On 4/27/25 I requested a draw down from my revolving line of credit. They advertise 24 hours to receive funds but now it's been a month and I have no *** for when they will process it. I have called customer support twice now to find out the status but they say they are processing as fast as possible and I just can't get a straight answer from them when it will be processed. They don't know what day's requests their processing and just have zero idea about when it will be processed. I have had no issues in the past and I just don't understand.Business Response

I have contacted the company multiple times regarding a draw down that I requested on April 1st. Each time I contact them they either say it will be another month or they cannot help me. If they do not plan on funding my request, I would like to know as it has been 54 days since my request has been made.Business Response

I requested a drawdown on my account on March 6, 2025. I have reached out several times and they said they will handle the drawdowns in the order they arrive, but this has now been over 2 months at this point. They keep saying there is a "backlog" but then never approve drawdowns. People shouldn't have to wait months to get a drawdown. I'd like the money available.Business Response

I created a settlement with NH cash to take care of my balance and paid as agreed. The company agreed that they would update my credit report which they have not done. I have written confirmation in an attached email thread where they verified that the account is paid in full and that they were supposed to update the credit reports.Initial Complaint

I have been with them over a year and I have not had a problem until the past four months I requested a draw down on my account which is basically cash on your line of credit it's been over a month and I have not received anything.Business Response

Requested a drawn down back on April 1st of this year. Over the past month and a half I have gotten no response other then they are back logged. I have sent numerous emails all I get is the same response. I have there customer service department have asked to speak with a manager and all I get back In a response is there is no manager on or has left for the day. On April 23 2025 I requested a draw down from my revolving line of credit. I was only taking 24 hours turnaround. It now has been over 2 weeks and when I call to ask they say they are processing as fast as possible. They advertise a 24 hour to receive funds. I cannot get a straight answer from them. My problem is I asked for a drawdown on February 21 2025. It will be 3 months shortly. I've spoken to representatives as well as supervisors. I keep being told it's a processing error. Now I read the complaints from other customers that asked for a drawdown after me. I'm being told they have a 5000 cap a day. I asked if they were continuing to add new customers the supervisor said no to get caught back up. They are still advertising a 24 hr turnaround. I'm tired of the runaround. I've been patient. It's effecting me negatively I'm on SS and when you expect your drawdown in 24 hrs because you asked for it to cover something. They keep I should get it soon. The last time I talked to a supervisor was 3 weeks ago. I don't have anymore patients.Business Response
