      I have had Verizon wireless for almost 20 years. Up until now, I have been able to call and speak to a representative in ***************** who quickly and efficiently assisted me with whatever I needed. I recently spent 2 weeks in ****** and had made arrangements for one of Verizon's overseas offerings to use my mobile phone while there. I was unable to connect to the network over there and only had connectivity if I used Wi-Fi Calling on a Wi-Fi network. Trying to "chat" with a Verizon representative was over 30 minutes long and they could never even answer a simple question. It was as if they were reading some flow chart with canned answers that had nothing to do with the problem. It is now Saturday and I am back in the US and I still do not have access to a mobile network. I tried calling the customer service number and was connected to a robot that called me by name but seemed incapable of understanding "representative". After 5 disconnects, because I didn't give the robot exactly what it wanted, I "googled" and discovered I had to say "agent". Was disconnected one more time before finally getting a live person on the line. After all these years, I'm considering switching from Verizon. The agent that finally picked up my call was very nice and tried basic troubleshooting (40 minutes) which did not work. I am currently on hold for the next level of trouble shooting.

      Really starting to think Verizon is running a scam with their trade in process. I upgraded my phone and opted to trade in my existing as part of the new iPhone 14 deal. After 7 days I still havent received the trade in kit they say will be mailed to me. Have been on the phone with customer service for *********************************************************************** I could print it out and wrap it around the phone (no box needed) and mail it back. And it wont decrease the value of the phone if its damaged. Their page to order a free trade in kit basically says they dont have any and to check back. Problem is once you are past your 30 days youre on the hook for the $800. Looks like they but off more than they could chew and now the customers will be the ones to literally pay for promises made that they couldnt keep.

      Verizon is a bunch of thieving a** crooks. When they bought out my home town service provider I was double charged for the month. I called multiple times to get the issue resolved and Verizon kept saying I was late on a bill, my bills are paid auto draft, kinda hard to be late or over due. I went through every month with the service rep and proved that the bills were paid and drafted then she said it was from my last provider and I still owed Verizon. I ask where I could send bank statements to show proof that I was not over due and she said I couldn't do that. Verizon customer service reps are f***ing idiots. My phone looses service all the time. The updates are set on auto and I restart my phone every morning. Just like ***** my bill with Verizon is starting to creep. I have not added or changed anything with my plan. Verizon you are stealing money from all your customers and if they would just take the time to look they would see it. Verizon you need to be shut down, your service *****. Go to H***

      ******* wireless has the worst customer service. I switched a line from an alternate carrier and was promised a rebate on the phone. They later said the phone I purchased from them was ineligible for the rebate. (The sales associate assured me that the rebate applied) when I tried calling customer service, i was told to call the rebate department. I called them, got an automated robot who did not answer my concern and ended up hanging up on me. This happened multiple times of multiple calls. I tried their chat online, no answers. I even went back to the store only to be told I had to call the rebate center. Im fed up with *******.

      I was double billed via autopay ****** and was lied to by three cust serv reps about refund had been issued yet they took it upon themselves to put against my next bill and part of the next months bill. They don't have the authority to decide where my money goes when they should have never taken in first place when acct bal was 0 remaining bal. One said refund in 3-5 days second said 10 days and third said 20 days. I don't like being lied to by cust serv but to get lied to by three diff people in three days. About to go to diff carrier and send Verizon my three phones to put up the dark hole! The worst cust serv I have ever had to deal with. Oh did I mention it also caused my acct to be over drawn and I was told it's not there problem my acct is overdrawn when paying my bill so they won't cover draft fee of ***** RATING -1

      This people are the worst!!! I opened a business account on february 11 with 10 push to talk. They sent them to me unactivated and made us go back and forth to the store to make them work. The store could not activate them.After 2 weeks of struggling they sent me labels to return back the phones and close the account. I returned the devices on the 28 of the same month FEBRUARY and they sent me to collection!!! The contract says I can cancel the account without getting charged before 30 days and I returned the phones 17 days after. Now! I'm receiving a lot of collection notices of a service that I NEVER USED! Now they say they can't see the account because they sold it to a collection agency. WHAT IS THIIIIIS?????

      I was told I had a pass due balance but I was still able to place an order. It was sent to an old address so the order was canceled on 9/16/22. I was told to wait until the order was returned to get a credit of $200+ for the item which was returned on 9/21/22. A second order was made but never shipped on 9/16/22. The old order was shipped same day it was placed however, the second order never shipped. I was told a payment needed to be made. The order was canceled and still no item delivered. I was told that my bill was 30 days past due which was inaccurate because it was due on the 7th of September. I paid the balance of $147+ as well as the charges for two items when I only asked for one item I never received thinking I could go to the store to pick them up instead of placing another shipment. I spoke to several representative and explained that I already paid for a mistake that was made by the company and still do not have the item nor do I have the credits for both pair I was charged for. My bill went from $147 to $566.I literally paid the whole $566 I was told when I called again I had to wait **** business day to receive a credit back to my account for the two items charged to my account. I only wanted one pair, the shipment never came for either two orders, and no credit but they adjusted my bill from the original bill of $167 to $147 for the inconvenience and charged me astronomically for items I never received. Again. It was only suppose to be one pair for $199 and I had a pass due from 9/16/22 of $566 which was paid. Several tickets were opened and then closed. I find this ridiculous because I pay a high bill for one month with barely no service and the policies that are in place isnt fair. The company is quick to charge my account but cant credit it back on time when they are in fault. Today makes one week and nothing is resolved.

      When I switched to Verizon I found a phone in their store for $350 I paid it in full in the store a few years later and I find out phone payments have been added to my bill and I've been paying off on an $800 phone I called and asked what was going on and they said it was $800 and that it was a promotion and that I never paid for the phone. ***** Verizon, and ******** are all scummy liars with scummy business tactics that hide behind BS contracts. I'm switching to Mint because I'm sick of it.

      I bought the ******* S20 FE almost 2 years ago, I've been having Bluetooth connection problems since the second week of having the phone. I've spoken with numerous reps and technical support, and the only solution was to do a factory warranty exchange (which I've done 3 times (as of 9/6/22). With the newer phone, I'm still have the same problem with an add problem (now the phone shuts off randomly as well as the on going issue with Bluetooth). I've spoken to Verizon (9/22/22), and they can't help in now way but to offer another factory warranty exchange. I've spent too much money on a phone that in an essence that does work properly.
