      Verizon is the biggest rip off, service is terrible, you can't talk to real people. I hsi canceled them.

      Verizon wireless transferred our lines supposedly without issue to Verizon Prepaid. They did not tell us we would lose our 50% discount for one of the lines we had nor that we would have to pay off the phones in full to make the transfer. This morning I woke up to my bank account being overdraft due to Verizon overcharging me for the phones that were evidently not transferred to the new "prepaid" service. After chatting for an hour or so and a lot of back and forth they told us the only way to get the discount we signed up/ partial for was to reinstate with Verizon wireless. I have screen shots of the discount and am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and deceptive business practices.

      Have been a customer for 20+ years. As soon as I get home from vacation, Im dropping them. Their iPhone app never works, nor does the website from my iPhone. It is impossible to login using the app. Repeated calls to customer service results in a new password that never works on the iPhone app. Repeated calls telling them of this problem results in a new password that never works. Wait 24 hours for the password to reset. Never resets. Am on vacation trying to make an international callcant. They used to have 24-hour domestic support. Long gone and shifted to an offshore location, where agents repeat a scripted questions. Abusive. Abusive. Abusive. Lets not forget that they sold their crumbling rural landline infrastructure to Frontier, so when Frontier goes down in *****, so goes Verizon Wireless. There is an option and when I return from vacation, its paalam!!

      Verizon wireless builds itself on scamming its customers. I get an email that I qualify for a discount from my from my standard 4G plan with 5GB of data to upgrade to unlimited data 5G for about the same price and I think all this is a great deal let me do this. I switched to the new plan on 2 pretty new phones and immediately start having service issues I don't get the same amount of reception I had in my house around the house or am I town in general it's supposed to be a 5G starter plan, I can't even get 5G on my phone most days. So I contact customer service via the chat app, The customer service agent who was very polite and very professional just *******'re professional just kept trying to sell me on another plan oh well you got the 5G starter plan that does not guarantee that you'll actually have 5G at prioritizes. you have to pay for the 5G premium plan if you always want 5G and good reception. I had better reception on my old 4G plan than I have on my new upgraded so to speak 5G plan so it sounds to me like they give you the promise of a discount that gets you similarly priced to your lower plan and then they move you into new plan that gets intentionally terrible reception and forces you to upgrade to a even more expensive plan that will get you the reception you need. I am currently looking into other service providers my location doesn't get the best reception with everyone so it's a little bit of a challenge so I'm kind of stuck with horizon which I'm just not happy with.

      I paid way too much for cellphones with Verizon thinking they had the phone service in my area. But finally the cost became too great and I switched to another carrier in March. I just found out in September that for the last 6 months Verizon was continuing to charge me $75 a month for a tablet. They changed my email to an email I havent had for 12 years! But continued charging by business account: I wasnt able to talk to anyone on the phone because I didnt know the email that they tied to the account. I had to come down to a store to verify who I am to get the account canceled. This issue is still not resolved, the store verified who I am but I had to then talk to someone on the phone while sitting in the store. I have been disconnected, I am currently on hold, we will see. I will NEVER use Verizon again. They are crooks.

      Total Wireless which is now Total by Verizon Customer Support ********************** I could receive texts but could not send I contacted their Support Department, where they verified me, ask me to perform tests, and restart the phone (Duration 20 Minutes). Then I was transferred to Corporate where they verified me, ask me to perform tests, and restart the phone (Duration of 30 Minutes). Then Corporate was on the Line with Verizon and they asked how many bars. I said I have 5 bars a strong connection. I performed similar tests as done previously, They refreshed my plan and asked me to do a factory reset. I mentioned to them several times if I change the phone number, I will be able to send text messages(Duration of 35 Minutes). After Factory resetting, I still could not send (Total Duration 85 Minutes) with no resolution. I contacted Total Wireless support again and was able to change my phone and now I can send text messages.I could manage this department and streamline, your losing money with these types of business practices.

      I bought an IPHONE from Verizon. It was for 30 days tryout.Did not like it, turn it back in before the 30vdays was up. So now they are trying to charge me $888. For a phone I no longer have. I have sent copies of my receipts that I turned it in. How they going to charge me for a phone I no longer have, I turned it back in and the phone case. I would tell my friends do not go to Verizon, a bunch of co artists !! ??

      If I could rate them lower, I would. After 20+ years of having a personal / family account with them and dealing with their POOR (at best) customer service, I opened a business account with 4 new lines because they assured me that I could import from a smaller carrier and have customized caller ID for no additional charge. I opened the account with such ease (interesting how taking a payment and opening a new account works like a well-oiled machine) on 09/01/2022. It's now 09/21/2022 and I still do not have all 4 working phones or the correct caller ID. I have spent COUNTLESS hours on the phone with representatives who have NO idea what they are talking about; every one of them contradicts the person before them. Not only do I want the first month for free, but I would like to speak to upper management or someone who can explain how they have employees who have NO CLUE about their job functions and responsibilities. SUPER SAD, DISAPPOINTING, FRUSTRATING, and many other not-appropriate words come to mind for this very successful company! Try using some of your profit to train your employees

      My family has been with Verizon for at least 20 years! They nickel and dime you for service that some days I cant even hold a conversation because its always cutting out. Every-time I go to the Verizon store for help they say I need a new phone!! Ive just get done paying my phone off and now I need a new one??? My daughter and I both buy are new phones in the past on the same day. Both our phones die within a week of each other and about a month after they have been paid off. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! We just both got done paying our phones off about a month ago. Both are slowly dying. The last two days have been nuts!! I pay them extra to not receive spam calls and I get them all the time. This morning my phone rang and it wasnt even my normal ringtone. Yesterday I got 8 text messages that I wont open because they are definitely spam! I cant talk on my phone without it cutting out or disconnecting my calls in mid conversation. Who needs to pay for this crappie service and being told I need a new phone every time. There really needs to be a class action suit and mega refunds being made out for the lack of service.

      I left them and have been lied to about a refund of $652.42 for over a month and a half. Theyre still telling me 3 to 4 weeks after I already waited that. No one is listening or doing anything to help. Im tired of their procedures and policies.
