      I had made several orders from Omaha Steaks. The products were very tasty, but last time, I noticed that the calorie and fat content from the sirloin burgers and grass-fed burgers was much higher on the boxes that were delivered than on the website!!! I asked several people at Omaha Steaks for a clarification regarding the discrepancy, but I received no clarification at all!!!! Their Customer Service is ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!
      I’m so unhappy that I may stop ordering from them altogether!!!!

      They don't bother freezing their shipments anymore. Just received one that had completely thawed long before it got to me, and everything was warm and dripping blood everywhere. Disgusting!

      We are just now recovering from Omaha steak burgers. We thawed 2, cooked them to an internal temp of 175 deg F and made burgers. Both of us became ill shortly afterwards. No more Omaha anything. Beware.

      I am very upset. My son picked up his package a day after delivered. as a gift from me. It was no longer cold and he is unwilling to eat the products. I thought it would be.sent in dry ice or somehow frozen for more than one day .

      The burgers were great. The filets were barely edible. The ribeyes were not edible. They were tough as leather and no flavor. My husband and I could neither eat them.

      I was hesitant to order the Omaha steaks package because of all the negative reviews and I am so glad I did not listen to those reviews I received the steak burgers the pork the hot dogs the fillets and chicken breasts and I am fully convinced that the people who left negative reviews just don't know how to cook or season everything we received was absolutely amazing everything arrived Frozen and on time as far as people complaining about the portion size those are real people portions we absolutely have loved everything and although they are a little pricey we will definitely be ordering again

      Had the Pure Ground Beef Rib Burgers (6 oz) tonight for dinner. One of the best burgers I have ever had. Pan seared in 1 tbs of butter. Cooked simply and served with usual fixings. Will definitely order again. Service and delivery excellent. I recommend Omaha Steaks AND BURGERS.

      Ordered the assorted burger boxes ,, 2 of them. Opened up 1 box and made 2 burgers and cooked 180° on Weber charcoal grill. Had diarrhea for 2 days. Emailed them 3 times and no response. Do not buy from this company and no customer service care at all. Buyer beware !! Soooo disappointed never again

      I ordered desserts for my dad on Father's days...they said it would arrive on Sunday but nothing showed up even thought the tracker said delivery Sunday the 18th (even until it was delivered on Monday the 19th). The 5 cakes that said "Do not thaw before heating " came completely thawed and warm, and the cobbler was a slimy mess....they refunded only the $54 for the items but still charged me the $20 for their unsanitary, unrefridgerated shipping. Even thought the tracker said it was on the refrigerated truck! Disgusting and unsafe. Will never order again, and will let everyone know not to as well. Apparently Omaha Steaks needs the $20 to keep up with all of their waste so know that even if you get a refund you will be throwing money down the toilet for their bad business.
