    This is one of the worse companies *** ever dealt with. They were suppose to advertise my timeshare with an ad, yet they just threw together a few sentences and its been sitting there ever since. They have done absolutely nothing with the ad nor have kept in communication with me. This isnt what I paid for and signed up for. They will not return my emails. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

    After deciding to list out timeshare, we did some research and decided to go with SMTN. They made no promises they did not keep and kept in touch with us throughout the process. We received a bid on our property and went with it. The followup from them was wonderful and everything went smoothly. We would definately recommend uising them. A++

    $5000 needed in order to post an ad and 2 years later I still have not sold the timeshare. I've even dropped our price to 50% of what we originally paid and still not a single offer. When I originally said I just wanted to sell it for what I originally paid, the sales person said that was way too low of a selling price. I stupidly listened and waited 8 months before I realized others were selling the same or better than what I had for 1/4 of my price.

    Great service from end to end! Kept us up to date at each step and provided expertise in guiding us through the process. Worked as our advocate in getting questions and concerns addressed quickly. The entire staff was very accommodating, patient and professional. It was a pleasure to work with them.     They maintained their word and helped us sell when someone wanted to buy it, finally, after a year of having it posted for sale!Convenient to lose the timeshare liability.

    I paid this company almost 5000$ to sell two timeshares. Their slicky salesmen make you feel as though this is a piece of cake and a hot area and will sell in no time. My 84 year old mother is the one who paid all the money and now we still have these time shares and continue to lower the price and it still does not sell. I feel this is a scam and people need to know. I wish I had checked the BBB first to see other complaints. This is a warning, you would do better to just pay all the fees to a buy back company and not try to sell. Looks like we are going to have to do both. Buyer beware, dont fall for the overly kind and assuring salesman.

    Even though I had a temporary hold on my ad that I forgot to release, SMTN still got my timeshare sold... AMAZING!!! In a few years after I get all my loans paid off, I will be buying another timeshare or two, hopefully from SMTN!!!

    We had a very good experience with SMTN . Everything went smoothly and we found what we wanted. The agent was easy to deal with and very helpful.We bought the timeshare we wanted for a reasonable price.Can't wait to star using it.

The staff was personable, professional, knowledgeable and very prompt to answer all our questions and moved the process forward promptly and were quick to answer all our concerns.
