it was returned as "not deliverable as addressed" I like them to honor the rebate.

      We are trying to send in a rebate for ******* Whiskey from the state of MN Summer ESC MIR Offer MN, Program PRUSAS730 for $15.00. It was returned to us twice with the wrong address. I am guessing they had a bad address on the original offer. Obviously not our problem. We would like our $15.00.

      I have purchased the required products for rebate program #PRUSAS737 within the allotted timeframe of the rebate program. I have mailed required documentation within the allotted timeframe to the exact address on the rebate form. It has been returned as undeliverable. I would like INMAR to honor the rebate and mail me a check for the amount of the program, $50.

      My complaint is regarding the Kaytee Wild Bird Premium Blend and 3 suet cake rebate. A year or so ago I made the required purchases and sent in the required documentation. I received a postcard saying I did not send in all of the required information. I figured I may have made a mistake and let it ***** November of 2024 Kaytee had the same offer, so I purchased the product. I very carefully made sure I included all of the documentation and jumped thru all of their silly hoops regarding circling the date of purchase, location of purchase, etc. I just received another postcard with the vague description of "All required purchases not identified on reg receipt". Inmar promotion services is a scam. I will be sharing this experience with ****** and Menards letting them know they are contributing to this scam.

      Hello I'm having an issue with 2 White Claw rebates that are just still there as processing. On 10/6/24 I submitted A rebate for White Claw Surge 12 Pack offer offer # WCM2069 Save $5 on (1) 12-pack of White Claw Hard ******* offer ends 06/15/2025 Offer states you can redeem this offer up to 12 times per address. I was giving tracking number *************** And On 10/12/24 24 I submitted A rebate for White Claw Surge 12 Pack offer offer # WCM2069 Save $5 on (1) 12-pack of White Claw Hard ******* offer ends 06/15/2025 Offer states you can redeem this offer up to 12 times per address. I was giving tracking number ***************.When I submitted this Rebates form that included a digital photo of the store receipt (Which showed the product purchased which was marked , and the date of the purchase date on both the receipts along with marking the whiteclaw item on both store receipts. For the rebate I got tracking however now it states the Processing Tracking # *************** has been still there as Processing for weeks and tracking #*************** has been still there as Processing for over 4 weeks now.. Please advise what else is needed so I can get my 2 rebate's of $5.00 each, for a total of $10 . Please and thanks My ****** address as put in the rebate offer form is **************************** I contacted them on Wed 11/6/24 but they did nothing to help with the issue. Attached is a copy of both store receipts that show the purchase. Please can you help me get my $10 as they won't help and are trying to scam me out of my $10.Thanks

       I am rejecting this response because:
      I will accept the resolution, if INMAR will check the records and mail the other rebates that were sent to them by us in the last year in good faith and denied and rejected for similar reasons after we sent in all the proper UPCs, receipts and labels but denied in the same way

      How many other people have also been shorted by this ongoing conflicting information with the manufactures?

      Bought beer got a mail in rebate from the store. Must show proof of age and pay before u get the rebate. It is a tiny sticker. U cant even write On it so sticky. I placed an address label for my return rebate. That was a 70 cent stamp which takes away from the $5.00 rebate. Now they want my age another 70 cent stamp. Why do they need my age? Im 82 yr old. If I give them my date of birth thats what everyone is using now instead of ur SS #. U know how many people they r doing this to and u give up. So a high percentage of consumers r being scammed. Help me please. U have the tracking number they gave me. It is called resubmission #. ***************.

      For rebate offer of WCM2061 I was given tracking number *************** on Thursday 8/1/24 per ********** was told at that point to wait 72 hours and the $5.00 reward for the rebate would be sent to my ******* it's now Wed 8/14/24 (13 days later) and still no deposit. I asked CSR agent on Friday 8/9/24 when I'll have it. I was just told keep waiting it well be sent. It has been sitting in a "valid status" for over a week now. Can you please do something to escalate this issue to a higher up so the $5.00 is sent to my pay pal ******************************** They won't do anything to help me when I try to touch base with them. I've attached a copy of the store store receipt showing the purchase of the 12 pack, the *** from the box and a screencap of the tracking number showing as valid Please and thanks

      Signed up for the PURLEAF rebate via text on 07/05/2024. The terms said to submit a receipt of purchase by 07/25/2024. I purchased the item and submitted the photo of my receipt on 07/25/2024 and never heard back about my rebate. I contacted the company, and they stated that my text was labeled inactive because I didnt immediately submit for a rebate, even though nowhere in the terms does it say that you have a certain number of days to submit your receipt after signing up. Now they said the promotion is inactive and theres nothing they can do.
