Misrepresented as Kennedy Center Ticket sales.
Charged me double of what actual ticket price.
I thought I was talking to The Kennedy Center until I got the tickets and realized they doubled the price.

I purchased YESTERDAY a ticket for Snowwhite and 7 dwarf Ballett at Coral Springs on 12/29. when I made the putchase, I did not realize that you they NOT the official venue box office. They charged me more than double the amount for the ticket!!! This is WRONG!!! and bad bad business. I called the venue and they told me that they do not work with this company!!! and they don't have any ticket under my name! I called back the customer service number but no answer for hours....I texted them and was told that there is no refund, even though the purchase was made only 2 hours earlier on the same day, and my card was not even charged yet. This is really unacceptable to charge double!!! I request to cancel this ticket and NOT charge my card.Box Office Ticket Sales

Because of their misleading name, I mistook their website for the box office of the venue. Because of their exorbitant fees, I paid over $60 per ticket over face value. When I tried to call their customer service, I was redirected several times and then they tried to pressure me to buy a medical alert system! One "customer service" rep told me they couldn't help me and that I must e mail them and then hung up on me. Awful company, awful service, exorbitant fees.Box Office Ticket Sales

Box Office Ticket Sales is a scam!!!!! Ripped off on tickets for Concert at Luhrs Center Performing Arts Center. Paid $186.07 for a concert scheduled for February 2024. Very slick by hijacking the online tickets box office for the Luhrs. Checked it out and the tickets sent were already filled by another. Last time I order any online tickets. They will not provide refunds so I have to eat this one. Learned anyone can be scammed: Beware!!!Box Office Ticket Sales

We vehemently dispute the claims submitted by this customer. First and foremost the name on the ticket which this customer is upset about is the name of the original purchaser who listed the tickets for sale on our marketplace. Per the terms of our website which were agreed to by this customer; Please note that the name on the tickets does not affect the buyer's ability to access the event. Secondly this customer has already spoken with our amazing customer experience team and advised that the seat numbers in the section and row they purchased are all even number seats. If you check the venues own website you can clearly see this, that section front or right orchestra Row X the seat numbers are all even numbers. This customers seats are numbers are 6 & 8 which are side by side. This customer has not been scammed as they allege, they're merely suffering from a case of buyers remorse which is in no way grounds for a refund.Review fromWilliam J

Paid for three tickets for a concert at Tanglewood . Received an invoice for about $200.00 and never got the tickets.they. Said the tickets were sent electronically but the box office at Tanglewood went through my iPhone inbox sent mail, spam and deleted mail nad they also could find no correspondence from the ticket company. In my opinion it’s a fraud company everyone should never do business with.

This company is links itself to legitimate websites such as Wolf Trap, even when you type in WolfTrap.org, to purchase your ticket(s). This company shows up and you believe you're purchasing your tickets from Wolf Trap's website, when in fact you're not. Then they send you an email with your ticket, but it has the original purchaser's name and credit card info and the price they paid and you realize you have been defrauded, twice the amount on YOUR ticket(s). Then when you call the fraudulent company customer service, the person transfers you to some idiot that says they can't help you and you cannot obtain a refund. Something needs to be done, because Wolf Trap doesn't realize this is happening. Yes, they know 2nd and 3rd parties resell tickets, but I don't believe they know that these sellers are profiting off of legitimate business websites. And that's what disgusts me. I don't mind paying for concert tickets, don't scam me for my purchase. I didn't Google, boxofficeticketsales.com, when making my purchase. I Googled, WolfTrap.org. Now, someone overseas, my have my purchase info and I'm left with having to contact my banking institution. There is no way for any customer including this one could be confused with who they are purchasing tickets from. At the time of checkout all customers including this one must agree to the transparent and itemized fees prior to authorizing their purchase. The time to question the process is before completing the transaction and not after. The terms and conditions agreed to at the time of purchase also state that the name of the original purchaser will be on the tickets. Do not use this company. They ARE NOT affiliated with the venues. They are nothing more than an over priced third party vendor. They do not guarantee tickets. They take your money, check for ticket holders with available tickets for sale and promise date of delivery just a few days before your event. "Equal or better seats or a refund". If you want a 100% guarantee with tickets in hand, this is not the place to go. The name of this company is deceptive. Watch the fine print.Box Office Ticket Sales

Box Office Ticket Sales is a resale marketplace. Every page of our website states we're a third party. Our checkout process is completely transparent. All tickets costs and fees are clearly itemized for all customers including this one and must be agreed to before they authorize their purchase. Additionally, it is a resale marketplace standard that the delivery of tickets will occur closer to an event. In this customers case the tickets will be delivered to them in late October 2023 closer to their Aerosmith concert. All orders are 100% guaranteed. We can also see that the customer has also been in contact with our amazing customer service team who processed a courtesy refund in the amount of $179.96. 1 starThis business is a complete "rip off". They lead you to believe you are dealing with the venue directly. They don't tell you the exact amount of the "fees" which are ridiculous. I purchased five tickets, three of which are in the accessibility row and two of which are in a high row. They could give me the seat numbers for the accessibility row, but now for the other row. Seems very suspicious. I believe as a senior and disabled, I was taken advantage of. I will be disputing this with my credit card company. Do not purchase tickets from them.
