They are a loyal company and do what they promise by being there to cover claims for a truck driver who suddenly breaks down and requires expensive repairs to stay on the road. Once you get in the shop and have an estimate, it does take a number of hours for them to approve the work, which causes a delay in commencement of the repairs, and could cause you to miss a day of work. But in fairness to ***, there may be no way to speed this up because they need to do their due diligence to investigate all claims. The savings on the repairs more than outweighs the additional downtime and makes it worthwhile.

The Staff in claims will expedited get to your issues. ****** ****** is the go to for I and my important question. But each of the staff are awesome. As well as the adjusters are great. ***** ******* ....National Truck Protection Co., Inc.

I had a problem with my 2017 Freightliner Cascadia Evolution. Went to ******************** shop then called ****** at *** about my P2K Warranty. She told me what to do, made it easy. When Freightliner gave estimate, ******* was assigned as Adjuster. He gave Approval within the day.Once Freightliner sent invoice it was paid within a few hours, NOT DAYS! If you own your own business I would recommend hands down the *** warranty! It will save you thousands of dollars and is worth it almost the first time you ever have to use it. Wasn't told about not being able to be reimbursed for parts that I replaced myself. When I can provide documents showing that I replaced a bad part. I couldn't wait 2 weeks for **** to replace a part when I can replace the part in 2 days myself! Waiting for your approved shops to do the work cost more money than replacing the part myself.National Truck Protection Co., Inc.

The customer contacted ********************** on July 8, 2024, regarding coverage for a turbo exhaust pipe. We informed the customer that it was a covered component. However, when the customer inquired about completing the repairs themselves, we advised that this was not allowed under the terms of the *************** Contract.On July 31, 2024, the customer contacted us again to inform us that they had replaced the turbo pipe themselves. We reiterated that, according to the *************** Contract, repairs must be completed by a certified repairer, and prior authorization is required for all repairs. As a result, we cannot reimburse the customer, as we have no way to verify the actual cause of failure to the turbo exhaust piping.We appreciate the customers business and their understanding of the terms of the *************** Contract.Review fromSead C
