    I have a loan worth ******, I have made every payment on time. I submitted a drawdown request on December 11th. It is now February 2nd. I have no heard back from anyone regarding my request. I have since emailed and called with no answers from anyone. I either want my drawdown processed asap or canceled.

    So I got a loan through NH cash and I have emailed them for questions about my loan. I have tried to contact him through phonenumber but their phone number is no good. You never get a response back from email or any such thing I have been paying on this loan and it does not seem to be going down so Ive been trying to contact them to see what is going on, but like I said thephone number is not valid and they will not respond to their emails

    I requested a draw down on December 27th, it is now January 28th. I still have heard nothing. Ive called 3 times and been told 3 different things. I have emailed and texted like the website said I could and still nothing. If I didnt pay my loan back, Im sure theyd have no problem contacting me or handling things so I dont know why their customers arent receiving the same respect.

    I have an open line of credit with NH Cash Loans. I requested a drawdown I. Jan 4th because it was a Saturday I was told it would be reviewed on the next business day, Monday January 6. Todays, January 17th I still have not received the funds. I have called the company several times and still being told it has not been processed. I requested to have a manager call me and that has not been done. The company without fail was able to withdraw the payment without delay, but delayed with processing funds.Customer service is very unprofessional. It has been 10 business days that is horrible!!!

    I initially requested a drawdown mid-December and called customer service to ask when the funds will be dispersed. I was told there was a backlog and could take up to three weeks. My call was disconnected, and my drawdown was taken out of the queue. I requested another drawdown on December 31st and the representative told me my request would be backdated to my initial draw down request. It is going on three weeks and keep getting told I need to wait for an email and there is no way to figure out when my drawdown request would be fulfilled. If this company did not report to my credit, I would have closed but unfortunately, I had an emergency situation and needed to request "funds" I had available.

    I paid my loan in full. I have a 0 balance. I had requested a drawdown on December 22. As of January 14 it still has not been processed. I have called several times and have not received an answer as to what the issue is, yet they sent me a bill for the monthly annual fee and I'm sure they will draft that. Yesterday I was told my issue would be escalated. The call before that they said they would process them in order received..... Over 3 weeks?

    Did a drawdown on Thanksgiving the 28th of Nov. contacted business on following Monday because they said it could take 24 hours to receive funds. Called everyday from Monday to Friday and still no draw down. Called today the 9th of Dec, and they still had no response other than Direct Deposit is down. What is the point of a credit line if you cant use it. I also have a 0$ balance so there should be no errors

    I made my normal payment of $63 and an additional payment of $65 both on 11/22/2024 but I was informed the additional payment will not be posted to my account until the next bill is generated but I am being charged additional finance charges as if I did not make the additional payment:You did not answer my question so I am filling an complaint report with the Better Business Bureau immediately.     I have been a customer for almost 5 years, and until about a year ago they were great. Over the last year things have gone downhill fast. They waste no time taking money from me, but when I need to withdraw from my account it take weeks. They do not respond to emails or text messages, and when you call no one answers. I had an emergency I needed money for so I requested funds from my available limit. I have gotten no response at all. But they will be sure to take money on my due date. I would like them to either send the funds I requested or tell me why they havent.

    This company still has not responded to my drawdown request. They increased my credit limit and charged me $25 for it, but will not give me access to that credit. They lied to me today, saying they have a system issue that wont let them process drawdown requests, and yet they are able to process payments OUT of my bank account. I would like an honest response from this company, no more lies.

    I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because:   
    I only received half of the drawdown I requested, and then was lied to about only being allowed $300. Why would you increase my credit line if I cannot draw on it? And you charged me $25 to increase it. If I have a line of credit, I should be able to use it when I need it. I am once again waiting weeks for a drawdown.
