1 starTheir payment system messed up and charged me 3 times and sent me 3 orders I told them I will keep one but states I am responsible for the return shipping. Last time I will order from them. I have purchased pretty much all my tools for them and not to pay for their system mess up is beyond me. You have been warned if you have issues they have zero customer service.Review fromAmin S

I ordered Milwaukee packout boxes. Never arrived! After multiple attempts to email and calling they said you need to work with police! I mean it is ridiculous. The person on the other hone was also rude.

There are details of the delivery on the tracking along with photos of the packages that were delivered to the address on the order. We recommend checking surrounding areas or with neighbors. 5 starsI have purchased many tools through their website and have always had a good experience--look forward to one day visiting their brick and mortar! Honda snowblower (13HP 32In Two Stage Track Drive), Festool Vac (CT 48 AC)/track saw guide rails/sander (LS 130 EQ Linear)/accessories, Knipex hand tools, Makita compound miter saw and stand, Dewalt track saw kit, many Milwaukee cordless tools, and many other things. In summary when I need a quality tool and want to make sure its not a counterfeit (like can happen on Amazon et al) and want it to arrive in great condition I trust my $ with Acme. I'm not affiliated with Acme in any way other than being a happy customer. I know there are some questionable tool sites out there so wanted to share my experience of a great and legit one.Review fromsean t

Ordered tools for my home because of a great price online. Order was canceled because they didnt want to honor their pricing they put on their website. No refund was sent and im still waiting to receive my money back. Horrible company that doesnt honor their own prices and steals your money. Will never do business with this company againAcme Tools

I put in an order for a Flex tool on sale, using a coupon code that worked, and my order was canceled due to "your order as if had declined through our security system". So I put in another order with a different coupon code because the first one had been invalidated by their system, and the 2nd order also got canceled due to "order information or payment details provided could not be processed". So I was thinking they just simply didn't want to honor their coupon codes, and put in another order without any coupon codes, and the 3rd order also got canceled! This time for the same reason as the 2nd order. So I put in a 4th order with a different credit card, from a different browser, thinking that might make a difference, and they ALSO CANCELED the 4th order! It just looks like they didn't want to honor their sale price. Their sales are basically phony. I wasted too much time with this company to ever shop there again.Acme Tools

We take security very seriously and a major part of that is ensuring that orders are placed by the legitimate cardholder. All orders go through a rigorous review where the order details are verified in a risk management system.

I used 3-4 different credit cards. How could they all get canceled?? That has never happened to me at any other retailer, in-store or online. So what does that say about your company? Looking at other complaints about your company, my complaint is consistent with the others' experiences. You don't have to apologize; just honor the sale prices.Review fromThomas L

1 starI ordered Flex Hammer Drill that had set that was advised pre order with very good price so decided to order & added drill bits accessory set. I thought both are coming together about 2 weeks later but instead they sent me drill bits set very matter of a week. Then right after the shipping notice, they canceled the Flex Hammer Drill set, claiming they make mistake on pricing & refunded the money. Usually, any good company would ask if I just want the drill bit set only or just cancel the entire order. This is sign of bad business practices. Now, I can’t trust any of their low deals. It could be a fault advertising to lure people. I am lead to believe it because I am reading the same exact complaints from others. Beware on ACME tool’s low price advertising. They advertised a product at a certain price point and, sent me confirmation of the order and then cancelled the order citing that they had made a mistake in their pricing after the order was processed. They are not honorable and I would avoid doing business with them.Acme Tools

Who sends out reconditioned tools without hardware? Acme tools does. Can't use a tool if it can't be assembled. Customer support/service doesn't respond. Poor business ethics. Don't order anything from them.Acme Tools
