      I was promised a rebate of $350 per line for every line I brought in to Verizon and I brought in a total of 4 lines into Verizon. After a lot of back and forth and several months of waiting, I got a reabte on one line. Everytime I called, they would give some excuse and some new procedure that was spelt out. Their rebate is a scam just to bring in customers and they will come up with every excuse possible not to issue the rebate. Scammers, they are all!

      I have had Verizon mobile for 10+ years. Signed up for Fios last week since I was moving into my first house. They told me I could link my Fios account to my mobile account via Verizon Up. I was just on the phone and chat with Verizon for 3 hours and no one could help me link them. I reset my password and my secret question 7 times, and yet no one could help me. I was enrolled in paperless billing for both Fios and mobile and apparently one of the 8 agents that I was routed too took me out of paperless billing but I can't tell which account it was taken out of because all the email come from "My Verizon" and don't specify whether its mobile or home. I guess I just expect a customer service team to actually be able to help me but that's clearly asking for too much. Oh, and I asked multiple times for a manager to help me and was told that's not possible.

      Worse customer service Ever, after paying to activ ate my new account, 7 hours customer service and 2 stores could not help, ****** refuse to help me since he was getting ready to take his lunch break, and hanged up, now nobody in customer service picks up, and i have no workinhg phone, silly mne thinking Verizon was a high standard company.

      I should have never switched been lied to multiple times was called an awful name by an agent because he was mad that I wouldn't take him up sells. I have been waiting for a month for Verizon to resolve the issues to only be told you weren't a customer at that time so nothing we can do for you. They do nothing but lie and don't give good service. I would give 0 stars if I could. Don't expect help if you have Verizon.

      I purchased a new phone from Verizon in April 2023. The manager of the store that helped me told me that when I get my bill from the provider I was switching from that I should bring in the bill and they will issue me a gift card to pay off my phone with the other carrier. He never told me there was an expiration date that I had to do this by. I went into the Verizon store in the beginning of June and was told that they couldnt do what they told me to do because that offer expired. The manager said I tell everyone theres an expiration date at the time of sale. Well, apparently he never told me. I made several calls to Verizon and one of the people I spoke to told me he will honor what was told me and it will be in my account within a couple of days. Well, that never happened. They did give me a $200 gift card that I had to use to buy something from Verizon. I bought a couple of things because I didnt want to lose that offer either. Then, I called back today and I finally spoke to someone and she told me that the deal the manager originally was going to give me was expired even before I bought my phone. He wanted the sale and couldnt care less that he was ripping me off.Today, hopefully, the woman that helped me spoke to her manager and said she would give me a credit and that it would go to paying my next couple of bills. All together I spent about 30 hours on the phone and at the store dealing with this whole debacle.I never had an experience like this with any company I have ever dealt with. On principle I would not recommend this company. I know it is one of the more popular carriers but I was lied to at least 3 times. Verizon does not care about the customer. They will take your money and when you have a problem they dont back up what they told you. Be very careful if you switch to Verizon and they say they will pay off a phone from another carrier. I still have to pay off my original carrier

      I wouldn't even give a star! After decades of on-time payments, I switched carriers for obvious reasons, they were billing me for 4 devices when I only had 3, was told I was getting reimbursed, and not to pay my last bill. Now they are trying to send me to collections for TWO months! Yes, Verizon I want to speak to you for an hour on Saturday night only to be hung up on. No one knows what they are doing there. They tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone and you always pay in the end. I am seriously thinking of bringing them to court!

      Since upgrading phones and adding more lines VERIZON has been nothing but lies lies lies. My bills flex from month to month by almost a $100. This is so wrong and they dont even care they are ripping customers off. When you contact them in regards to being over charged they blow you off and dont care that they are ripping you the costumer off. Ive been with Verizon since before they became VERIZON and very upset Im screwed out of lots of money. I wish I wouldnt have upgraded and gone to a different cellular company.

      Ive called them various times and finally one of the Supervisors from the number I called and they stated that my accounts will be removed and theyll be sending me an email confirmation showing this being removed from my credit report as it showing collections. After the representative researched my information they said my account was part of identity theft. It shows I owe $197 for some odd reason. This been hunter my future plans as a result.       My ******* Ultra has not been receiving texts/calls consistently since 8/31/22. I've been on the phone or on the computer with their "customer support/IT Techs" at least 1-2 hours almost daily trying to troubleshoot the phone. They refuse to just trade phones or send a new phone. I decided to close my account and according to Verizon policy...if they is an unpaid balance, then the phone can be returned. The process of trying to get them to send the link to request the box sent to return the phone was just as time consuming as troubleshooting the phone with them over and over and over again to no avail. They do NOT honor their policies, nor are they forthcoming with the steps needed to take in this process. I've been with verizon for 20 years and I am NOT STAYING with a disreputable cell phone company any longer. My advice is to find a better cell phone company. You'll be better off in the end....especially if your phone ends up having an issue. The support has gone downhill since Verizon moved all of their support teams to Online.

      Verizon charged my checking account $1220 without notification and refused to reverse the fund. **************** was about atrocious.
