I don't understand what is going on with a company that is nationally renowned like Omaha Steaks to not fulfill simple orders or at least give updates better. Ordered a package for 39.99 on 3/4, and as of 3/11 there is no update or change indicated. It just says not shipped. What is going on here? How does this company have a 1 star rating after decades of great service and products? Am I missing something?Omaha Steaks

After ordering I got an email telling me to finish the order, I already paid with PayPal and sent them the receipt. They keep sending me emails saying I need to finish the order but no response from them other than the computer generated email. Spend your money locally and you won't get burnedOmaha Steaks

Missing Items in Order. They argue until you read receipt to them, then they offer some ridiculous small refund when you have proved your point. I also received a partially thawed out order, not frozen. No one in customer service replied to my message for that mess. I decided to try them, again. Now missing items. They do not stand by their 100% satisfaction guarantee.Omaha Steaks

Wow where to begin... Omaha Steak doesn't even deserve 1 star from us! We have sent Omaha
speaks as gifts in the past on several occasions with good comments from recipients. So we decided to treat ourselves. What a waste of $300.00. As retired seniors we thought this would be a great way to stock our freezer. What a disappointment! Chicken fried steaks and chicken loaded with preservatives, soy flour! As was deep fried shrimp. Agree with past reviews of family sz meal only adequate for 2. Our experience with lasagne not only small serving NO meat! We had ordered combo specials that included these items the steak were tender but on blah side. Have not tried pork chops yet. Chicken filets were used in soup seemed OK. What ultimately made me write this review was the MEAT LOAF..... OMG absolutely horrible!!! Not fit to feed a dog. So many additives scary and who puts Anchovies in Meat loaf??? if I could include pictures of this meat loaf and different ingredients lists for various items I would. My husband grew up in Nebraska, his family raised Red Angus. We know the quality of Nebraska beef. Omaha Steaks is a poor representation of Nebraska beef. Or any family meals. Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere.1Omaha Steaks

This a response to Better Business Beaurau review I wrote on March 2nd of this year.
On December 29th we placed an order with Omaha Steaks as a treat for ourselves. We
Have in the past over the years given Omaha Steaks gift packs to family and friends.
We chose to order from Omaha Steaks because of our heritage to Nebraska. Hopefully our BBB
Review was actually read by someone in your Customer Service, we were greatly disappointed in
Omaha Steaks products. Since the BBB review we have cooked the pork roast it was barely edible.
Way too much GARLIC the house stunk. Seasoning is best left to the individual's taste.
Our order TTL $327.90 For the most part a big disappointment.
We would like to comment on the 1 treat we did enjoy .. the Sticky Toffee Cakes so decadent 1 is suitable for
2 people so rich! Top Sirloins were ok.. Beef pot roast was tough! Boneless Chicken Breast fine. Have not tried
Pork Chops yet. Tenderloin Tips were fine, 1 chunk mostly gristle. As for the rest of the items, far too many additives
Especially SOY.
Per your E-mail Stating Omaha Steaks would like to make this right… We feel a refund for is more than due.
We are hoping to hear from your customer service in a timely manner. We are willing to return the unopened Meatballs,
Balance of Chicken Fried steaks, Pub Style Cod, Italian Crispy Chicken Fried Tenders. The Meatloaf was thrown out.
Also… Why is there NO BEST BY Date on these items. Made us wonder if that was a reason for such horrible taste!

That is very generous of Omaha Steaks for full refund.. However. We use a $50.00 Visa Gift we received as a Christmas gift from family member.
We no longer have that card since we used it for Omaha order along with our Chase Visa card for balance. How does the refund work for that

I expect when I pay those prices for stakes I should be able to cut and chew them. I got 3 different cuts and all were tough I will be throwing the rest away uncooked I will not buy again I can get better quality at WalmartOmaha Steaks

You need to pay attention to the reviews (so many low stars). You won't be in business long if you don't care about customer feedback. Those of us making purchases will certainly look at your online reviews. I regret sooooooo much that I didn't before placing an order.
You have lost this customer. Your pics on website are not reflective of the product you send. I have never spent so much money on a product and received so little.

Don't waste your money! I ordered fillet mignon packs for myself and my father. The bacon wrapped fillets were poor quality end cuts of split fillets with an attempt at trimming out the fat. The butcher cut are mediocre. Buy steaks locally and get better quality for far less money.Omaha Steaks

My daughter sent me omaha steaks package and the steaks were top sirloin, She thought all your steaks were filets.
The top sirloin were the worst ever. They were tough and grizzly. Just opened the last one and has big chunks of fat. Told my daughter do not order from them again. Can do better at grocery store
