      I've been getting several offers for one of your packages of meat. So I went with the $7.95 deal for $200.+ package. I never got a order number, or anything. So I'm guessing, that all these ads SCAMS!! So everybody " BE WARNED "

      If I could leave 0 stars, I would! I have ordered through Omaha Steaks for years and never had a problem! I ordered in November of 2023 and had nothing but problems! My packages were delivered open, boxes were cut open, boxes not glued or taped, the outer styrofoam box was smashed and so much more to text! I had and sent pictures for all damaged boxes! I called Omaha Steaks and received a replacement for each and every box that I ordered! Then I had a gift card so I bought the air chilled chicken breasts and air chilled seasoned chicken breasts 2 boxes of each. I spoke to a so called manager named Andy! First he said Andrew. When I said Andrew, all I want is my shipments delivered the way they should be! Andrew said my name isn’t Andrew… I said im sorry but that’s what you said. He said it’s Andy. I said oh ok I’m sorry. He told me since my order history with them was like 110% replacement packages that I should go to another vender to get my meats which I thought was extremely rude! I was not the one packing the boxes nor shipping the boxes! Again, they had pictures for each and every damaged box. My last order of the 2 boxes of each air chilled chicken breasts and air chilled seasoned chicken breasts came delivered in the styrofoam box but when I open the styrofoam box 2 of the chicken breast boxes one had been sliced open with a box cutter and the other was completely at the end. I called Omaha steaks and send pictures again and they said I cannot get anymore replacement boxes so they sent me a check! I will never order from Omaha Steaks again! Poor customer service and extremely rude management! They lost a long time valued customer!

      The meats are not worth the price. Can buy better at a super market. For the price could actually get more meat at super market. Hamburgers are awful. I am on SS, and limited income I decided to try the beef package now I have all this nasty meat in my freezer. Never again.

      Wish I could leave zero stars. Four times in a row I received hot bloody meat chicken juice and beef blood everywhere. I can’t throw rotten meat in my trash so I have to take it to the Dump. Do not order from this company!!!!!!!

      I placed an order and spent 20 minutes with a guy on July 17th for his birthday. I called yesterday not only talked to two people and said they will have it to them today. Almost a week later. So I just called back again and nobody can find it. Never again.

      We received our complete order nicely frozen and on time. The first item I chose to use was the Beef Bourguignon. The directions said to bake at 400 for 60 minutes. It took another 30 minutes to heat up. The sauce was good, but the ingredients were disappointing. Beside water, potatoes were the second ingredient listed, and there were LOTS of them. Although the meat was tender, we were disappointed in the experience. More content description would have been helpful before ordering.
      It's listed as Beef Bourguignon, 32 oz, #3204.

      At my request my daughter gave me 4 ribeye steaks for father's day, 2024. They arrived on time, were completely frozen and beautifully packaged. I carefully thawed two of them, seasoned them with Omaha Steak seasoning and cooked them to medium. I am an expreience griller. The resultant steaks were the worst I can recall. They were tough, chewy and dry. I tried cutting them into thin pieces and dousing them with barbeque sauce but nothing helped. I am extremely dissapointed!
      This one is no stars for me.
