    Its ok. Just dont like having to pay the remainder of hourly rate if more than they allow. Whatever yall rate is should be final.

This is outlined in Section II: General Provisions, Definitions, and Costs, which specifies that usual and fair charges for parts and labor necessary to repair or replace covered components shall not exceed the labor allowances derived from nationally recognized labor time at a maximum of $145 per ******* keep your vehicle service contract affordable, the labor cap ensures coverage for a broad range of repairs and servicers. However, we understand this may not always align with every repair facilitys rates. To help minimize out-of-pocket expenses, we encourage customers to select repair shops within the covered rates, including our ************************** where we have negotiated competitive labor rates for your benefit.If you have further questions or need assistance reviewing repair options that align with your *************** Contract terms, please dont hesitate to reach out.     After paying over $12,000 for the best warranty possible, I think its ridiculous to charge a $350 deductible!Its not insurance, its a warranty on a product!Extremely dissatisfied!

    I like that *** are pretty fast to respond to claims and do honor the coverages that it covers just to let you guys know that before you get warranty on your equipment do your due diligence and choose what best package benefits you and your equipment but I have to be honest I would highly recommend to get the best packages and all the perks with it cause NTP does honor they coverages

    I highly recommend NTP. especially *** approved sites. I had a mechanical malfunction. Going thru excessive coolant. The shop diagnosed the issue. Come to find out a bad EGR cooler, cracked head, bad camshaft among a few other parts. The repair bill was $26,000. Out of that I paid out of pocket $4,100. This warranty has saved me on multiple times and I'm very satisfied.

    This company is a rip off...They don't want to be held accountable for the service they selling. Will give you the run around for weeks maybe a month. Can't never get a adjuster on the phone Adjusters are rude.

    Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration youve experienced while trying to reach an adjuster and during the claims process. We apologize that you were unable to reach the adjuster at the time of your calls. Our adjusters are occasionally out of the office, but our call center is always available to assist you and is open Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM, and on Saturdays from 8 AM to 6:30 PM EST. Regarding your claim, we had requested specific documentation, including photos, to proceed with the evaluation of your claim. Unfortunately, despite repeated requests for these pictures, we never received them from the service facility, and we later learned that the repair had already been completed without prior authorization. Due to the lack of required documentation and prior approval, we were unable to process the claim under our terms and conditions of your vehicle service contract. We understand that this situation is disappointing, and we truly regret the inconvenience caused. We value your business and are committed to providing the best service possible. Thank you for your understanding.
