      The most horrible service ever. We were conned into a smart watch, was told that it was "ours" because we upgraded a broken phone and got the unlimited plan. Since no one uses the watch, I tried to disconnect the service line. LOL. I was told on my next bill I'd have a $450.00 charge for the watch or I can continue to pay the $20.00 a month for the next 3 years. Shame on me for just trying to get out of the store after 3 hours of being there and not reading every single line. Shame on Verizon for flat out lying. We've been customers for over 20 years. No longer, I'll move my service to another provider.

      Our business has been with Verizon since 2006... and they are refusing to resolve an issue I have been having since April 26, 2022. I have talked to countless reps with "promises" that my issues with get resolved.. All we would like to do is give them more money & upgrade our phones! But Verizon.com wont let us & keeps saying we "have a pending charge" and to call customer service. I have three ticket numbers all unresolved, all because each person who tried to help me and escalate my issues has failed... I just want to upgrade our phones, it should not take 5+ months and countless phone calls just to buy a phone?

      After being a customer of this company of 7 years owning several lines and under no phone contracts, as all phones had been paid in full for nearly two years. I finally decided to switch service and save nearly 80% every month with xfinity wireless. Now Verizon is nonstop harassing me for another $400 in early termination fees, but will not provide me with a paper bill explaining these fees, nor can the customer service explain what these fees are for. A bunch of crooks! Should be criminal in my opinion.

      After being a Verizon customer for over 20 years, I tried to add a family member's new phone to my account. Despite the patience and professionalism of the Verizon employees, they were unable to get the line connected and the number transferred so, frustrated, she went with another carrier.When all was said and done, my former Verizon plan was no longer available to me and I was stuck in a plan that was more expensive. Verizon refused to allow me to access my old plan and price (which was already more expensive than what my friends pay with other carriers) so I had to buy another phone and move to a cell phone provider that I can afford.

      This company has gave me anxiety!They disconnect your service even if a promise to pay or payment arrangement has been set up.Once your line is disconnect you can contact a live representative?No representative there wants to assist you with getting your service turned back on or make a payment.This company is ridiculous!

      I have been a customer for many years. But recently I must say Verizon wireless and fios is horrible. In the past they would do whatever it takes to make things right. Now, they just don't care. **************** plays games with you. They will leave you on hold if you are on the phone or they will leave you sitting at your computer if you are on chat. Recently I set up a payment arrangement with them. Paid part as agreed and set up a promise to pay for a couple weeks out. Then I started getting charged additional fees. Nobody was willing to discuss this issue with me. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Verizon. Do business with someone that understands they need the consumer.

      I order some headphones on their website and got a confirmation email. I saw the following day that PayPal had refunded my order. On their website it showed that my order had shipped and was awaiting a tracking number. I never got a cancellation email from Verizon so I chatted and then called Verizon agents. Each agent ended up transferring me and telling me the next person would be able to help me check on my order or reorder. I was told when I talked to someone that the sale price I had purchased headphones would be honored, but I would need to be transferred to redo the order. Then someone else told me my order was canceled since I paid with PayPal instead of with a credit card even though the the PayPal payment went through just fine. I wasted 3+ hours. Some of their customer service agents seemed like they wanted to help resolve my issue and seemed like they where trying to look into my issue and resolve it, but it seems like their computer systems don't let them check anything or resell me the product I order at the sale price I ordered it at. I wont do business with Verizon again, and I hope I can dissuade as many as possible from doing business with them.

      I left Verizon for a new carrier and was assured I had 30 days to download my cloud.I have paid for Cloud storage for years. Within 4 days, my Verizon account was closed and I have not been able to access my content. Phone calls, emails, chat and the physical store will not help me get this fixed.As of today, I am still within 30 days and NOTHING from Verizon.I want my ****+ photos back!!!

      On a trade in your phone offer, I sent my old phone in for a $700 credit on a new phone. After the phone was delivered with proof of delivery from *** Verizon claimed they never received my trade in and have been charging me for the cost of the new phone. I have contacted them four times over four months and each time they told me they would resolve the issue and give me credit. This month is no different. They still claim they never received my trade in and continue to charge me for the new phone at over $900.00. The second time I contacted support they connected me to the wherehouse where they received it and the contact explained to me that they did not have it as received but agreed that it had been delivered, and assured me that I would receive the trade in credit. The next month it was the same story with support claiming they had not received my trade in so I was not given the credit, but after checking the *** tracking said they would credit my account. This month I contacted support again, and they made the same claim that the trade in was never received and I would get no credit. Because the delivery was over 120 days the tracking number had expired, and Verizon claimed I had never sent it despite me saying I had proof of delivery because the tracking number didn't show as valid when verizon checked the number. Verizon took my old phone as a trade in, lost it then claimed they never received it and are charging me full price for the new phone, even after being reassured that the issue would be resolved three times. Now they claim I have no proof that I sent it, even with proof of delivery Verizon is a low key scam company, so buyer beware. I'm out of an old phone that wouldn't have costed that much to repair the screen, and I am currently contacting *** to help resolve the issue since the tracking number has expired Verizon *****, and they overcharge for their services by locking customers into deals that fall very short of advertisement

      My account was flagged for fraud so I had to call to verify my identity. The Verizon fraud agent (*******) was being very rude and was probably having a bad day. I asked her why she was being so rude and she ignored me. Then she said I was being rude (I was a little) and was going to send me an email to upload a picture of my identity to appease the fraud department. Instead of sending me the email, she suspended my phone account for fraud. I then spent an hour on the phone getting my service back when the agent told me Verizon could no longer provide me service. Somehow she made it so he couldn't get my account reactivated and I would no longer to be a Verizon customer. I had to talk to his supervisor in order to get everything reinstated and to clear my name. Tried to get compensation for what I had to deal and they offered me a $30 credit. I am obviously going to look for other service providers.
