      Plans are Horrible. I have one phone and my bill is over $100. Its always something with them. Representatives are rarely helpful! I dont even know why I still have a phone here. And when we phones come out they lie about promotions and what it will do to your bill.

      i know Verizon is known for bad customer service but they are the absolute worst. i was told by the representative my internet bill will only be $50 dollars more a month, that wasn't true my bill is $2300 dollars how in h*** my bill be that much in one month that's crazy. I'm saying is ridiculous service I ever had in my life as a company owner. i encourage any business don't ger their internet service because it's miss leading. Don't trust what they say. They also promise me they will give me credit for their over charge. I was literally lied to multiple times. I'm very disappointed.

      ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. PURCHASED PHONES FOR MY KIDS. UNKNOWN CHARGES KEPT APPEARING THAT THEY APOLOGIZED FOR AND THEN COULDNT EXPLAIN WHY THE CHARGES APPEARED. LEFT VERIZON AND THEY NEVER CLOSED THE ACCOUNT. SO MONTHLY CHARGES KEPT BEING ACCRUED. APOLOGIZED FOR THE INACCURACY OF BEING CHARGED ONCE THE PHONES AND SERVICE WERE TERMINATED 2MTHS PRIOR AND YET STILL CHARGED ME. THEY WENT INTO A PAYMENT AGREEMENT WITH A ************************* AND EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE RECEIVING PAYMENT STILL DECIDED TO SEND INFORMATION TO A COLLECTION AGENCY. SO NOW, EVEN THO THEY ARE GETTING PAYMENT, THEY HAVE FLAGGED MY ACCOUNT AS CHARGED OFF....EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE GETTING PAYMENT AND NOW ITS GOING TO HIT MY CREDIT REPORT IN A NEGATIVE MANNER.

      i do not have an account with Verizon. but i just received a bill for $219. a sales person came to my door and signed me up for a free no risk 30 day trial for home internet. i did not have to provide my credit card. she said a modem would be delivered a week later. if at the end of the trial i didnt want to become a customer, all i would have to do is return the modem. i decided i did not want to do the free trial so when *** came, i refused delivery of the modem. now two months later i got a bill as if im a customer. when i called ********************, they said they could not help me because they showed no record of an account for me. i sent off a letter of dispute and am awaiting a response. super shady and will never become a verizon customer.

      Absolutely awful experience trying to get our numbers switched from Verizon to ********* They have ensured we will NEVER return to Verizon. Trying to get the plan canceled after our numbers ported over was nearly impossible. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told "They are all in meetings." They locked me out of the online account and the app and refused to cancel auto-pay. Then said they can't cancel a bill in the middle of a cycle (even though I've been trying for over a week!)

      Verizon has horrible customer service. Log on and tried to chat with them asking about the new iPhone I ordered. Asked why Apple stores customers can get their phone from pick up and I ordered online and have to wait a few more weeks: The operator said its in back ordered and that I should of gone into the store to buy it if I wanted faster. When the operator said that it made me feel like go to the Apple store then and buy it rather than Verizon. So I asked the operator are you telling me to take my business elsewhere. The operator responded, do what you have to do. Here is the phone number to cancel your order. They really dont care about customers, or have a customer skills.. might as well use artificial intelligence software to solve phone inquires than have ppl like that presenting them: Their customer service representative has an attitude of we dont need your business anyway. No wonder their their stock share has fallen so much the last several yrs. Better off going to ******** next. I cant waste my time on this company anymore.

      After being with this company for a decade I finally left. Enough is enough. I have never ever experienced a company whos incompetence across the board, is readily passed on to the customers. Multiple times I pointed out their mistakes and multiple times they passed it on to me in huge monetary thievery. They always have a way of just making up s*** on the spot, that makes absolutely no sense, to make sure its always your fault, and of course there are always ridiculous fees that they hand down with their bs explanations. For example. They offer up to $800 back on a trade in of an old phone. The kicker is they will always find some reason you dont meet the criteria. I finally sent them all their devices. Three iPhones worth about $2500. All of them in mint condition. They credited me $400 for 1 phone. I said if your not going to credit me the other phones then send them back. They put me on hold for *********************************************************************************************** some huge bill for one month of service. That is exactly what they did to. Got back on the phone, went on for 15 minutes with some confusing bs that the woman explaining it was confused. Then I said that makes no sense. They dont care though. Just so they are sticking you for some ridiculous bill. Absolutely do not care about ripping off their customers. And have become increasingly blatant about it. I had another one of Verizons sales people push this 5 g internet box down my throat. He asked if I lived in a house or an apartment. I told him an apartment, he asked which floor? I told him the basement. He said thats not an option. So right here, there is no option for basement because there has to be line of sight to the tower. He knew this and still shoved this down my throat. There has been *** many more incidents it would take me forever to write them all out. Verizon is the worst company I have ever walked away from. They could care less about losing loyal customers.

      Been when them for **************************** has been a COMPLETE joke. When they decide to change my bill, I'll change my review. And I will be posting this on EVERY platform I can find.

      Verizon customer service is horrible! Upgraded 2 phones...traded in 2 devices. About 3 weeks later we were having issues so we went back to the store. The store manager looked at our phones and changed some settings as well as some other troubleshooting steps. We left the store with the phones thinking that everything was fixed. The phones were still acting up but by the time we were able to return to the store to do more troubleshooting we were beyond the 30 days for returns. We called Verizon tech support while at the store and they decided to send out replacement devices, same make and models. Upon receiving the phones and getting them set up we discover that our problems are still there and even worse. After about 2 weeks of fiddling and troubleshooting we end up back at the store, and now I'm unable to send/receive texts on 1 of the phones. **************** will not correct the issue, they only want to send an exact replacement AGAIN or offered an older out of date phone to replace even though I have stated and agreed to pay any difference to move up and get away from these horrible devices. I will not stay with Verizon if they do not correct this issue appropriately. I should not have to pay for defective devices. We have screenshots of the 4 hour time we spent in the store literally on the phone on hold with their customer support.

      Before canceling my service with them I called to make sure there were no hidden fees or termination fees. I was told I was current with my bill and would not be responsible for any other fees. After canceling my service I was billed almost $2k. After several hours of trying to reach a manager. which I was denied several times, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but the same person I had spoke to called me back pretending to be someone else. Ive never felt more cheated or lied too.
