Box Office Ticket Sales has transparent pricing. All fees including the price of tickets, service fees, delivery fees and any applicable taxes are clearly itemized at checkout and must be agreed to by all customers including this one before authorizing their purchase. The time to question these fees was before completing the checkout process and not afterwards. Additionally all customers including this one must agree to our industry standard Terms and Conditions which clearly state that we are a resale marketplace and tickets may be sold above face value and that there are no refunds exchanges or cancellations. I placed an order for concert tickets on 9/4/2023 and based on the company’s website it indicates that the ticket was transferred via email on 9/5/2023. My husband and I contacted the vendor to inform that the instructions email stated that a separate would be received to claim the ticket. No subsequent emails have been received this far to claim the tickets. We called customer service and the representative updated the account email and requested that the seller reissue the ticket. I am requesting the tickets be issued immediately and sent to the revised email address [email protected] no later than tomorrow morning EST as the event is Friday.Business Response

Tickets were originally transferred to our custom on 9/5 and again on 9/7. We worked diligently to assist the customer several times helping them access their tickets
Our team member spoke with our customer on Friday morning at 11:46 AM and the customer confirmed they had successfully accepted their tickets well in advance of their event. As such we consider this complaint resolved

I thought I was calling the box office direct. ******* ******* in New Orleans.
At no time does the person man I spoke to identify the business. That I have called a third party ticket seller. Invoice ****** July 5 2023
Not on hold at any time to hear any message of extra charges that I am not calling the ******* ******* New Orleans direct box office phone number.
It may be on the recorded message when they do not answer the phone . The phone was answered so I would not have heard recorded message at no time does the person man tell me of the extra charges or that they are a ticket broker.
When it was decided what section and seat I want he asked for the early access code again still believing I’m talking to the ****** ******* box office especially when they ask for this early access code never expecting it to be a third-party ticket broker.
Most companies have to read a statement so you are aware of something like this and agree to the extra charges. Before they continue with the charge. Was never informed of all of the charges that were being charged. I didn’t realize all of these charges till Friday when I opened the PDF and saw extra service fees.
I emailed through the same email I was sent confirming my purchase and said I was never told these things.
They replied back. That the sales person on the phone would have informed me of these charges and that it is recorded. I emailed back
I would like to hear this recording that I have agreed to pay all of these charges.
Next Text 7:41 AM Saturday, July 8 you will not be able to listen to the recording/call for any reason. service fees are industrial standard and then they go on and on and you will not be refunded. Called number that was attached to the email. Said I going dispute this charge with my credit card. She informed me that I would never be allowed/blocked do online charges. I said I never will use your company. She says no you will never be able to book hotels or anything online ever again.

I do not have case of buyers remorse. At no time was I told third party sale. I would like to hear the recording that i was told the full price of these tickets. Customer service text that i would not be able at any time to hear that
recording. Because it never happened. Wish I had the money to get an attorney. This is a total scam. I would have said no thank you when told extra service 149,00 I am 73 and no way would have paid this price

Purchased concert tickets ($*****) on 12/21/22 through Box Office Ticket Sales. The tickets were transferred to *** on the same date. The transfer was cancelled on 1/25/23 and the seller refunded. It is unclear right now whether the seller or *** cancelled the transaction. *** will not confirm who cancelled the tickets (***, Box Office Ticket Sales or the seller) or the reason. Purchased the tickets on order# ********.
We are stonewalled by *** and Box Office Ticket Sales and directed to the other by both parties. Want full refund of tickets purchased. We travelled a long distance to attend the event and were forced to re-purchase tickets. I paid $****** for two tickets to *** **** at the ******* ****** in ********** **. I bought the tickets on 3/20/2023 and the concert was on 6/18/2023 (yesterday). They sent me electronic tickets for the seats I had ordered. But when I got to the venue, the tickets didn't work and they sent me to the box office. The box office told me the tickets had been sold more than once and that I couldn't get in with these tickets (the called them "scam tickets"). As is stated on numerous websites (including directly from ************ themselves) this was a "Non Transferable Show" so no tickets from third party vendors would be able to work. Only tickets bought directly from the box office. In April, I purchased tickets to a concert through Box Office Ticket Sales. The tickets were issued for the wrong venue. I have been back and forth with Box Office Ticket Sales, with no resolution. They are absolutely no help over the phone. Via email, they told me that they could sell my tickets through "************", which supposedly is a partner of theirs. ************ keeps asking me for more and more information, and of course takes a percentage on top of the astronomical fees that Box Office Ticket Sales charges. Then Box Office Ticket sales told me I had to receive my tickets through ************. They never revealed that they were selling for ************. At this point, I just want the tickets to be exchanged for the correct venue, as this issue has been unresolvable for almost two months. I am beyond frustrated! Buyer beware! Thank you for contacting Box Office Ticket Sales. We can see that our customer has been in contact with our service team several times on 4/21, 5/18, 6/2 and 6/6. The best thing about our service team are the detailed notes they take when customers call in. In this instance which wasn't conveniently raised in this customers complaint is that they advised our team members more then once that they purchased tickets for an event at the wrong venue. They authorized their purchase for *** ****** ********** **** ****** when they intended to purchase for an event at ******* *******. We'd like to point out that prior to completing their purchase on our website this customer had to review an itemization of their purchase which included the venue, event, date, time and price. This would have been the time to flag that they were about to purchase for the wrong event. As our terms and conditions clearly state which were also agreed to at the time of purchase all sales are final and that there are no refunds exchanges or cancellations. However, under the circumstances, I would have hoped that they would exchange my tickets for the correct venue. When I saw that the tickets were issued for the wrong venue, I called them immediately. Never received any e mail confirmation of purchase. Tried to work with ******* *** **** for refund. They received a follow up from Box Office Sales a faded , barely discernable confirmation from box office sales, which they said was sent to me, but which I never receied. The order number (and again I tell you is very hard to make out due to font size and light ink, looks like ********. I phoned the contact nunber for box office sales through the www.ticket sales site ************** however gained no help saying the information would be provided through my email, followed by a rapid hang up. Thank you for contacting Box Office Ticket Sales. We can confirm with 100% certainty that our customers order confirmation was emailed to them directly after their purchase. We know this because the email address on their complaint here is how we identified their order_id number which we are confirming is ********. We can also see that the ticket seller responsible for fulfilling this purchase transferred tickets on 5/15/23 at 1:40 PM. Tickets were transferred to the same email address used for this purchase. This customer has also filed a credit card dispute on May 24th. It's tantamount to fraud that the customer has now received their tickets and is attempting to get them for free. As a result we're considering this matter closed and we have had no choice but to flag this consumer as a risk for future online purchasing do to their deception.Customer Answer

