      If a customer’s family has more than 2 people, do not order their family meals. I ordered the chicken fettuccine meal & it would not serve more than 1 person. I also ordered the Shepard’s pie & it only served 2 people. The other “Family” meals I ordered are only large enough for 2 people. Very disappointing & expensive for what you get. Otherwise I am satisfied with the other food items I have ordered.

      Been a customer for sometime. Carefully kept checking deals and found one for $139. Order came today. Opened the chicken, not chicken breasts, only chicken we order. Then I get to the filet mignons the box says beef tenderloins? I called and was told it’s the same thing and the USDA makes Omaha Steaks label this way? Well it was a first, probably only thing we continuously order is filet mignons. I did a few email searches and this is what I found - is beef tenderloin the same as filet mignons, the answer is NO! Two different cuts filet comes from the very end, the most tender part….filet mignons. Maybe we’ve been customers too long, time to give whatever Omaha wants.
      There are plenty of similar companies which I will go back too.

Any previous purchases of Filet Mignon would have been labelled the same way; Filet Mignon is cut from the tip of the tenderloin.       We have been customers for quite while now and haver been disappointed. Anyone complaining about the steaks being tough and hard to cut and chew obviously do not know how to prepare good cuts of beef and cook them properly.

      Got as a gift. 4 steaks, 4 pork chops, and scalloped potatoes. The steaks were tough and the pork chops were as tough as shoe leather and tasteless. I would not recommend this product.

      Your meats are excellent and enjoyed every bit of it. But I paid $99 in December and now it's a $160. That's quite a jump. I can afford a $160. It sure isn't a sale price at a $160 VS 99. Too bad

      Received ribeye steaks as gift. Not edible. Chew and spit. They boast grass fed. Well, their grass fed is like chewing on tar paper. This company should be out of business, period!

      I ordered two of the special advertised steak packages as Christmas presents for my son and daughter and their families. They are very disappointed with the steaks noting that the steaks are tough, hard to cut and hard to chew. Also the bacon didn’t cook well and was tasteless. Do you provide a remedy for this. I had to pay more than was advertised and also more money to have them delivered closer to Christmas. The person who took my order was not helpful and just seemed more interested in adding additional charges. Please advise.

      Purchased three classic collection boxes. Item missing. Two request to get missing bacon wrapped filet mignon. Finally arrived five days later with melted dry ice and soggy box with bloody steaks

      I ordered from a Omaha Steaks add I saw online and waited a little over a month ago but shortly after I ordered I got a email from someone who wasn't Omaha steaks called "marx meats" saying they were preparing my order. Thinking it might be a sub contractor or something I didn't think too much into it until I got another email from some package tracking company in China with a tracking number I assumed it's a big company they probably have a lot of help didn't think much into it because I ordered from the actual Omaha steaks website but I started getting suspicious and now I know why. Idk what they got going on but I waited almost a month for my package and never got it and the Chinese tracking number bs says it was delivered last week when it most certainly wasn't idk what's going on but that's definitely not cool cause like I said I clicked on the ad and it took me straight too the Omaha steaks website so I doubt it's a scam or something but come on.
