They keep sending me emails, even though I unscribed from them now over 5 times, it said I was, but they do not honer their word. I would like then to be a stand up company. Not keep harassing me. Please tell them tp stopOmaha Steaks

When I was Completing my order with Omaha Steaks I was offered a $50 reward if I chose delayed shipping, order arrives after Christmas. I chose the option, but never received my reward. I contacted Omaha Steak Company and was told that my order didn't qualify, even though I was offered the option during the shipping portion of checkout. Shame on Omaha Steaks for their false advertising and poor business practices.Omaha Steaks

First time using Omaha Steaks. Received the order and still had some dry ice which is good. Thawed out the pot roast and it leaked all over the fridge. I cooked what was left and it burnt. I scaped off some of the black and had a little. I threw the rest away. The "hamburgers" looked weird, not like normal hamburger. I have had food poisoning in the past from other food companies and didn't want to take any chances. I put the entire order in the trash, paid $107.45. I will never order from them or anyone like them again. I will stick to the local store so I know what I am getting.Omaha Steaks

The sirloin steaks we received were tough as nails! I have gotten better meat from my local groceries store, a lot cheaper! I will never purchase anything from Omaha steaks again.Omaha Steaks

Worse Customer Service Ever!!!! ******************************************************* My order arrived shortly before Christmas. There was no ice in the cooler and the order did not include the free burgers which was advertised. When I contacted the company, their agent said as long as the food was cold, it was safe to eat, but she said she was not aware of an offer for free burgers. I replied that the ad was currently on my TV screen and she replied well this not the sales dept. I don't keep up with the ads. She said the missing burgers will arrive by the 24th. When they did not, I called back on the 28th again to complain. I was told that the order was scheduled for delivery today. Again it was not delivered. I called today, January 4th and was told that the shipment was canceled because someone called and said I found the burgers. ********************************* No one had called to cancel and I needed to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor could not take my call, but the agent offered me a $20 gift card. I refused. When I asked for the supervisor's name, the agent put me back on hold and said it was Francis. The agent then told me she would send the burgers, but she refused to give me a tracking number for the order. I then asked for Francis' customer id or badge number and the agent disconnected me.

After 4 attempts to resolve the matter directly, I am fed up and will seek other avenues to remedy this situation. I WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH COMPANY AGAIN--NEVER!!!!Omaha Steaks

I ordered from Omaha steaks for Christmas gift. Upon my coming home I found my cooler sitting on my porch for god knows how long. I immediately delivered the cooler. Upon opening the cooler there was no dry ice present! No email regarding shipping/tracking information was sent out so I could be there fir my food delivery. I emailed the company immediately and several times and received little information regarding my order. I expressed my concerns over the safe handling of food but to no avail. After several emails the responses ceased- I indicated that I would post on media platforms their lack of consumer services but again - nothing. The last time I received an automatic response was December 2, 2022 that someone would get back to me yet I'm still waiting. A company this large needs to step up and show some considerations to a consumer for they're lack of proper food handling!!!! Apparently their lack of customer service (especially when handling food) speak a lot about this company. Buyers bewareOmaha Steaks

Very disappointed. I purchased SEVERAL gifts. *I was talked down to by customer service, *Shipping was not what I was promised, *It was embarrassing, and instead of being a convenient surprise it became a hassle of tracking and phone calls. (If I could give negative stars I would. Save yr money and yr blood pressure. Not shopping with this company again!)Omaha Steaks

1 starIf I could give negative stars I would. I have called 4x and each call was no less than 50 minutes. I did not go through long hold times- really just being put on hold so the rep could try and fix it. I ordered for a gift and it's being shipped to my house- first issue I gave up on- was the price.... I ended up paying 20.00 more- repeat attempts to get shipping address correct- and to no avail..... I will fight this with ****- I've never experienced this level of poor customer service- didn't even offer to reship my gift after their mix up- I will never order again and will tell everyone I know to steer clear- last few calls I took screenshots of my time going back and forth- it surely wasn't the hold times- train your staff.... I ordered a package deal and it was missing some items. I wrote an email and they said they would get back to me within 48 hours. It's been 6 days and nothing. This is the first and last time I will buy from them. Also, I called but they put me on hold for an hour and I gave up. Do not buy from this company because they do not care about you once they receive your money.Omaha Steaks

Terrible. 0 stars. Our order arrived, but with no dry ice, boxes torn open, food (fish & chicken) at room temperature. Immediately called them. After a very long wait, Rick answered, apologized and then he rambled on about how the chicken fried steaks were just like his mother made, and how the styrofoam shipment containers (that recycling centers won't take) make great containers for night crawlers for fishing. ?! We told him our order was for family holiday dinner. He scheduled a re-shipment of our order, assuring us it would be shipped in 2 days; we'd get it in 3. Nothing arrived. A week we waited. Nothing. We called, and Patty researched the issue, then said there was no notation at all, in their system, that our original order had had a problem, and no new shipment had been re-ordered. !!! We've been frequent, and good customers of Omaha Steaks, but we're done! Will have to wait, now, for a refund. Pleasant customer service is one thing, but ZERO follow through, and dangerously shipped food items, make this a very bad company to deal with. Will post the pictures we took of the condition of the warm products we got, on other social media platforms, to try to warn their current - and potential customers. Terrible.Omaha Steaks
