I think this company is run by the same folks that handle the VA. Their motto should be "Delay, deny, and wait for it to die." Their customer service is horrible. When they deny your claim and you call them to get it sorted, they will give you the runaround and then hang up on you.The coverage is basically only good for after something completely breaks, not before. Do you have an injector seal spraying fuel all over your engine compartment that might set fire to the truck? Well too bad not covered but if the injector's bad they'll replace it. Got a differential seal hemorrhaging oil, too bad but they'll replace the whole axle once the differentials blown. You will get very familiar with this if you go with this policy. Pro Tip: If you spend money on the little things in advance, you won't be shelling out the big bucks later.The one plus is some of their adjusters are honest. And they will fairly quickly cover the parts that a directly listed by name in the policy. But it is a HUGE ****** on diagnostics to prove that it's in the policy. You could easily be out $5,000 just trying to hold them to it, if they deny coverage.National Truck Protection Co., Inc.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and frustration you have experienced.Regarding your specific claim:On 6/24/2024, you informed us about the need for regen clamps, and we provided guidance on the process.On 6/25/2024, a claim was reported for exhaust pipe failure at 5 pm. We promptly requested additional information to process your claim.On 6/26/2024, we received the necessary photos from the servicer and immediately assigned the claim for review at 11:13 am. The claim was authorized by 1:26 pm.We authorized the repairs to the exhaust pipe in the amount of $1,393.06, less your $350 deductible. However, please note that seals and gaskets are considered non-covered components under your *************** Contract. Therefore, any failure caused by faulty seals would not be covered.We value your feedback and strive to provide clear communication and timely service to all our customers.
