      Ordered almost $300 worth of meat packages with a guaranteed delivery before Christmas. There's we're meant to be gifts for our family gathering. Updated shipping has now delayed our delivery an additional day every day since the 23rd. Today i got an email with a delivery date of 12/27. We are traveling today and won't be home to receive this for a week but can't get it rescheduled because it's ' already en route". Will never use them again.

      I do appreciate that my package was re-delivered. I understand that there were extenuating weather conditions, but this was purchased with the sole intent to have before Christmas as a gift to family we were seeing out of town. I tried to cancel the order once the delivery date was changed and it was not going to be delivered in time and we were then going to be out of town when the package was re-scheduled for the delivery. Due to this, the items sat outside for several days(of course it warmed up to almost 50 degrees in those following days). We also had to purchase other items locally to replace the intended gift. Luckily, we have our own freezer and were able to use the packages that we had ordered. We are also lucky that we had the funds to keep the items and purchase different gift items at a local meat market.

      Placed an order for Christmas. Said it would arrive in time. According to their updates it has been somewhere between the freezer truck and ***** for 4 days. If it does arrive now the meat will probably be rancid. I called and got tired of being on hold sent several emails and didn't get any responses yet. Omaha Steaks used to be a great company with a great product.

      The meat is just ok but the emails are unending and we will never order from Omaha steaks again. Website has option to reduce emails to once a month but we get several every day. This is the worst that we have ever experienced with online harassment.

      Received my order which was a gift . All that was included was 4 tiny steaks pieces , 4 thin pieces of chicken breasts some seasonings and 4 tarts . I was shorted Hamburgers, hotdogs and scalloped potatoes . On hold an hour with no answer and no response to email . *************

      I just tried to purchase 3 packages. The order page(s) were not as clear as should have been and were too repetititive. Trying to sign up for the special discount meant returning a "Y" response to their text, after giving my text number. Now I am open to all of their marketing sharks. I gave up after about 20 minutes on a simple purchase with a bad feeling about the whole business. My local meat market will continue being my only meat source.

      Your online system is totally messed up. After 45 minutes on-line I am giving up. I enter things and they get changed....I try to check out and it won't even let me enter a credit card #. One price is on the flyer I got and another on the cart...it tells me to enter a code but then does it say where .... Your AI is clearly sick today.

      Terrible customer service, I ordered a package which included steak seasoning, the seasoning was missing when order arrived. I emailed and got a response that they would send me a $10. gift certificate good on my next order, I responded to just send me the seasoning which I paid for, never got another response after 2 additional emails. Gift certificate is just a game to get you tom order again. There are many other over priced steak companies you can order from, stay away from Omaha.

      it is a shame that you have to post on the BBB website to get a simple $5.99 product sent. Emails were sent on 12/7 and again on 12/12. Thanks for response.

      Terrible company. Falsely said that I would receive a $30 discount and when I checked our, it didn't go through. I ended up paying the full amount with no discount. Will never purchase from Omaha steaks again

      I ordered steaks through the Omaha Steak Web site thinking I was getting the TV special, however got some premium deal. Was unable to correct the order, due to it being a Sunday, called customer service the very next morning and proceeded to get hung up on 2 times. Was told the order had already been shipped, there was nothing they could do! Was asked by a supervisor if I would like a $25 dollar gift card to use on my next order. ( You bet I would order from them again). I asked if they could just send me the additional fillets I did not get on the TV Special, but was told they were reserved for package deals. I also selected the Christmas delivery date verses the December 15th date option, but to my surprise got a December 15th date, ( Why the option) now I have to store for 10 days as this was a Christmas gift, ( Thanks Omaha Steaks). I looked up how to complain about this company, and on their web site they state a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee with a full refund or replacement, ( $25 dollar credit) does not come close to a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee in my mind. I live by the (3 Strikes Your Out Rule) and you Omaha Stakes are Out! I will find a better company to spend my hard earned money on, I will never order from this company again, Never!