You can see from the attached copy of the email we sent to our customer on 5/15 tickets were sent to our customer. The same email address we sent them to is the same email address used on this complaint. This consumer choosing to not follow the instructions we sent them doesn't negate the fact they have been sent. Additionally, it should be noted that the chargeback dispute filed by our customer was closed in our favor as the bank agreed with us. Lastly, our customer doesn't get to dictate the terms of their use. Simply stated the customer has tickets and if they were to go to any of our competitors they would have to pay for tickets before they receive them and not vice versa. Box Office Ticket Sales is a resale marketplace. Our website offers completely transparent pricing. All ticket costs, service fees and delivery fees are clearly itemized and must be agreed to by all customers including this one before they authorize their purchase online. Additionally the event name, date, time and location must also be reviewed and agreed to. At the time of purchase the customer should have been aware that they were buying tickets for a more virtual style event and not an in-person performance which was indicated by the name of the event, *** *** **** ** *** ******** *** ********.
It should also be noted that tickets were transferred to our customer on 12/28/22 and were not downloaded until 5/17/23. We had no contact from our customer for the past 5 months. The time to question the price of tickets or the event is before authorizing a purchase and not after. No refund will be provided and we consider this complaint closed

I purchased tickets for ********** online on 12/31/2022 for the 05/12/2023 show ** *** ***** **********. The confirmation email said the tickets would be delivered by 5/09/2023.
As the date was getting closer and not seeing that the tickets had been delivered, I started an online chat with customer service on 5/5/2023. They advised me to do a search of my emails as it should have been sent already. I found the ticket transfer email in my SPAM dated 1/21/2023. Based on the original emails I was not expecting the transfer email to happen so soon, otherwise I would have been checking for the tickets a lot sooner. When trying to retrieve the tickets it said the Transfer Offer is Expired or Cancelled. How is it that tickets I've paid for can expire before the date of the show? I then called and spoke with a representative and they said they would try to get them resent. The representative told me to keep checking my spam in case it doesn't make it to my inbox.
On 5/9/2023 I received an email that the event is coming soon and that the tickets had been transferred to my email address. Then below that it says if I have not claimed my tickets here are some tips to locate them. I was unable to locate the tickets following their tips.
24 hours until the show and I still had not received the tickets. I called customer service & they said that they see a retransfer request has already been made & there was nothing they could do. If they were to make another request to retransfer the tickets, it would negate the original request & delay the process even more. I also received an email regarding the transfer request.
This is a total scam ** * *** *** ***** ********* **** *** ******* ****** **** **** *******. Now the show is tonight, and I am out several hundred dollars for a show that I purchased tickets for, but never received.

Thank you for contacting Box Office Ticket Sales. We've reviewed the complaint filed by our customer and have the following details. Tickets were transferred to the customer on January 21st 2023. Unfortunately our customer did not accept the tickets at that time. By the time they attempted to accept the tickets last week for their event the link had expired. For this event there wasn't a mechanism to retransfer tickets however. While the root cause of the issue is customer error for not accepting tickets more timely, we have gone ahead and issued them a full refund , see attached. As such we consider the complaint resolved and closed.

My wife bought two *********** tickets online in December. They were never delivered. "Box Office Ticket Sales" continues to say the order was fulfilled despite an agent logging onto our ************ account to see no tickets in there. They are refusing to issue a refund because the "seller said he fulfilled the offer" and all sales are final. They lied to us on Tuesday night and said they'd be available online today. They stole our money and refuse to issue a refund despite knowing we did not get the tickets. I called ************ directly and they confirmed no one ever transferred any tickets.
On May 9, 2023, I was told in writing that they could not guarantee the seller would comply with delivering the tickets to me. This is fraudulent, theft and illegal. I will be filing a civil complaint against this company as well.Business Response

Box Office Ticket Sales has reviewed the complaint filed by our customer. We can see that our service team has been in daily communication with this customer all week long. Furthermore, our customers allegations that we stole their money is not only untrue its slander. You can see from the attached screen shot that tickets were transferred to our customer. It is outside of our companies control if the customer is having issues accessing the tickets through their ************ account. Rather than making this complaint the customer should take the instruction our customer service team and actually contact ************ and get the assistance they need.
