      Messed up my auto debit every month since payments restarted. My statement even says amount to be auto debited on next payment date but that did not occur.

      AWFUL! waited 1 hour on old on my lunch break to get my online account reset. Then tried again, 98 min wait time. I cant talk to anyone to help fix my payment my account is locked online due errors. Now being fined for having late payments even though i did a payment over the phone by guest since i cant login.

      Clearly banking on people to have late payments...

      If I could leave negative stars, that would be generous for the company. I have no idea how this level of incompetence is allowed to be supported by our government, but it's ridiculous. I've spoken with the company on two occasions in the last 4 months, both times waiting over 3 hours to speak with someone. After discussing with the "customer service reps" I've always been ensured that my account will update and reflect the correct information after a few days. This solution never arrives and I'm yet again spending time on the phone to get the problem resolved (all while my loan continues to accrue interest). I have also found that many documents and forms were submitted on my behalf (for deferment, different payment plans) all without my consent and signature. HOW IS THIS ALLOWED TO CONTINUE!! I am formally submitting this complaint to warn others about the loan service provider.

      There is no way to get a hold of anyone at this "company". Phone calls are on hold for 70+ minutes, no one replies to e-mails. Scheduled payments take weeks to process. They harass you with non-stop e-mails, but do not respond when you reach out.

      Without a doubt, one of the most challenging experiences I've encountered since the resumption of student loan payments in October 2023. I originally set up automatic payments through Nelnet to ensure a hassle-free process. However, it was only yesterday that I noticed the emails informing me that the payment couldn't go through due to issues with my bank account. Now, I find myself waiting on hold for over an hour, desperately seeking clarity on why the payment failed. Given that I already live paycheck to paycheck, this situation is poised to significantly impact both my personal life and my career. It seems that the company's response time is far too slow, and my bank isn't offering any immediate solutions.

      Automatic payments don't work. I set up my automatic payments a couple of months ago when I heard repayments would start. It is supposed to charge me the minimum payment amount and pay off each of my amounts due on various loans first. It also happens on the due date. I do not trust them to successfully complete my payment by the due date. I don't understand why there isn't an option when setting up automatic payments to pay before the due date. My automatic payment amount is also much more than my minimum payment and I can't change it. When I go to adjust what the payment applies to, there is no option to do that.

      Please get it together Nelnet.

      I have the money to pay my student loans off and can't make a payment through the website. I have tried calling a dozen times but it is impossible to get through to an actual person on the phone.

      Do you want people to pay their loans or is the plan just to juice people?

      It's absolutely ridiculous the government thought it was a good idea to partner with this business.

      I have spent days trying to speak to a customer representative and have been on hold each time for well over an hour. I have emailed several times and have not received a response. I have tried to log into my account using the what they said is my username and password and will receive a message that says that my username and/or password is incorrect.

      I have been on hold for 2 hours then someone picked up. I talked to them and gave them my information. They had to transfer me to another person because they could not help me. I have been on the phone for about 3 hours now. and barely spoken for 5 mins. This is unreasonable to he on hold for this long.
