      If i can give a zero review I would. I went to the store a few days ago to get help since verizon customer service *****. Their service isn't in the ** but in the ***********. I thought I could get better service at the store but I was wrong!!! The store manager was not helpful at all. He did not go through my account and checked any notes or was willing to call customer service to help me out. He was very dissmissive did not care about my concerns at all. He saw my frustration with their service and didn't care. I can't wait til my contract is Over! I hate Verizon their customer service *****. Their internet sucks! It's difficult to even get good help over their customer service on the phone and to top it off they don't have managers to help you out. I have had this problem since day one of my contract where they don't honor it and keep changing my charges every 3 to 4 months, I have to be calling so they can fix it. Their so quick to disconnect your phones for no payment but if they owe you credits you have to wait months before they give them to you. In the meantime, you still have to pay a balance. Oh and all the phone calls I make I have to repeat myself like a broken record because they are too lazy to read their notes or do their research. Do not get Verizon services. I so regret changing my previous service that I originally had with ****** but the representative came to my business and offered me a deal that i thought was worth changing it for but huge mistake!!!!!!! I have a business account and loosing money because my phone is out of service.

      A couple months ago I upgraded my home internet with Verizon and got the $55/ month plan in order to use the promotion benefits. I am supposed to recieve a free tv and $200 Amazon gift card. I cannot claim the tv until July 3rd and no one at Verizon can tell me when to expect the gift card. Feeling coerced into high speed internet for no benefits. Still waiting on my rewards. Not able to get help through customer service or ********************** store employees. Bad job yall

      Terrible customer service. Awful!. Billing access and lack of transparency. Seems they are aware, it is strategic somehow.

      I turned my devices over to them from **** and was told a gift card would come in a couple weeks to pay off the devices, however the weeks came and went and nothing. They also didnt tell me that I needed to send in my last **** bilI somthwt was behind months. I called and texted and called and texted and got the same answers which were nothing. It is now mid June and I traded them in March. **** has sent me letters for their money and I am now going to pay out of pocket because my credit is effected. If I were you I would never give your devices to them for any promotion its just an aggravating journey.

      WARNING! Verizon is a dangerous combination of dishonesty and stupidity. They talked me in to opening a new business account with the promise of savings because they would move all my numbers over. Instead, they failed to move my wifes number and proceeded to charge us for two accounts for 18 months. When I discovered that we were both paying, I tried to contact them. I never got to speak to anyone in the *************. They couldnt begin to understand the issue. Ultimately, they claimed to elevate the complaint and have a supervisor call me back. They did not. They are CROOKS! LIARS AND THIEVES!

      NOT EVEN ONE STAR does VERIZON MERIT Weeks of chats after being told by local centers they do not handle 'CUSTOMER CARE/OR BILLING ISSUES" CHAT would disconnect me and long waits--they would transfer me always giving the ** reposone and it took 7 transfers ***** ******* etc and then PREPAIDS and then still had me wait about 30 min--I ended up disputing double charge after using one cc as payment method and they charged the added one and the one one on file.

      I have contacted Verizon 8 times in 2 days, and I have been transferred multiple times to different representatives, but to no avail; my phone is still not charging properly. I received a refurbished phone instead of a new phone. I pay for insurance and received a refurbished phone, very poor customer service. I have been with ********************** for over 10 years, and I will be going to another provider. This is unacceptable, and I refuse to stay with a company that does not appreciate my business. I know there are better providers.

      I signed up for Verizon home internet. The router was delivered to my prior address 100 miles away. I went and got the equipment and was able to get it going. 1 month later I started receiving emails saying to pay with the total. I didn't receive any paper bills un the mail. When I tried to pay online it would not allow me to pay. When I logged into my account it didn't even show the service. I called customer service and they could see what I owed but even after two followup calls and hours on the phone they couldn't take the payment either. I needed to go to a store Meanwhile I kept getting emails saying if I didn't pay my service would be disconnected. I spoke to the se4vice *** and they assured me this would not happen. The next day the internet was disconnected. I went to the store and they were unable to help me as well. I told them I wanted to cancel and turn in my equipment. They said they couldn't help with that either. This company is crazy.

      I normally dont write reviews, but this experience with Verizons customer service was incredibly frustrating. I absolutely dread calling their support line because the call centers are outsourced to the ***********. The representatives often just read from a script and dont fully understand the nuances of how things work here in the **** due to different systems and cultural context.I spent nearly two hours on the phone, getting transferred to five different agents, just to request a return label for my sons old phone. He recently upgraded, and although he lives 1.5 hours away by plane and has his own address, Verizon insisted the label be sent to me since Im the primary account holder.I asked that the label be sent directly to my son. The first four reps said it wasnt possible. Finally, the fifth agent said he was able to process it and that my son would receive the label within three days. Its now been six days, and still nothing has arrived.Verizons customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Theyve made zero improvements over the years, and Im extremely disappointed with the lack of efficiency, training, and support.
