      I had an existing Verizon line. I brought over another phone from ***** I was promised a $500.00 gift card for bringing the number over. They assigned me a new number. When I ported the number over from **** they said I wasn't eligible becase I gave up their new number. I had received the gift card rebate, then it was cancelled by them. I also signed up for their international dialing for a trip to ******. I have charges on the applicable bill, they say I didn't sign up for international. What a bait and switch scam they have going. I have spent hours on the phone regarding the gift card rebate. They are unbelievable. And yes, am changing companies.

      VERIZON took advantage of situation, they need to be called out! If I could give it a zero star rating I would! Living in **********, ******* and hit by hurricane Ian- ********************** was the only cell service that would not work! Not even 911 would work! Days later learned that if you roam turn off wifi/Bluetooth option you have a slight chance of service. However, data rates shot up due to roaming! A week later we all get notifications that if we dont pay our bill were getting turned off! They claim you can call financial rep for payment options to those hit by storm, but good luck getting through since no one picks up! And youre stuck talking to an Ai that hangs up on you! My bill is now $500+ due to over a week of roaming and spotty service!

      I have had the 5G get more for a year and theres no such thing as free Apple Music for me. I even have lines with the 5G play more and still no Apple Music. Im just glad my phones are connected and the speed is good lol

      Where do I start? I mean, just look at their current standing... My bf and I recently switched over and we've encountered issue after issue after issue. First off- the new iphone 14's ONLY take e-****, and when we went in to switch over, the employee who helped us only ported my bf's # since he was bringing his own device. I was told my new phone would arrive ready to use on Verizon's network. I was also told I'd be getting a notification when my phone shipped, along with tracking; neither of which I received. Therefore, the phone had arrived to our shipping address (not our home), and was there for 4 days before we went to go check if it had arrived...The phone DID not immediately work and the following day my bill cycle ended with my previous *** and I did not pay to renew since I was switching over to Verizon. Well, that caused further issues since I then had to pay to activate my previous service in order to port/migrate my #. The rep also added the wrong insurance to my account after I specifically told her which one to add. It's just been problem after problem. Not to mention their customer service might as well be obsolete. You call, speak to someone who has no clue on their products and ultimately- they tell you to do it yourself on the app/website. Considering cancelling our plan and going to a 3rd party...Verizon corporate: invest more in employee training, focus of CSR, prepare for new changes to avoid a ton of issues (e-sim).

      A nightmare mishmash of misinformation and creaky systems!Ive been a loyal customer of VZ ********************** for at least the last 15 years.Recently (9/16/22), I upgraded from an iPhone 7 to an iPhone 14 Pro and was told that I would get a $350 credit.Im about to embark on some international travel next week and want to use a third-party eSim while I am abroad.I was told by a VZ rep ************ the only way I could unlock my phone in time by next week was to pay off the $1,110 on my iPhone Pro and VZ would be able to unlock it within 24 hours. (All told, about 2 hours on the phone talking to an agent)I just called back today (Wednesday) and was told (all told, another 2 hours of time):1. VZ would not allow the phone to be unlocked!!!Despite an agent promising two days earlier that if I paid off the phone, you all would allow it to be unlocked in 24 hours.(The agent specifically stated let me check on this before you pay out the money and then came back and categorically stated the phone could be unlocked 24 hours after payment)2. Adding insult to injury, I asked the VZ agent today how my trade-in credit would be processed after my buy-out.I was then told that the $350 credit immediately goes away upon buy-out.3. Given this new information,that was never relayed to me on Monday, I asked to reverse the buy-out so that my trade-in credit would not go away.I told that there is no way to reverse a buy-out!In my way of thinking, I gave VZ a gift of $51 (interest VZ would incur if I stayed on a 36-month installment plan) and am now being punished with this hidden wrinkle (my $350 trade-in credit going away).Can you please help me by:1. Reinstating my $350 trade-in credit (again, I was never told by the agent this would go away upon buy-out).If needed, Im happy to reverse my buy-out and pay on installment.2. Getting my phone unlocked in time for my international travel next Monday (10/10/22).

      Verizon do better 1st you all take away my first responder discount with no notice. Then it takes 2 hours to get someone to assist then I'm emailed the wrong form to get re-verified. It was a terrible experience having to go through that automated system. You get paid every month on time I expect better service.

      They offered a $200 promotion I have spent hours on the phone with them telling them their for the promotion doesnt work . Hours later still no help . I guess any company can enter any promotion and they say too bad our email system doesnt seem to work.Too Bad!! What a scam. Worst customer service what a mistake

      Verizon has been charging me 20 dollars a month since ************************************ 2017. I spoke with them recently as they were not supposed to be doing that as the device and line were cancelled in2017, which they confirmed. They only offered a 40 dollar credit when they owe me over **** dollars for their mistake.
