    I have been a customer for a long time never missed a payment. I pay a fee so this company as long as my account is in good standin would allow me to receive a drawdown. This company longer commits to allowing me to do so. I requested a drawdown 4 weeks ago and have not heard from the company yes or no. They won't allow me to receive a drawdown.

    Nhcash.com did deposit the drawdown request made on 2/03/2025. The funds were deposited on 03/03/2025. It's regrettable that I had to make a complaint to receive the money. They deposited the funds with our letting me know. After 4 weeks it should be understandable that my request wasn't going to be honored. In closing I have learned a lot . I would like to thank the BBB for their assistance resolving my issues with this company.

    I requested a drawdown from my line of credit 1/30/2025, as of today 2/24/2025 I am still waiting on this money to be deposited. This business historically claims that it take 1-2 business days to deposit in your account. Why should it take this long to receive funds when the company has no problem taking money out of your account same day if your payment is due. This is absolutely unacceptable and I demand this request to be processed as soon as possible. Why cater to a target market of bad credit and people of need if it takes nearly a month or more to receive funds when you really need it. Also I have called several times to follow up on this request and get told the same thing everytime we are experiencing high volume, delays etc.

    I am a longtime customer in good standing and requested a drawdown on December 26, but still have not received the funds I requested. I now have more available and wanted to request the max I could get, but I am now afraid to do so because my request might be taken out of the queue and redone and might take even longer. I have called several times, have emailed, and have text the company. I was told that the issue would be escalated, but nothing has happened yet, and it is almost 2 months later. I tried calling again last week, but the phone doesnt even ring - it just hangs up on you. These funds would help right now, and they are able to take payments out on time, so they should be able to send money from the line of credit. This is not good customer service at all. The people Ive talked to have been friendly, but there have been no results.

    I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: drawdown was approved and received, so that is appreciated.  However, I asked in my original complaint for the maximum available because it was taking so long for resolution.  I was not given that, have since submitted another drawdown request, and am still waiting for that to be processed and it has been over a week on it.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I had to submit a second request to get the rest of the funds to the maximum and it was processed faster than the prior one.  I do appreciate the response and hope that the backlog issue is resolved soon as I think ****** is a decent company to work with and is normally good about getting to requests.  This issue with not getting funds after almost three months was just too long and communication could have been better.  Thank you.

    I have had a loan with ****** for over a year now. Over 2 weeks ago I applied for a drawdown since that time I have spoken twice to the same customer *** (which I found odd) both times I was told they are busy processing other loan requests. Now I can't reach anyone as the call just hangs up. I am left wondering if they are going belly up and out of funds and can't just be honest with their customers.

    Like the others I have seen request a drawdown I to submitted a drawdown on 12/16/24 and its Feb 9th. No reply other than we are busy etc. Ive called several times emailed a thousand times and nobody gets back to me. They take out my monthly payment with no issue. I have been a great customer for 4 years. I understand people have problems but 2 months is a little ridiculous.

    I requested a drawdown on 1/21/2025. As of 2/7/2025, this request has not been processed. I called a few days after I made the request wondering why it was taking so long to approve. They told me they had a system glitch. That was obviously a lie based on the number of complaints here. This should be illegal. If you have access to a credit line, you should be able to rely on it. There is no notice on their website or message indicating that there is a delay. They certainly have no problem processing my payment every month. Fix this!

    I applied for a credit limit increase in Nov 2024, as of today still have not recieved anything. Then in Dec 2024 I applied for a draw down, it is now Feb 5, 2025 and have not received anything. I have called several times and told it has been escalated, been told they are extremely busy, they are playing games with people and flat out lying to them.

    I asked for a drawdown on 12/3 H owever by the time my next statement was ready I had less than is available for the required amount of $150. So I sent a a email to withdraw that request. ******* is sent another request for a different amount and still nothing and have called several times. I realize that volume is high right now but I really need my money. Now another payment is made and I want to request more of my money however I can only do 1 drawdown per statement. I will call again to do another amount and cancel the last one. I just want to be able to get my money
