Went to the web site hoping to upload picture of the filet mignon but could not find the opportunity to do so - sadly most was left on the plate as there was an extremely think tendon running through the center and it was very visible even from the surface - was meant to be for a special dinner so I think my wife was more disappointed then I was. I would have preferred to send direct to Omaha Steaks so they would see it and perhaps improve the inspection process to avoid shipping product like this but this was the only forum I found.Omaha Steaks

Ordered two, 2lb Chateaubriand Tenderloin (Filet Mignon) for $119 each. Both are only 32oz. Maybe I'm crazy but 32oz is NOT 2 pounds and I feel this is outright deception on their part. *************************************************************** ************Omaha Steaks

Omaha steaks ripped me off for $47.01! I didn't ever get my order. Every day they said wait till 8pm look on my doorstep, it didn't come after 2 days later. So then I cancelled order. They credited me all but $47.01! WTF, it was their error, 2 days later than originally ordered and I got nothing except threw out $47.01 of my money. RIP OFFS I wouldn't have clicked 1 star, except they probably won't post without at least 1 star. Idk. Can't trust Omaha Steaks!Omaha Steaks

I placed an order on 25 Jan 2023. I promptly got an email indicating a delivery date of 30 Jan 2023.
On 30 Jan 2023 attempting to get an idea of when to I expect my delivery I visited the Omaha Steaks website and was provided with tracking number information and a link to the ****** website.
Upon visiting the ******k website my shipment status indicated t label was created but the shipment has yet to be handed over to ****** from Omaha Steaks.
I then telephoned the Omaha Steaks customer service and was given no helpful information whatsoever as to providing some sort of information regarding the location of my shipment.
I find it very hard to believe an organization this large has no technology available to provide accurate tracking data to its customers.
As of this writing I am still awaiting delivery of my order, and the only help I can get from customer service is to wait a few days.....really ???
This is 2023 for god sakes, between Omaha Steaks and ****** shipping someone should know the location of each and every one of their shipments and be able to pass that information on to the customer.
Omaha Steaks has definitely failed in providing customer service regarding shipments.

Paid over $200.00 for one gift and one for myself! Most PIECES were good, but the steaks were HORRIBLE. We threw them out. Very disappointed and won't be ordering again, ever. The nephew that was gifted was equally disappointed. What happened? Omaha was always a favorite!Omaha Steaks

We received as a Xmas gift and it was nasty. The chicken was dry, hamburger was good the two steaks were so gamie we thought it was elk meat. We had to toss the 4 potatoes they're slimmy. Tossed the 4 steaks . Very disappointed!!!!! All we have left are 4 hot dogs. Not sure I want them. Do not waste your money.Omaha Steaks

2 starsI am receiving an excessive amount of emails and texts. I emailed the company last month to remove my name from all Omaha Steak advertisements and promotions. This was done via response to one of the advertising emails to unsubscribe. When week before Christmas, I called the company on 2 occasions, spoke to 2 representatives who assured me I was removed from all emails and texts. This was all done before Christmas. Since December 27, 2022, I've received 26 emails and 19 text messages. Companies that offer solar panels or lower electrical rates aren't even this bad. If this does not stop, my next email will be to the better business bureau.Review fromKathy C

Omaha Steaks food has become absoltely horrible and not able to eat and was thrown out. The Duroc ham was impossible to eat. Was terrible and thrown away. 2 boxes of ground beef patties were the same. All 8 patties smelled bad, yet cooked them in hopes they would be ok. But they tasted spoiled and absolutely not able to eat these total of 8 ground beef patties. Plus the 2 - 1 lbs ground beef had to be throw out too, was terrible. Had many deliveries of bundles, each of the 4 or 5 deliveries all well over $100.00. -$170.00 each, through the last 12 months, and the most recent ones were the horrible, not edible ones. Also the recent Apple Tartlets have gotten so extra sweet, unlike a year ago, and the remainder of them have been thrown out also. Chicken breasts and pork chops are tolerable but way overpriced for what you get. Sirloin had blood in the packaging which had to be washed off. Overall I will never buy from Omaha Steaks again and have closed account along with my Gold membership.Omaha Steaks

Started with the top sirloin. Individual portions were extremely small & difficult to cook due to uneven cut (extremely thin to fat). Taste was so disappointing. Blah & I even followed Omaha Steaks on line cooking instructions, using their seasoning. Next came the chicken breasts which were outstanding. Moist & full flavor. Carmel apple treats were also excellent but very, very small. Meat balls were not edible. Have no idea what they were made with, fill I suspect. Tasted horrible. Went in the garbage. Boneless pork chops came next. Tough, dry & very little taste, if any. Went in the garbage. Scallop potatoes were also excellent but again, small servings. Have yet to try the ground beef loaf or the kielbasa, but even if they are both excellent, based on our experience so far we will never buy from Omaha Steaks again. So, so disappointed. If there was a way to get a refund, rest assured we would pursue it!Omaha Steaks
