  Not please with the customer service and follow up with Sell My Timeshare Now, LLC.
  They were very consistent in reaching out to us after an inquiry. My mother in law is residing with us and we are not able to travel. We were and still are under pressure to sell our Timeshare. Once we agreed to sign up with them to sell our Timeshare and paid them $2300. There is silence! No response to my messages, etc.
  My husband and I are not pleased with the company.

  From the initial offer to the final closing processes, SellMyTimeshareNow was SUPERB. They fully explained every step, and kept me informed about every action, both the ones they were taking and the ones needed from me.
  Admittedly, I was somewhat skeptical at the outset that they'd deliver "on budget, on time", but they came through with flying colors. As we say in the Navy "Bravo Zulu" to the whole team.
  Lastly, kudos to their customer outreach agent (Benjamin C*******) for staying the course throughout and at settlement.
  You can TRUST this company, (BTW, I was a buyer. Doubled my HGVC for a very modest price. Yeah!!)

  I was nervous about this process at first because I'd heard that you basically have to pay someone to take back your timeshare. We loved our timeshare (Worldmark) but I inherited another timeshare from my mom and couldn't afford both so we decided to part ways. First we contacted the timeshare itself and we did basically have to pay them to take the timeshare. I Googled around and found Sellmytimesharenow.com. I checked the better business bureau just to make sure and it seemed like a "real" company. I did have to pay some money up front to have them advertise for me but it was still worth it for the chance that it would actually sell and it did! The person we worked with was so helpful and did 99% of the work. They even called us to provide some suggestions along the way to help it sell faster. We were contacted by a buyer and SMTN did all the work and UPS drove buy with an envelope with a huge check in it. We're telling our family and friends about them to not only sell their timeshare, but also to buy a timeshare! :)

  So far the experience has been horrible. It has been almost 2 months and I have not heard a word from them since my initial paperwork. I have sent several e-mails and not received a response. I finally got someone on the phone only to be told "they were not currently in front of a computer".

  This entire process took roughly 11 months from start to finished. I had about 11 inquiries concerning potential offers for my Hawaii timeshare and only one serious buyer purchased it for my asking price. SMTN gave me the key advice on pricing, marketplace and closing process as they handle the paperwork until it was received at their designated Closing Company, ******** ***** ***** ********. Once the original documents were signed and notarized, I shipped it back as 2-day air back to Honolulu to effectively close my paperwork. Now I am free and clear of my 20+ years of timeshare ownership. Kudos to SMTH and the entire staff.

  Do not be scammed by this company like I was. I was promised that this company would be able to sell my timeshare within a year and IF it did not sell then I would get a refund and Free advertisement for an additional year. When I sent an email inquiring about a refund due to the timeshare not being sold, of course they didn’t admit to that and went on to say that they are an advertising company and can not guarantee a sell.
  So please keep your $2000. Don’t get scammed. They can not help you. It’s been over a year with multiple payment decreases on my end and the timeshare is still sitting there. You can advertise somewhere else for free. This company is not for you. Please read all the complaints and reviews before giving them your hard earned money.
  Everyone can’t be telling the same lie. This company made those promises to get our money and then stood behind “we are advertising and can’t promise anything” but the sells person did make that promise.
