I requested a drawdown over 3 weeks ago and request still not processed. Whenever I call it's the same thing, they are backlogged with requests and it will be processed soon. Lie after lie after lie. If they dont have the funds then they should just say so.Business Response

I submitted a request for a drawdown from my account. It has now been 2 weeks and my bank account is in the negative due to not receiving the drawdown. Knowing that there have been significant delays in processing in the past, I have contacted them several times asking if they could at least tell me what dates were being processed, so I could plan my budget. I'm a disabled senior and barely live SS check to pension check. Repeatedly I have been told they could not give me that information and I'd receive an email once my drawdown was processed, which doesn't address the problem i.e. unknown delays in processing.I'll be coming up on the next monthly payment from them when I haven't received my.Business Response

I have been a customer of ****** since 2020 and have not had any problems until recently. I requested a drawdown on 1/23 and this request still hasn't been processed. I've called several times and am told they have had an unusually high number of requests. I have also been told that they have requested the processing be fast tracked but were not able to offer me any guidance on when my request would be processed. At this point being offered apologies instead of action is making me consider whether I want to continue to do business with ******.Business Response

Submitted a drawdown request Feb 28th. ****** customer service changed it to March 6th. It's April now and it hasn't been approved. **************** barely speak English and then tell me there's a "backlog" of requests. I asked a time frame and they won't give one. They wait months so the money that's available goes down and by the time they approve it its much lower than when requested. My drawdown I had almost $500 available and now it's at $300.What's the use of a loan to help with credit if you can never drawdown?Business Response

I have been a customer with ****** for over a year and have had no acceptable form of communication from customer service as to why draw down requests are not being processed. They have no problem taking my money every 2 weeks to pay down my balance but when I have funds available to withdraw then it takes weeks. It is unacceptable business practice.Business Response

I entered on 3/11/25 a draw down request. The request says it's still pending. I have spoken to customer service multiple times now and have been told that the draw down request has been approved but that they don't know when the funds will be sent. Their own policy states that funds will be sent and available within 1 business day of approval it has been almost a month and now when I call they just keep telling me they are backed up and hung up the phone!Business Response

I have had a line of credit with ****** for quite a while and, up until now, have had no complaints. I put in for a draw down on March 11, 2025, and have not received the funds (that normally take One business day. I did contact them and the gentleman said they are behind. Two weeks? Someone else mentioned they received a line of credit increase and didnt get their draw down until after a payment was made on the existing account. I, personally, just made a payment to them on the 14th of March. I hope the owner sees this and does something to satisfy the situation ****.Business Response

Jan 19 2025 I requested a drawdown. It has never taken longer than 2 weeks at most. It is now March 24th 2025, still nothing. I have made a handful of calls on unrelated topics, the staff were helpful and polite, at the end of each call I always inquire about the drawdown situation, I have gotten a few different responses, none of which were honest or true to my knowledge. For example- I was told it would be processed "next week", that was not true. The truth would be best. Something more honest than being overwhelmed with the amount of requests. If you have staffing issues, legal issues, financial issues, maybe it's just me but I would be a lot more understanding of I was given an honest explanation instead of vague excuses.Business Response

I have been a customer of NH Cash for at least 4 years now and always have been very happy with their service and how quickly they resolve your issues.Lately, though, receiving a drawdown seems to be taking forever, when it normally took ***** hours.I requested a drawdown on March 7th, 2025 and was told this week that it was processing but l should receive it in my bank account on Friday March 21st, 2025.I was also told that I should expect an email from NH Cash confirming my drawdown was approved and date of **********'s now 8pm on Thursday March 20th, 2025 and no email as of yet.I'm thinking I won't be seeing the drawdown in my account tomorrow morning.
